If you come to party dont unpack your bags. Renters are evicted regularly for just noise. Mostly owner occupied and they have ZERO tolerance for renters.

I stayed here for a week and its the best! the pool is really nice and so as the people! the condo is very clean and nice to stay in! and its a nice private beach for you to go to! i definitely recommend!

We have been staying in the unit 502A for years. Beautifully appointed, well equipped condo. Lots of space. 3 bedrooms, 4 baths.Huge terrace overlooking intercostal waterway, marina and gulf.The best swimming pool. A wonderful place to spend your vacation.

Was enjoying the pool with no more than 3 people total at the pool...... decided to move a portable umbrella no more than 10 ft and two guys decided to rush down and get on to me. and on top of that try and call me a liar when I explained where I got it from. Also was at the gym and the resident next door came in complaining to a guy barely setting the weights down on the floor... oh and you do not have a private beach. You’ve got a private beach access and that’s it.... the guy at the pool is the main reason for this review totally uncalled for.

As a Census worker tasked with listing all units, employees & residents were very helpful. And yes, it is a superb place to live.

Honestly the condo was beautiful. Really clean and from the 9th story, has an AMAZING view from the B building. The condo comfortably fit 6 people, consisting of two couples and 2 individuals. I slept on the pull out sofa-couch, which to some might be uneasy but I thought it to be perfectly fine. The awkward things were the “convenience” of certain options. The room that housed the router/modem didn’t have the correct password or network to connect to wifi label on the device, but was correctly explained on the info sheet the front desk gave us. Also, the gym was not fully explained either. We walked around the whole building trying to find it, when we eventually had to call the front office to find out it was in a normal condo room, though instead it had workout equipment rather than furniture. Though, these two small incidents did not compare to the amazing experience Harbor Landing gave us, and we would definitely come back.

One of the nicest and cleanest places I have ever stayed. Tons of space and storage. Huge patio with lots of outdoor furniture. This makes the second time staying here and I will be back

The condo was excellent I will be returning.

They want to get a dna tester for dog poop so they can track the owner down. How stupid is that
