I was assigned this place by roadside assistance as my car was broken down in the city. It was 6am when they told me they dispatched a driver for me. They told me it would be about an hour wait and I said thats okay, just please hurry because I am afraid my car will be impounded by the city. Upon waiting I see that the ETA keeps getting pushed back by the hours. I waited 2 hours before calling and when I did they told me they did not have my information and was I sure this is the right company. I told them yes I knew it was because it was the number they called me from. A little more pushback from me had them admit that they did have my info and a driver was an hour away. I said okay and trusted that. 3 more hours pass and the ETA is continuously pushed back to compensate for that. I had called back but nobody picked up the line. When I called again they told me they would try to get ahold of the driver and I waited on hold only to be told they could not locate the driver. It had been 5 hours where could the driver possibly be. I was starting to get really nervous about my car getting impounded so I called the city just to check and sure enough, my car had been impounded because of this companys lack of drive, literally and figuratively. Horrible experience, everything that could have went wrong went worse.
