You are told you can’t use your grill even though there was one there. They sent us to use their grills and the HOA guys were more than eager to say you people are not to be here. Hands on their hip like they had a gun. Said not to come back as getting in the Lexus. The apology is that it is two different properties and nothing they can do. Construction on villas either side of us and roaches and to be threatened in Destin. If you want that for a vacation this is your place.

I stayed at this property 10/18/19 until 10/21. I am 100 percent sure I left my second purse I brought on this trip at this property. I was told housekeeping checks everything upon cleaning and nothing was turned in, no one else checked into this unit until 10/24 until the 28th. I again called to see if anyone decided to have a heart and turn in my purse again nothing. I’m convinced someone in in staffing has stolen it and miraculously there is no way to tell who cleaned the room. In most modern day updates and hotels the swipes( which is on this door of room 1215) mgmt can tell who went in and out of a room. There are no kickboxer in the units. So I warn you if you check in and mistakenly leave anything on this property of value, there is no honesty, you won’t get much assistance, there is never a since of urgency, and there is a high possibility it will be taken by staff. I will never visit another resort quest or Wyndham property again.
