What a great experience! Location was excellent, staff was responsive, amenities were good... Were already planning a return trip!

First visit in this part of Florida. It was fabulous! The beaches are so white and clean. It’s almost unreal.We booked the 2 bedroom condo at the very last minute and very great full to all customer service and stuff on the ground for such good care. We had a little problem with a door key and the technician came right away and was able to help us!The condo was on the 15 floor with spectacular views!Your spot in the beach correlates to your unit number. It was very convenient and you don’t have to fight for a spot. Great idea!Definitely recommend and we will be back!

Rental Unit, 601W air conditioning ran but the Master Bdr stayed hot and unbearable. Called customer service with Compass and received a mediocre response with a promise that the AC crew would resolve.The prices have risen at Silver Beach Towers but the overall quality has gone down.

Mediocre accommodations. Sunny day with chance of storms and staff was too lazy to put up umbrellas but happy to charge $40 dollars a day while doing only half their job. Beach to both left and right have umbrellas. Not overly impressed, a lot of rules to follow while on a vacation.

Poor pool management. They will not even let cold water by the pool for children. It has to be in a clear container, which are non insulated. We were told they have to run from pool to table to drink water. Which would be fine if the pool surface wasn’t 1000 degrees and burned your feet! There are way too many other places to stay to deal with this kind of rule. Do better

It was a gorgeous condo and well maintained building. Staff was friendly; pool guy showed my son what he was doing, front desk was polite, cleaning staff was friendly too.I liked there was 2 elevators per 3 condos per floor. The elevators were fast too.I would recommend staying here. I will be back.

We were informed Saturday morning the day we were to arrive that a unit in the west building had a fire and the elevators were out and was told the east and west buildings could be shut down the whole week. We had to scramble and overpay for a condo down in Panama City. Staff was helpful in getting our money back. Reason for the 1 star is I find it odd that these are nicest set of buildings in destin, which we have stayed at twice before, has a fire that could send everyone packing and yet there’s been nothing on the internet about it, or on the destin fire pages. Doesn’t sound right to me.

Could have been better.08/26/20.The good. We stayed in 1404E. It’s a very nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. The owners have furnished it nicely and mattress were very comfortable.The grounds are well maintained and beach was beautiful.The bad. Beach service was as bad as I have seen and I’ve vacationed in the Destin/Fort Walton area since 1988.Good luck getting a front row seat of the ocean. I think there’s not enough real-estate for the number of guests chairs combined with beach service hours 9-5.More bad. Construction in the unit above us. Starting at 8am and going till beyond 7pm during our entire stay.I blame Compass Resorts for this problem! When I called CR the very apologetic young lady said she would have a manager give me a call. That never happened.Closing. Silver Beach Is a beautiful place. The Management of Silver Beach is the problem.Update: Compass Resorts called my wife back and gave a 200.00 credit for our issues. I’m glad they followed through and got in touch. It’s would be an awesome place if they had great beach service!

Beautiful views, beautiful luxury rooms. Compass personnel were wonderful BUT I will say there was a very Rude/ Mean security officer that made me think twice about coming back. Compass however assured me he was not part of compass but unfortunately HOA hires them.

We love Silver Beach Towers and have stayed here over 5 times. We have stayed in the 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condos and they have all been nice. The property is very well maintained so kudos to the staff. We feel very safe here as all entrances require a key fob and each unit is entered from an internal hallway. The Compass Resorts staff is courteous and helpful. Their new app is very good and informative. Love the way the beach service reservations are handled now as opposed to the free-for-all in previous years. Well keep coming back!

Terrible rental company!!! We paid around $4500 for the week. AC unit was out, one bathroom didn’t work, ice machine worked occasionally, dishwasher soap dispenser wouldn’t let out and the staff was absolutely terrible at communicating at all when things would be fixed. The staff seemed to be at another location and the cleaning and maintenance people were completely disconnected. We didn’t have AC for several days even after calling several times. When it finally got fixed the only way we knew was because we noticed it was cooler in room. Nobody called or anything. Then for the next few days they began calling about the AC unit as if they didn’t know it had been fixed. Poor management overall for the price we paid. We loved the view.

The best staff and rooms on destin Beach

We love the way these condos have two masters and they are both beach side. Rooms are all a good size. The beach and areas around the condo is kept clean. The view is the best with occasional visits by dolphins.

Only way to vacation with kids and grandkids

Costa Verde Beach Service was absolutely AMAZING!! Keith, Bodi, and the rest of the beach service was extremely Awesome!!! They were very polite, helpful, and friendly. They even sanitized everything each day!!! You can get any type of rentals from them. From umbrellas, Beach chairs, Banana boat rides to anything and everything you could want they have it. Even snacks and ice you can get it from them!!! Can’t wait to come see them again next year and have our son Bodi’s picture taken with big Bodi!!! Thanks again for making our vacation great!!!

Absolutely gorgeous views and condos. Stayed in 202w, very clean and laid back 3 bedroom, price for the week alright for 4th pf July week, well furnished and plenty of amenities. Outdoor pools/hot tubs very well kept and an all around great family trip comes from here!!

The beach is beautiful!!! The first time I been here but service and hotel terrible. I’m been here 5 days, no light in the room, air conditioner not working in my room. I call them come fix it, they are coming but don’t do nothing. The day time super hot and night time is no light. My family vacation is so bad, the First time and the Last time!!!

Came here and was impressed with the building. Surprised that there was construction going on. No one told us at all. Signs said painting but we were woken up to loud hammering and sawing multiple mornings. The staff were not friendly and did not see any problem with how they wrongfully notified their guests about the work being done. Stay here if you want a company who only wants your money and for guys to be right outside your window all week.

Awful. Came here and was greeted with guys right outside my windows doing construction. Very loud hammering to remove tile, making my balcony inaccessible. Then sawing a few days later. You can hear it clearly on the other side of the unit even when they are 3 or 4 floors away. If getting woken up wasn’t bad enough and being seen naked by a bunch of men, the staff here were extremely rude to the guests complaining about this. We come here and pay to sleep in and relax. Not to be woken up and give some workers a show. They said their painting signs were are warning. Only care about money and not about guests. I’m sure it’s great when this isn’t going on, but I’d rather stay with an honest business who cares about their guests then arguing over what is good business practices. Avoid this place if you can.

Silver Beach Towers Is The Best Place To Stay. We Enjoyed Walks On The Beach And The Fantastic Pool Hope To Return Very Soon!

Weve been visiting here for over a decade. We stay in the same condo every time. The amenities are nice. Two pools, 2 hottubs, sits right on the beach. There is no on site workout complex but youre on the beach, workout there. It is also conveniently located close to many of the great food establishments (many within a walk or bike ride distance).

We were there over Christmas. It was great being there in the off season when it wasnt so crowded. Our unit was spectacular.

Loved loved loved this place!! Beach was great, pool was always clean. They even called us on our 2nd day just to check up. The condo was fantastic, clean, beautifully decorated. We will stay here again, no doubt!

Love this condo! We stayed on the 14th floor in the east tower and it was amazing! Great views, great pool, great access to the beach, elevator was super fast, easy parking in the garage! I have nothing negative to say abt it!

This is our second year staying here and we will be back again. Had a couple of maintenance issues with the room but management was quick to fix the problems. Awesome condos and awesome views. Love this place.

Extremely disappointed in Compass Resorts and the owner of Silver Beach Towers Unit 806E. The owner sets the Airconditioning at a predetermined temperature and will not allow adjustments. The unit is extremely warm. I do not recommend this unit.

Our family has been going to the Silver Beach Towers annually for over forty years. For a couple of years we tried another facility, but ended up coming back. The rooms, furnishings, pool and beach chair arrangements are consistent year on year. We are generally very pleased, whic his why wekeep coming back. If you want a vacation on the gulf, I can recommend the Silver Beach Towers.

This is our 3rd year staying at Silver Beach Towers & we love it. Its always clean and a great location. We couldnt be happier.

My favorite US beach vacation spot.

Upon entering our room that we had stayed in, we noticed it wasnt very well maintained, or kept clean. The floors had dirt left over and napkins under drawers. Which wasnt that big of a deal. The rooms were spacious, beds were okay, with good amounts of towels. Some stained. What got us was we are charged over $200 for room service to clean the rooms after the stay. We did leave some trash and pizza boxes. Come later to find out we were charged another $150 for this, on top of the $200 we had already paid. And we were charged with notices ahead of time . Staff wasnt very polite nor helpful with this matter.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. This will definitely become our yearly vacation spot!

Great resort and rooms. Horrible service with late checkins. Worst is destin. We come every year. Dont use them unless youre ok with late checkin. Lots of upset people today. Beach service is very challenging. Reserve seats 7 days out at midnight or you will not get chairs at the water. Youll be on the back, and you will be upset. Theyve made this overcomplicated. I liked it better when it was first come first serve each morning. Youll love the rooms and location. It makes it worth it.

My husband and I absolutely love Silver Beach Towers . For us, it is hard to find anything that compares to this condo

We have stayed at Silver Beach Towers numerous times. However, this year kids are not allowed to do ANYTHING at the pool. Joey the security at the pool will not allow ANY floats of any kind in the pool. We have watched him kick floats out of the pool every five minutes. My two boys want to throw a soft squishy ball at the pool. Guess what, thats not allowed either. We watch kid after kid getting a ball or float taken away. So I asked to speak with mgt. Mgt (Steve Chamberlain )would not come to the pool to discuss with me or the other families that asked him to come discuss the issues bc he said he didnt want to cause a scene at the pool. However, kicked kids floats and balls out every 5 mins isnt causing a scene????? I asked to compromise and let the kids use soft squishy balls and small floats when the pool isnt crowded. He said he isnt able to compromise. So note to all.....if you have kids that want to use the pool and have fun, well that wont happen here!!!!! The only thing allowed in these pools is just swimming. So much for our expensive vacation. We will be going elsewhere next year so our kids can have fun. Especially when you spend $3000 on a week long vacation. Crazy!!!!!

Destin has been our family vacation destination since 1999. Silver Beach Towers facilities is well maintained, however the facility and staff is not able to accommodate a large group and rude to guest. We rented 9 condos and 1 penthouse on the main level.The company that manages the beach chair rentals were extremely rude and non-accommodating, the additional chairs purchased were never put together, and the staff their was extremely rude. My recommendation do not purchase additional chairs, do not do business with the company they do not appreciate the business.This resort is on the upper end pricing and I expected better service then received. If you are an owner of these condos you may want to discuss how the management treats the guests, they were more annoyed then appreciative of our business. If you are meeting family for a vacation/reunion you should consider other condo options.
