Tori and her assistant is really professional and they both know how to give you a comfortable relaxing experience while getting your nails done. I never had a nail salon offer me beverage for free while getting my nails done. It just shows how much they care about their customers, I didnt even feel like a customer I felt like a guess at someones home🧡. Tori has such a welcoming heart to every person who walks in her salon. This salon is mainly by appointments which is super awesome because at a time like this Id prefer not to be in a over crowded place, and Toris salon is super clean; neat; and spacious. This was my first time going to her salon and I promise you guys I will not go to any other salon. Tori is my official nail tech!

This was my first time at this location, my appointment was at 5, but we didn’t get started until around 5:20. I had Tori and she was absolutely amazing! She did my nails exactly how I wanted them, she didn’t hurt me at all (didn’t cut me with the file) she was very detailed and made sure u got your money’s worth for sure! I’d request her if you want a pleasant first experience... the entire staff is great and friendly... I can’t wait to go back. Oh and the pricing is amazing.

Where do I start, I went to the shop for a new set and a pedicure. First my the nail tech never understood what I was saying when I wanted red “matte” nails he kept offering gel polish. I said I’m not going to do gel this time but matte. Now on to the shape, I asked for coffin style nails and once he was done clipping and shaping they just looked like really thin square nails. I asked him to please fix this and I even showed him the photo of the nails I wanted. He just couldn’t do it so now some are thin some are round are square. Now the design I asked for crystal rhinestones on one of my fingers they scrambled the entire shop looking for some. When I said I wanted the entire finger decorated he said they didn’t have the right ones. I said I’ll just accept the ones you have because now I’m irritated and ready to go. The pedicure the lady’s phone kept ringing she kept leaving my feet to answer it at another station. Then she proceeded to tell me my feet are too dry for a proper pedicure. “Excuse Me” I said no this is what I wanted and paid for she was just being extremely lazy and as if they hadn’t just opened. My feet still look dry my polish is horrible she stepped on my toe nail and said once it drys I won’t be able to tell. She then does my eyebrows because she had done such a fantastic job on the Caucasian women before I was like ok. She says I’m glad your eyebrows have shape because now I don’t have to do so much. I could go on and on about the horrible experience I had, but let’s say I will never return there again.

This place is HORRIFIC! IT has new management. But service is terrible. The old Asian gentleman can not freaking paint toes and doesnt seem to have a clue about what the Hell he is doing. He did massage my feet well... But the trimming of toes nails and painting were a joke. Never again will I patronize them. 😵

It was a wonderful experience! I never had hot rocks used during a pedicure! It was Amazing!!! :)!! Highly recomend!!! I went because I read reviews that they take their time! Its very true she did and I will be back!! #5stars

Incredibly nice staff. They spent a lot of time on my pedicure and were very gentle with my feet. The massage was long and felt amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Love they way she does my nails but need more staff. The Hispanic lady is nice but didnt like my pedicure.

The prices are amazing, the staff is excellent not to forget the manager his great !!! Ive never been treated so good at any nail salon like here. They used hot rocks & everything a spa does but the diff is there prices are great !! Not to mention how clean the place is ! We just moved to desoto & I gotta admit they did better than my old nail tech.

Horrible Service!!!!Do not come here unless you have time to waste. Called in the am and made an appointment for four in the afternoon. I showed up and they sat me in a chair and I put my feet in scolding hot water (I guess to make up for the fact they werent going to start my pedicure). 35 min passed and I was never helped or told why I was waiting for my pedi to begin. Ultimately, I just dried my own feet off and walked out the door. Why accept an appointment to give service if youre not going to be able to fulfill your commitment....
