The decor in the condo was super cute, but you could tell the upkeep was lacking. The bathtub in bedroom/bathroom closest to the kitchen drained super slow and the toilet didn’t sit right on the ground at all, so every time you sat on it, it slammed down. The bathroom that was attached to the room with two twin beds had terrible water pressure the entire duration of the stay. We noticed some of the screens outside on the balcony had very large holes in them. I attempted to email management the first day we got there which is what is required by the instructions, and no response yet and it’s been 5 days and we are already home. We also noticed the sliding glass door that didn’t have the lock on it could still slide open regardless if the other side was locked or not. There wasn’t a bar or anything to put there, so that was a little unnerving. I would recommend they put some at the entrance to the condo because sand is almost inevitable. With that- when we first got to the condo, the floors were very grainy and not swept well.Bree EllisUnit 209

The resort is very nice but the condo itself needs some work. For the amount of money for this rental I expected a nicer, more comfortable furnishing. The spiral staircase is terrible and very difficult to get up and down. Also the bathrooms are nice but both of the tubs are very deep and are hard for my mom who has had knee replacement to get in and out of. The air works very nicely and keeps the unit very cool and comfortable and the kitchen is very nice. Over all we had a good stay.

We arrived on a Saturday to the Bella Rose house at 328 Lakebeach Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida. On Sunday morning my husband had some bites on him. We thought mosquitos, chiggers, sand fleas/mites (even though we didnt go to the beach on the day of arrival.) Every morning he had more. On Thursday as we went to bed late a bug crawled on his arm. He didnt panic and we got a good look at it before flushing it down the toilet. It was a bedbug. We left the room, never returning to it again and removed all our items, immediately putting belongings in trash bags and beginning a major laundry overhaul. We contacted the management company the next day (Friday), they called back that evening and she stated she needed to get ahold of her boss to see what the next step was. We checked out Saturday morning. Saturday evening the representative called me. We discussed the issue but bottom line was she didnt believe me. The pictures of my husbands body (they were on his arms, hands, back, shoulders, buttocks, and forehead in linear track marks) or our eye-witness siting were irrelevant. She stated she doesnt look at pictures and only goes by whats on the mattress. She said they went and looked and didnt find anything. At that point I asked how do you know what room to check, no one has asked me where he slept? She stated the master bedroom. He didnt sleep in the master bedroom. She then replied well, we check them all. I encouraged her to have something done to eradicate the bugs before another family checks in but she said since they didnt see anything so they had let their other tenants check in already. I was disappointed to to say the least. I never asked for monetary compensation. I just didnt want this to happen to someone else. My husband was a trooper, took Benedryl daily and was constantly applying topical cream but he made the best of it. An Im sorry and a little recognition as to what happened would have went a long way. I am a super understanding person who recognizes stuff happens. We are not perfect, and Im the type to usually leave reviews, but I had to on this experience. The way I was disregarded made me feel unimportant. And apparently the next family coming in was unimportant too.

We enjoyed our stay so much we didnt want to leave. We were even able to get in to our Condo 2 hours early! The condo was gorgeous and the view was breath taking! Thank you for helping us book our dream vacation!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach, it was the most relaxing vacation. The sound of the waves combined with the beautiful white sand was breathtaking. Our family has never stayed so close to the ocean. The room is beautiful and very spacious. The balcony was plenty big enough to sit out on and watch dinner while watching the amazing sunsets. Pier park has many restaurants, shops and activities for the kids. Dave and Busters was our favorite. We had a great vacation and will be booking this room again in the future.

This was the best family vacation we have had in years. We were a little apprehensive about booking a condo online as we have never done it before. We were blown away with how beautiful the room was and the amazing views!!! The room was a lot bigger than the pictures made it look, it was clean and had plenty of dishes to cook with. We couldnt have asked for a better vacation. My eleven year old had a blast fishing and shell hunting. We would walk the beach every night and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. It was nice to not have to tote chairs down to the beach, we were able to rent chairs that even came with an umbrella. The ice maker quit working three days into our stay but the rental company had someone out within an hour to fix it. They were very easy to work with and provided a great experience!!!! We are already planning when we can come back next year.

We were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to book a condo. It was very convenient not having to go to a office to check in, fill out paperwork than get the keys. We were able to drive staright to the condo to check in. We arrived a little before check-in time but the inspector had no problem letting us in early. Friendly staff and very helpful with finding local places to visit. We were glad we checked out the state park, it truly is the best state park we have ever visited.The condo itself was amazing!! The pictures truly represented the room. Cant say enough about what a great vacation our family had. Everything was perfect. Thank you for making our vacation a truly memorable one!!

We booked a condominium through Best Beach Getaways and the whole process was pleasant and painless. We were even called and offered early check-in! The place was fabulous. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely use Best Beach Getaways from now on!

We recently stayed an a condo through Best Beach Getaways and was very impressed. we were able to get an early check in the place was beautiful! My family and I stayed at Splash. We loved the onsite water park and lazy river. The people at Best Beach were very friendly and helpful. They called us as soon as our room was available and then again just to make sure everything was alright. They even recommended a few places great places to eat! We had a great time and will be returning with our family in the future. Would defiantly recommend.

Omg! My family and I recently stayed at The Topsl Beach resort with Best Beach Getaways. What!!! A!! Stay!! We booked 4 units on the beach. The units were so... clean and comfortable. The staff and service was amazing as well. From the time we booked our vacation until the time we left EVERYTHING was GREAT! We will book with Best Beach Getaways every year now. I havent even stayed in the condo yet, but have been trying to get in contact with best beach getaways since July! No one has emailed or called me back. Worst service Ive ever seen!

Horrible business. Not helpful at all. I would rather stay in a tent on the beach then deal with these people again. We have an infinite with us, took them 45 mins longer and when I called they just simply said if it take that much longer then thats what it is. Then we had to wait another 30 mins to finally get in.

Very disappointing experience. Unit was dirty, furniture broken and dirty, mattresses and living room furniture worn out, kitchen floor sticky, trash can filthy. There were still chip crumbs on the floor from the previous tenants! Glasses were broken, a burner on the stove didnt work, and dishes dirty in the cabinet!Carpet was supposedly steam cleaned while we were there but carpet remained very wet even a day later and still looks dirty!Just a really bad experience.AND no one answers the phone at the office!Completely unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible experience since the arrival. Never received any pre-arrival instructions for parking. When arrived, there was no parking. Phoned the customer service and got BAD instructions... mu car was towed!! The manager who called me was rude. Lost $120. Ruined experience.

We stayed at a house they manage on Emerald Shore in Destin called the Aruba. The house was a great set up for our family of 6 adults. We were pleased with the location and the house. However, I was surprised that they only provided 4 rolls of toilet paper and 1 trashbag in the kitchen for 6 days for 6 people! When we called to tell them we ran out of TP and trash bags they said it was just a starter kit & we had to provide our own. My parents used to own a rental condo in Colorado, and Ive never heard of a management company not providing more of those things when you need them. They also did not return our call regarding those items. (Granted, it was a Saturday, but in the vacation industry youd think someone would be on call during the weekends). We had to call back again the next day. Overall, we had a great trip, but I was frustrated with the necessities and lack of follow up.

Awful experience. No one is responsible for anything. We stayed in Long Beach Resort, room 204 for spring break. Condo is ok but extremely dirty. I walked barefoot and my feet turned black dirty in an hour. One morning we even saw a mouse running across the kitchen! No working WiFi. There is no customer service at all. There supposed to be Heated pools. Heat was turned off in the middle of spring break with outside temperature 70-75 degrees. Water in the pools is freezing cold. We asked administration but were told that it was planned to turn the heat off April 1. But BestBeachGetaways advertises 2 heated pools in this resort and they did not mention anything like seasonally heated pools. Its easy to check in the description of this condo on their website. Cold pools are the main reason our disappointment. We wouldnt book this condo if BestBechGetaways mentioned that pools arent going to be heated. So we wanted to get a nice vacation during spring break, but got completely opposite and waste of money.

Rented through best beach getaways and had THE WORST beach experience Ive ever had.----I made the trip to Panama City Beach after they made alcohol illegal on the beach -- to avoid crazy, drunk, kids. So far, so good. EXCEPT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION STARTING AT 7AM EVERY MORNING AND THE MANAGER DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. I went down there the first time at 8AM and he ACTED as if he was doing something. 10 minutes later the noise starts up again, directly above us. At this point on our way to the office we have a group of people from several rooms that are being kept up by the construction as well. So we all go and see the manager (I use quotations because he was a sorry excuse for one). All he did was point at his watch and tell us They are allowed to do construction. and then proceeded to yell at us and berate us. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place should be called a motel, not a resort. Pathetic staff.--- and even after all of this they could do nothing for us to get our money back from the first night where we couldnt get in because THEY didnt give us to code to get in the parking deck OR the room.DONT RENT THROUGH THEM.

The apartment that we rented in Tidewater resort, Panama City Beach, was very dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floors, lots of dust on the living room furniture, not sure why they are charging cleaning fee, if the place is uncleaned. The manager lied about leaving rist bands in our appartment, when we compained they said that we were wrong and that the rist bands were left inside the condo. Nice building but the management does not provide quality customer service, they can care less. Dont book through them unless you want a filthy place for your vacation

We were there for the Florida Ironman. Accomodation itsself was really good- no complaints at all, but the support of Best Beach Getaways was just very very bad (or just say: There was no support at all) After a long journey from Germany we had to wait in front of our condo trying to contact someone (although our arriving time was known). No access possible. After numerous phone calls we finally got a person (this was organized from a relative from Germany) who sent us the door code by SMS. We were just about to leave to search another place. Till today we had no direct contact to anyone. Never, never, never with this company.

I have been using Best Beach Getaways for many years and have had nothing but exceptional service and beautiful accommodations. I would recommend them to anyone in need of vacation rentals.

I would not recommend that company. The room was in a terrible condition, was very dirty and we even had bed bugs bites. The company also charged us after we left by telling that the room was left in a dirty conditions, even though we cleaned very well. I will never use that company again.
