Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was not overly crowded and everyone was friendly. Covid kinda put a damper on a lot of things but everything went smooth with us. Will definitely be vacationing again there.

Our stay at Silver Beach Towers West unit 602 was great. The view was awesome! There were a couple of negatives about this unit though. It accommodates 6 people, but there were only 4 usable chairs on the balcony. Also, the ceiling fans in the bedrooms had minds of their own. We couldnt get them to work consistently and there were a couple of nights where the light would just come on in the middle of the night. I called guest services and left a message, but my call was not returned. The beach service was wonderful, but when it rains they remove the chairs and umbrellas and you wont have them for the rest of the day.

Our stay at Silver Shells St Maarten 507 was wonderful!! This unit is clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, and has a perfect relaxing view of the Emerald Coast. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would possibly need, and all pots/pans and utensils were in excellent shape! Beds were super comfortable. Check-in and check-out was very easy and we were guided and kept informed of renter expectations through the Compass Resort Hospitality app.

Stayed in 602 W, condo was exactly like the pictures, and super clean. Woman working desk was really nice and explained everything very thoroughly. Pools were big and clean. The beach setups were really nice, also beach was not a far walk at all. Definitely will be staying here again!

We made last minute reservations Labor Day weekend. St. Croix 202 was the only unit available for the time we needed. We received a text saying the unit was ready at 12:00 on the day of our arrival. Check-in was prompt and easy. The unit was clean and just right for what we needed. I love a good view of the ocean. Sadly this unit doesn’t offer that but the beach is a short walk away. We will definitely return to Silver Shells and plan in advance to be able to get that ocean view!

Great condo for the week. We enjoyed the view, the accommodating and responsive staff, the pool, hot tub, beach access and all within walking distance to great restaurants.

Loved the location and security of this resort! Very nice and clean condo and the views were gorgeous! The condo had everything we needed. The pool was very clean and loved the close beach access. Staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again!

My 11 friends and I were celebrating two of our friends 50th birthdays this year in Destin. This condo is absolutely beautiful and Compass Resorts was so nice, responsive and welcoming to out group! I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone. Its on the top floor with a great patio overlooking the ocean and the staff was awesome!

We have stayed in Destin several times at a neighboring condo that was slowly deteriorating and having more issues with the condo every time we stayed. So we decided to try next door and we are so glad we did.Silver Beach Towers: Our rooms were bigger, more living and balcony space, bigger outdoor pool, both bedrooms have balcony access, check in and out was literally like walking in and out, underground garage parking was nice because the day we left was a tropical storm moving in and we could pack up and stay dry. The elevators all work, and are super fast!!! Entrance to condo is a stop light so that is super convenient. We have already decided this is our new destin condo and will stay here next time again.They (Silver Beach Towers) even allowed Destin Fire department to do a 9/11 tribute while we were there, by climbing many flights of stairs, so that was cool and says something about the owners regarding our country right now.Im sure Im leaving something out but we stayed in the East tower room 505 and it was exactly what we needed and wanted. Nice samsung appliances throughout too which was a nice touch. Plenty of towels and seating in living and master bedroom, seats 6 on balcony. Well done and what buyers expect and want for the price we pay, which was a little higher than some condos but this room includes 2 beach chairs and a umbrella--everyday you are there. If youve paid for beach chairs and umbrellas then you realize its nice to be included.Wonderful trip, great stay and beach, even during tropical storm Nicholas and the Delta virus!!

We had a great time. The Palms was very nice. Worth the money. Beach is across the street. Plenty of stuff to do around the Resort. Rooms were clean and nice. Loved the pools and splash pad. We had a 3 year old with us and he had a blast.

Great location, everything was so clean and well maintained, the pool was wonderful (even with the broken heater). Definitely would stay here again!

The condo and The Gulf were beautiful and we enjoyed our balcony in the mornings and evenings. This was our first time in Destin. A little pricey but worth it!

This was my idea of a perfect beach vacation spot. The Silver Shells unit #305 in the St Maarten building had everything we needed. It is perfect for three families or couples. It checked all the boxes for us...easy beach access (quick elevators), great assigned parking, nice pool area, clean & well equipped unit and a balcony with a great view. We were really disappointed that the tennis courts were closed. We hope to visit again when the courts are open. Thank you!

This condo E 305 at Silver Beach exceeded our expectations by far!! Spotless grounds & building! Great location. Exceptional staff.. Best beach service ever! Booking with Compass was a breeze! We will be back soon! Very hopeful to get the same unit!!

First, let me say that the Compass Resort staff is exceptional! Everything from check in to check out was very easy. We had an issue with the main refrigerator not working, and even though it was Sunday, a technician came and tried to repair it. It could not be repaired promptly, so a loaner refrigerator was brought up to our unit. Great service! We stayed at Silver Beach Towers, PH unit 1903W. We have stayed at SBT about a dozen times and in several penthouses. This unit is very spacious and everything worked as it should. The wet bar area with a wine cooler and commercial ice maker are worth a ton! The only criticism would be that the unit is need of some updating. I realize it is a rental unit and it is difficult to keep everything crisp. We will definitely return next year, and again, Compass Resorts is a pleasure to deal with.

We booked a week at The Silver Beach Towers located right on the beach through Compass Rentals, unit 305 W. The view from the balcony granted a spectacular view of the clear emerald waters and white sand beach. The condo was fully furnished including a full size washer and dryer. The mattresses in both bedrooms were very comfortable and we slept great each night. It was located on the main strip and had easy access to Hwy 98.Compass Rentals kept us up to date with our reservations by phone and also using their Hospitality app. In fact, the app was great! It guided us with everything needed to know about our stay and made it very easy to ask a question or call them if needed.The rental was a bit pricey, but the quality of everything made it worth it so we didnt have to worry about bringing a lot of our own items from home.Make sure you do the beach reservations as early as you can to ensure the best spot on the beach. They provide 1 umbrella and 2 chairs and you can add extras for a fee, but you still need to make the reservation for the 1 umbrella and 2 chairs in order to have them during your stay.We will definitely book with them again and are already looking to come back again next year!

We had 9 people staying together, 6 adults & 3 kid aged 4 & below. The penthouse 1704 W was perfect. The bedrooms were roomy and we found beds comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the living room for all to be together. The balcony was comfortable and the view priceless.We enjoyed both the beach and pools. The kids loved the sand and gulf. The water was calm enough most of the time for the kids to get out and enjoy the water, with parents of course. After lunch we would head to the pool for an hour or two then off to nap.The condo was very clean. Sheets & towels were bright white. Kitchen was small but it did contain a lot of cooking utensils. The washer & dryer were a huge bonus. We did buy Tide Pods but we used it almost daily.Was everything perfect? No, we had to purchase extra trash bags. They resort provides only one for the kitchen trash can. Nine people create A LOT of trash. There was only one roll of paper towels as well so we picked up another at the store.I would have liked to have some cleaning supplies. Three little ones can put dirty fingerprints on everything. This condo had a lot of glass from windows to dining table to end & coffee tables. I did call to see if I could get some glass cleaner but they did not want to provide guests with chemical cleaners. I appreciated that, however. So we did the best we could with soap & water.If you stay here and want to cook, make sure you bring some spices & salt & pepper with you. There wasn’t any of those items.Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!!

The resort is absolutely gorgeous and the food is delicious. The beach is right across the street for easy access. I wish the room did not have Carpet because it was a little dirty but other than that, loved everything about it.

We have stayed at Compass Resorts for the last five (5) years and this specific unit (Harbor Landing 203A) for four (4) of them. Unfortunately, we have bore witness to its decline over the past couple of stays. Each year the kitchen supplies have diminished- first it was some excess pots and pans but this year left us with nothing. A totally bare kitchen minus plates and cups! We had to purchase our own frying pan and spatula after we arrived so that we could have eggs in the morning. Additionally, the built-in microwave was non operational. The replacement microwave on the counter was so microscopic we could not reheat any cups larger than a few inches.Another large issue we faced this year was the poor quality of beds. The twin double beds proved to have comfortable mattresses, but one of the beds broke on the second day. The frame was being held together by duct tape and wood (Im not kidding) and quickly fell lopsided when the duct tape ripped. The couple staying in that room moved into the Queen sized bedroom. Again, a comfortable enough mattress but any movement released a loud squeak (loudly enough to wake the sleeper each time). The Master Bedroom, while beautiful, has a mattress that is so concave we debated flipping it ourselves. We all agreed that we could not wait to get home to our own beds to finally get a good nights sleep- a crazy thought when we are visiting paradise!Ive saved the worst for last- the cockroaches. Attached youll find one of the images featuring our unwanted pets for the week. They announced their presence early in the week by scurrying out from beneath the beds. And yes- they fly.As you can tell, we were once loyal to Harbor Landing 203A for a number of years. However, after witnessing its steep decline in quality and cleanliness we will not be returning. We recommend that if you stay here bring along anything to cook with, bug spray (or a heavy shoe), and your own mattresses.(Owens/Donehower)

We stayed at Silver Shells, St.Lucia in apartment 805. Beautiful decor, but was disappointed in the quality of the mattresses in both king bedrooms. The mattresses are shot! The mattresses in both bedrooms have large sunken areas. We never got a good nights sleep. The bar stools need new foam and upholstery also, you can literally feel the springs when you sit on them. Also, 4 bowls in the kitchen had dried ice cream in the bottom of them when we pulled them from the shelf. One bowl had dried cheese on the side.We have stayed at Silver Shells a couple of times now, but will not be coming back.

The pool was a very cool extra and very clean. The resort was very clean. The downfall is they don’t allow coolers by the pool and no drinks near the pool. Our condo was very well maintained except the few holes in the drywall.

This place was amazing! I love that it had 2 full size pools and 2 hot tubs. Beach access was very close, which was nice. Even during the pandemic, I felt safe and far enough away from others to have a good time. Make your (free!!) beach reservation and get some nice shade all day. Your assigned parking spot corresponds to where your room is, so you’re not searching all over for the correct elevator to use. Our beach view was beautiful, and I love how the living room and both bedrooms all had sliding doors to a balcony. The room was very nice and modern, and the TV offered Netflix and regular tv. Definitely bring your own spices/seasonings/oils/coffee though, due to covid they can’t allow any of that to stay in the room for all guests to use. View of the sunset from floor 15’s balcony is attached. We will definitely stay here again, though!

My family enjoyed the stay. It wasnt so crowded and the wait for elevator is never long.the pool was very nice, my kids loved it. The only thing I hated was the smell of Marijuana. Somebody was smoking and u can smell it inside the room. Someone must of smoked near the vents or close to our room cause everyone the ac kicked on the smell came.We connected the front desk and they got it taken care of. . The place is close to everything which I love,, you do have to drive across the street to to beach though.We would stay there again.

We recently stayed at the Silver Shells Beach resort and it was an amazing week. The grounds were impeccable, the pool clean, the halls, elevator leading to the condo were spotless, and the condo was more than we expected! Would recommend Compass Resorts and Silver Shells.

Christina at Compass resort is absolutely amazing! I have called several times and though everyone I have spoken to there is very polite and professional. Christina goes over and beyond. She definitely made finding a place so much more stress free, and shes such a delight to work with. She is truly a valve to this company.

A beautiful home in a great location! Love the private beach! Compass Resorts was extremely responsive in the few small issues/questions that arose. Our family had a wonderful time and look forward to returning next year!

This was our second year staying in St Croix but first in 1104. It was a great stay with a view from both sides of the building. Would love to stay in this unit again!

The location is great, the resort is great and the condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. We all loved it and will be back for sure. We enjoyed the beach bar, the pool and the sitting on the balcony relaxing to the sound of the waves.

This place exceeded our expectations! The staff was very friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. Security guards on site was a added bonus! The room and resort both were very clean! The pool looks exactly like the pictures! We had the best time and will definitely be using The Palms of Destin for the rest of our Visits... 5 Stars just isnt enough!

The place was a perfect size for our family. The furnishings were good and in working order. I would recommend others to stay here. I would stay here again. Couple of recommendations, 1) new mattress for pull out sofa, 2) refresh the parking lot as it was muddy when it rained.Overall loved the place.

We had a wonderful week at Silver Beach Towers in Destin, FL. The condo was great, very clean, roomy with 3 baths, and had a beautiful oceanfront view. It was located close to many fine restaurants and attractions, and the traffic wasnt too awfully bad. The beach was wonderful and carefully attended by a crew of great guys. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely come back here when we return to Destin! Thanks again for the wonderful vacation!

To say my stay was incredible is an understatement. This was a gem of a location. First trip to Destin and wont be my last. This condo was immaculately clean, had everything we needed and the staff was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend! Thank you Compass Resorts!!!

Awesome stay. I chose silver shells condos every time I go to Destin, had another amazing stay but St Lucia building unit 1105 could use a sofa upgrade.

This condo was falling apart! Although it was very nicely decorated and meticulously cleaned, there were so many unaddressed maintenance issues. The broken handle on the sliding patio door made the door unusable and left a hole in the door through with hot outside air was pouring in. We had to plug the broken handle back into place to keep the heat out, because the AC, which you are instructed to leave at 72, is not very cool. We slept without covers every night. There were huge dents in the bedroom doors, most likely from some previous rowdy tenants. Worst of all was the wet carpet. The day we arrived, while we waited til 5:00 pm for our room to be cleaned, compass resorts called us to ask if they could steam clean a stain out of the couch and dining chairs. We agreed, not wanting to sit on gross furniture throughout our stay. When we came back to our room, the carpet had been steam cleaned as well and it was WET, and stayed wet for the remainder of our 4 night stay. The wet carpets stunk of cigarette smoke. Needless to say, we are never coming back. Not worth the ridiculous price they charge for this place. And if you’re wondering if the lack of beach access will be a big deal, we found it to be very inconvenient. We drove down a few blocks to Henderson state park every day because we heard from other vacationers that the $6 parking fee deterred some of the crowds. This place was worth $200 a night. Not $350. A beach front condo of this quality could fetch $350, not this place.

They had good check in directions, the place was clean and provided enough towels and starter items. The accommodation was spacious and the views were AMAZING. Everything was close by. My only complaint was some of the furniture was outdated and they really need to replace the old bed spread and pillows in the master bedroom and wish they would have provided a few coffee filters, I had to use a paper towel. But nonetheless I would still rent again.

We had a fantastic time. Only issue we had was with the beach chairs. I called the day before we arrived and was told we could not put any chairs in front of the rental chairs. We were told we were given 2 chairs and an umbrella complimentary for renting the condo. My husband paid $200 to rent extra. On Saturday we noticed several families had brought their own chairs and put in front of the condo chairs. A group of 6 ladies cane and set up right in front not us. I went and asked the chair rental guy and he said “I can ask them to move but they don’t have to”. The families on either side of us said they were told the same thing about no chairs. When my son in law asked another guy renting chairs he told him “it’s a problem and you will just have to deal with it”. Are you kidding me. I was furious so I called the main office. Ms. Carol was very nice and said they are not allowed. The rude attendant asked the ladies to move and then gave them 6 free chairs & 3 umbrellas. The other families were never told to move so the families who rented the chairs had to sit behind them. Many of them had small children and wanted to enjoy watching them.

What a fantastic place to stay! Very clean property and lots of carts to help with loading and unloading. Trash chute made things even easier. And the walk the beach was close. We had a 9 month old with us and this made it so much easier. Beach umbrella and chairs came with the condo.I would for sure stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent service to work with. Made the entire process so effortless. 10000% recommend. Beautiful condo. Not one issue. Never had to ask for a thing. Was all already in the condo!

This place was amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long vacation in Destin. I would highly recommend staying here and when we come back, we will be booking with Compass Resorts.

4th year at Silver Beach Towers. The condo this time was slightly outdated. The couch was worn out, recliner was dirty, and the refrigerator did not make ice. Overall a good time but it would have been nicer if the things I mention above were improved.

We loved this condo for our family stay in Destin, FL! The views from the balcony and rooms were perfect! Everything was clean and there were great accommodations. The condo had basically everything we needed while there. My family would recommend silver beach towers to our family and friends. We loved the heated pool and hot tub too!

While overall our condo was nice and we had a great stay, our condo (Destin Towers 92) was not kid friendly. We have a two year old toddler, shortly after arriving he leaned on the glass top coffee table and the table top slid off onto his foot. Thankfully it just left a bruise, but we had to place several items in closets during our stay to keep him safe. The condo was clean and comfortable though and served our needs well for the week. I liked that the beach wasn’t too crowded and the beach service was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

We have no complaints about our stay at the palms. Everything was perfect. Family fun. The pool was perfect. Our room was amazing. Everyone was helpful and nice. We will stay here again. My only advice would be, book directly with compass resorts. I heard several ppl complain about their room not being cleaned. If your booking through a 3rd party, your not getting what I received.

This is a nice place to stay with good facilities and a great pool located right by the beach. However, they go way overboard with safety by patrolling the pool area with fascists who are constantly on the prowl for anyone enjoying themselves. For example, if you toss your child in the air while playing in the pool they loudly admonish you with words to this effect, Achtung! How dare you have fun in our pool! You must cease and desist immediately or there will be consequences!

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so nice & professional. The facility was VERY clean & nice. We loved our condo. It was clean, the elevators worked great considering we were on the 11th floor. Parking was great the whole time in the parking garage. There was a trash chute on our floor to put trash in which was very easy. We went to the pool & it was so nice & felt like we were at a resort. This was a top favorite vacation of ours and my husband and I would come back here and stay for sure! The location was fabulous!

*Stayed at the Silver Beach Towers* No complaints! The view is amazing, the heated pool was clutch for a spring time trip, beach service was a game changer and overall it seemed like a well run establishment. Check-in and check-out was smooth. The layout of the two bedroom was well designed, great for two friends or two sets of couples. Also really appreciated the building mask mandate for indoor public areas. Never really had a need to leave the property other than to grocery shop, it was the perfect pandemic oasis. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips.

Was very pleased with quality of condo! Very clean! Nice balcony, not on the beach but we expected that so it was a 2 minute drive to a beach. Would stay here again!

The Compass Resort agents for the Silver Shells Condominiums did minimal work to help us. They never did anything to make preparations for our stay easier or more convenient. For the price I paid and one month stay I expected more consideration especially being a repeat customer. (3 yrs)Their service was good in the past but after this experience I can no longer recommendusing Compass Resort services.

Loved the condo and its location. Close to everything and most within walking distance. The beaches and pools were beautiful and very well kept.As for the actual condo, it was beautiful. We stayed in the West Towers in room 305 and had our own parking spot in the garage. Decorated nicely, clean, full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops - just gorgeous. Only thing that was negative was the sliding door to the balcony in the room with Queen bed, would not open. Not a huge deal, though. Would love to stay again but they are definitely pricey. Not sure if the price we paid is the normal price for this condo or they marked it up due to lack of reservations/vacations last year due to COVID. This is the most Ive ever paid for a condo. That would be the only drawback for me in renting again.

We had an amazing experience at the Palms of Destin, from the moment we booked. We had questions so we called and had a very nice young man answer them for us without any hint of annoyance. We received a call a few days before we were to check in to inform us of an extremely helpful app and to see if we had any questions. When we arrived the young lady that checked us in was so polite and informative and the charming gentleman that was mopping the floors was never cranky when we walked over where he just mopped. He just kept smiling and said thats fine, no problem. The condo was very clean and bright. We had everything we needed from a pizza cutter to a vase for flowers, and extra blankets . I loved the giant bathtub. The pool area was awesome! There are several different pools and a hot tub. They were all always clean, and had more than enough furniture, and rules were plainly displayed and followed . We will definitely go back! I highly recommend it!

This place was absolutely perfect!!! The first thing I was impressed with was how clean it was. It was so beautiful!! We could easily walk to the beach and the pool was huge and fun to be in to. This was our favorite family vacation we have taken so far. We will definitely be back

We have stayed at Silver Beach Towers several times and this last condo was our favorite! Compass Resorts is easy to work with. Their website is fantastic. The app is wonderful as well. We did have a small issue with reserving our beach setup due to an app issue but all worked out in the end. Theres no better place to stay in Destin! Looking forward to booking our next trip for 2022!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! It was clean and had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains insured we had a good nights sleep along with thick walls! No kids running up and down the hallways. The grounds were beautiful as well!! The coffee shop had fantastic lattes and the Bistro had great food and drinks! (the Cobb salad was huge and delicious.) I hardly say I’ll be back somewhere but I’ll be back here for sure!

We have stayed at Silver Shells in Destin many times and always enjoy it. This was our first stay in St. Croix #802 and it was by far the best! The unit is so nicely decorated with coastal neutral colors and furnishings. Everything felt new and very clean. And the view from the balcony is amazing. The staff at Silver Shells was very friendly and helpful, from the check-in staff, to the gate keepers, to the staff at the Tiki Bar. Wonderful experience and I am sure we will stay here again!

Our family has stayed at a Compass Resorts’ property multiple times in Destin, Florida. The resort is clean, has great accommodations and we know we will have a great condo on a great beach! The included beach chair and umbrella service is convenient and the tram that sets up the chairs are friendly as well. They also offer kayak, paddle boards, floats and ice cream as well.

We had a wonderful week at The Beach Resort 301 in Miramar Beach, FL! The condominium was available to us early in the day and was clean and tidy. We found the condo to be exactly as described online (if not better). The location was perfect. The pools were not overcrowded (even during Spring Break) and the concierge at the beach made sure we had a chair and umbrella at the location of the beach we preferred.We found the condo well equipped and couldnt think of anything that we needed that was missing. When we realized our vacuum cleaner was not working, Compass Resorts quickly replaced it with a brand new unit.We have looked at MANY condos prior to booking the Beach Resort and were very happy with the price and the facilities. I would highly recommend and will likely stay again.

Great location. Everything is walking distance. Very convenient it was like our place away from home. Had everything we needed during our stay for a good value. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very family friendly resort. We would definitely be returning and staying here again.

The Palms of Destin 2816.The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The view was a plus! This condo is across the street from the ocean but my family enjoyed the nice walk to the beach and convenience to The Back Porch, where we ate twice. My only complaint is to the building itself, the carpet in the hallway to our unit was in much need of a good steam cleaning. I still give our experience with Compass Resort and The Palms of Destin 5 stars!

The view from the balcony is awesome & was our favorite place. We loved seeing the sunsets, full moon on several nights & sunrises from the balcony. The first picture shows my family watching dolphins from the balcony. The weather was almost perfect the whole week, but we had one terrific storm that was so beautiful from the balcony. I loved reading on the balcony while listening to the waves. The condo beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers, kitchen was adequately supplied with cooking items, & the trash chute just outside the door was very handy. The elevator opening into our condo was unique and a great feature. The week went too fast &, as always, cant believe it is over, but we have many great photos for memories! We did enjoy the journey!

Such a great experience! The whole process was way easier than times when Ive booked via a different company. Cant wait to book with them again.

Best Resort Around Destin Super Friendly And Beautiful View

Nice place to stay easy access

Overall our room 2211 was great, cleaned, well equipped. the resort have many amenities that the kids enjoy. Louder at night if your unit is near the outside bar, we didnt mind, pretty entertaining, listening to the drunk spring breaker conversations.

My wife and I had an awesome stay at St Croix 602. Very nice condo, nice view of the ocean from balcony. Clean and very comfortable! My rating is 4 1/2 stars. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect 5 is when my wife washed up all the beach clothes right before we left. We had to take the clothes home wet due to the dryer being broken! Other than that I would stay again and again and I would recommend this unit to anyone, just check and make sure the dryer is working!

This was our second stay at Compass Resorts. This unit was fantastic - clean as a whistle and beautifully appointed. Everything was top quality. Compass does a phenomenal job of keeping everything in great shape. Top notch place and walking distance to the Back Porch!

What a house! The moment we pulled in the driveway, we were impressed by its grand appearance. Check-in was seamless. The home is open and spacious. It met our every need. The property is very clean. It was well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen ware.We had 14 family members and it never felt crowded. The 5 kids stayed in the pool so much, I think they now have web feet! The adults enjoyed the hot tub equally.The beds were so comfortable and having a TV and private bath for each bedroom was a plus. You can see the gulf from the house and walk there in mere minutes.I think we have found our home away from home!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at SummerSpell. Very clean and comfortable. Was so nice being right across the street from the beach. Would definitely stay there again!!

The initial condo we had contract on was lacking in many vital needs (deteriorated walls, ripped drapes, laundry room door not closing, dirty armchairs, missing warm blankets, terribly noisy master shower ) too many to list and brings back anxiety.It reminds me of an incident where one of the front desk employee threatened to fill up the living room (LR) with the huge (larger than the LR) balcony furniture. The lease was for 3 months and imagine not to be allowed to use the LR for 2 months which was the duration of the building exterior restoration.And yet, The reason I gave 3 stars is because one decent manager decided to relocate us to a more decent condominium - for the duration of our stay - which was an excellent welcome for the rest of our lease.Thank you.

Love Silver Shells and the condo at St Croix 306 was perfect! My grandson ask if we could stay at Silver Shells 306 every year! It was the BEST Beach Vacation!

We had an amazing experience with Compass resorts- super clean and everything in the condo was in great condition. The pictures represented exactly what you get. Would definitely book through them again!

The unit—Empress 204– was unacceptable. Although very outdated, that was not our true concern. The unit was extremely dirty when we arrived. Thick dust in some areas, unclean kitchen counter, sticky floors,,dirty mirrors & windows, a dirty rag in the living room, etc—-and no water in the unit! It took about an hour on the phone to finally reach a representative at Compass— they sent someone out to turn the water on and mop the floors.Nothing else was cleaned but at least our feet weren’t sticking to the floor.I would not rent this unit or rent through Compass Resorts. We have been to the Destin/Miramar Beach area dozens of times and have never experienced anything like this. It was our first— and last— time using Compass Resorts.

This is the 4th time weve stayed here and have enjoyed the rooms, amenities, and staff every time. I highly recommend this place to anyone. We have never had any issues, and its a great spot on the strip.

This was the third time staying at The Palms of Destin. We love it! They have the best pool around!

Our Condo was amazing, kitchen well stocked, all new appliances. The view from our balcony was perfect. Beach service staff were fantastic!

Great and clean room! View of ocean and beach. Centrally located for quick access to Destins restaurants etc. Highly recommend!

We stayed at St Maarten room 1403. The room was beyond amazing. Probably one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. There are plenty of seating at the pool and the beach had plenty run of room. Not overly crowded and we were there on spring break. We will defiantly come back to this place!! Absolute beautiful. We only had one problem with the elevator key and that was taken care of the next day. They also called to check on us driving down when we were stuck in traffic and not able to make it before 5. They let us know exactly what we needed to do for a late check in. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Praying we get to come back!!

My family and I had a pleasant experience at Palms of Destin #2708. The only complaint that I have is the toilet kept getting stopped up in master bedroom. Other than that, great property and clean. We will definitely choose this resort again

High end quality with great access to the pool and the beach. Just need to clarify with vacationers that check in is between 4:00pm - 6:00pm which was not clearly stated until we arrived at 4:00 pm. Frustrating and unexpected to wait 2 hours since room wasnt ready.

I have stayed at Sterling Sands for several years except 2020. I have never lodged ONE complaint in all those years. It has always been exceptional.First, we received an email asking us to use a link to check in if we were going to be arriving after 5:00 pm. We did just that. We also called Compass to confirm they had everything necessary for us to check in. The Compass representative was very pleasant and assured us that our Welcome Packet with our arm bands and parking pass would be in our condo upon arrival. We arrived and there was no packet. We went to the HOA office and they were closed.We were not allowed to go to the pool or the beach area without the arm bands and the gate access code. The first two days we had no access to the pool or beach. We were told the Compass on-site Rep had hurt his back and was incapacitated.Two days later, the HOA had a representative working. They had no idea about anyone being injured. We were able to get wristbands and a parking pass for a fee.2. Our WiFi password did not work. This was a huge problem because we were working our jobs remotely. We reported this. Compass stated that the software was being updated and there was a glitch. This was false. They had transposed the password numbers on the app and that is why we were unable to get on.3. My 20 year old daughter was taking a shower and got out to find a man in our unit. Compass sent an IT guy without forewarning us. This really upset us. She slammed the bathroom door (which was open while showering) and locked herself inside. I received the frantic call and rushed back to the room. Initially, Compass couldn’t explain this so we thought some random man had access to our unit. Compass called later that day and apologized saying they sent someone to fix our WiFi.4. When we arrived, they had left ONE towel for showering for the entire 3 bedroom condo. A day later, they brought more.5. The doors to the laundry area keep falling off.6. The dryer did not dry. They came to fix it but it never worked right.7. The dishwasher had to be ran twice to get the dishes clean8. The windows and sliding glass doors were so dirty you could barely see out.The HOA stated that Compass Resorts manages this one unit 101. They stated that the guests have had problems since Compass took over.After speaking with a rep at Compass, they gave us a 10% refund. This was almost another slap in the face given how much we spent and the fact that we lost 2 days on the beach and pool area.--Cindy Raben Redmond

Our rental no. 1208 was very spacious and clean! Easy dealing with Compass as always. Really enjoyed our stay.

We checked in around 6pm. The front desk gave very confusing instructions on how to get to the room. While I was in waiting to check in, it seemed like everyone was having issues with their key cards or their TV. We get to the room after the valet helped give us better directions. (Valet workers were wonderful and very nice)The room was super nice..we were checking out the room(I have 4 kids with me) one of the kids shuts the master bedroom door with my purse in it. It somehow was locked and no key to get into it. Front desk sends security an hour later and he cant get it. They have to send someone to unlock it. The guy pretty much had to break into that room. And that was after 11pm. After the long drive we were all tired and ready for bed. Im just glad my 2 year old was not in the room when the door got shut. On top of that the TV wouldnt work in the living room. So the first night we couldnt watch TV in that room and we had to wait there since my purse was locked in the master bedroom..just a stressful waste of a first night there. The king beds were firm and not comfortable at all. My back literally hurt the whole time from the bed. Other than that it wasnt too bad. We will definitely go back just hopefully we can avoid those same issues next time. Want to add this was the Palms of destin room 2917

Do not stay here. The neighborhood is an absolute pain to deal with. They will wear you out during the stay. They had someone walking around our house flashing lights in the house because a friend rode a golf cart over for 15 minutes. They charged $25 because wristbands were not in a basket. $25 for a piece rubber!! I have no idea if they were really missing or not. I called to leave early no one ever called back. Very, very bad to deal with. The garage had a huge hole in it. Frankly it was a pain to meet them and have stuff out but they didn’t care about inconvenience. Just wanted their $100 for 4 rubber wristbands. Too many great places to rent in Destin to deal with these people.

We stayed for the first time and had a great visit. Everything was close by and the staff and home owners were so friendly and helpful. We’ve already started planning for our next stay. Highly recommended

What a great condo! So close to the beach and quiet. The entire Harbor Landing grounds are immaculate. Wonderful stay.

The condo was clean, large, well stocked and had very comfortable beds, which was wonderful for a great nights sleep. Loved that each room had a balcony. I would have given this place 5 stars except for the musty mold smell. We had to keep the windows open to air out the place and then it was perfect. The beach was so clean with the fluffiest white sand. The pool was too cold to use but the hot tub was perfect! Well definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time, once again at the Palms of Destin ! They were short staffed but did the best they could with cleaning an getting food out !

We been going to silver beach towers for 8 years and every year has always been really good experience except these one unit W601 has been the worst sense we got there the unit needed it updated in the bathrooms in one of them there were hairs ok the wall from the previous guest witch was discussing and o the other shower on the shower rug it was full of hairs as well we saw cockroaches in the restroom, living room and on the balcony and the new rules that you can’t listen to music on the pool bc they would tell you to turn it down when it was not too loud and it was early on the day there was so many things these time that’s leave us really disappointed after 8 years going every summer we’re not coming back next year

We rented our unity from St Lucia unity 1101We had a great spring break and the apartment is so clean and everything inside is in a great shape and very nice quality.The unity is private owned and managed by Compass.I know the owner of the unity 1101 does take care of it and they have the top appliances ( new washer and drier) great kitchen with all the utensils you can imagine.The linens are great, beds are comfortable and the apartamento is huge!Compass did an excellent job in communicate through the entire processI will definitely go back to the Silver Shells in Destin FLSimone

We had the pleasure of staying at the Palms of Destin during Labor Day weekend 2020, and it was amazing. The unit was perfect for our family, clean and great location. The pool area is fabulous as well as the Palms Bistro. The coffee shop inside the resort was so convenient and we all loved the Iced Palms signature coffee. Staff is very friendly and informative. The complementary shuttle was a plus, although the driver was not as friendly. We definitely recommend this resort to all, and will most likely reserving future vacations here.

Beautiful property!! Vacation made easy! House was perfectly clean and Compass was responsive when we needed to contact them.

The condo and resort were beautiful. Very comfortable stay. Loved the pools, hot tubs, and beach service. The only complaint I had was it would be nice if the condo had things like salt and pepper, a small portable cooler, beach towels, etc. Some people fly in and just can’t pack large items. Other than that it was a wonderful vacation.

We are from Ohio and have been to Destin 3 times. We have used Compass Resorts twice. Once at St. Marteen and once at Silver beach towers. I will never book through a different company other than Compass. The staff are super helpful, the locations are great and priced at reasonable rates. Cant wait until Compass grows and helps manage properties at other destinations throughout the U.S. highly Recommend.
