This tow company was just doing their job when they impounded a car that I had sold to someone.that never got plates on it. And it was towed by them according to the contract of the location the personLeft the car at. After it was towed the people I sold it to lost the key. So not only did I have to pay the storage charge and a fee to have the car towed somewhere to wait for a lock smith to come.Never got a locksmith to come but will next weekI was upset because if the price but I guess its standard at the price. The lady in the office ValisaWas very helpful with all of this mess. And AaronSupervisor was also very kind and helpful. So I hate to say this but they are 2 of the nicest and helpful people Ive ever met. So if anything bad review is done. Its like other said they were just doing their job.And I give them a 9 out of 10. I hope others can understand its usually not their ( towing company)Fault. Its the driver of the vehicle at the time if impound. Valisa and Aaron you were appreciated.Thanks again.

They took my husbands truck because they said it had no plates on there for two days which was a lie because the plates were on there the day before they towed it. Instead of informing us that the plates were stolen they just took the truck? Which makes us believe theyre the ones that took the plates to begin with. Shady company HORRIBLE customer service. The lady at the front desk is the rudest person Ive ever encountered in my life. I would not recommend Apartments using them as a towing service whatsoever.

I live in an apartment complex where I had to submit all my car information including insurance to get a sticker to park in the parking lot and still cant find parking cause others are still parking here without a sticker so I called majestic towing which is the company name in the parking stickers and the guy said that there is nothing he can do cause they dont have an impound lot and I asked him why we had to put these stickers from this company on my car and he hung up on me. Either the apartment is doing something scetchy or the towing company is??

The place is a joke! My temp rages expired on a Friday and they towed my car the next day! I called them for my car and the “Owner” told me they didn’t have my car and to call the police. The police informed me they do indeed have my car! She then goes on to blame me and told me I have her the wrong address!! When I got the ticket it had all the sting information besides my make and model of car! This place is bad business and the owner told me she’s a “ rich bitch” whatever tf that means.

Majestic Towing was quick to respond when I got home from a long shift only to find someone parked in my spot (which I pay for) I’m thankful that they came out so late at night because street parking is impossible after 8pm, nonetheless at 10pm. Everyone leaving bad reviews is just mad they got caught parking illegally.

This company towed my friends car and she mistakenly forgot her registered gun in glovebox came to retrieve her car to see its been tampered with and gun GONE. Police are investigating it and news crew are aware and willing to help. Get straight and return the gun or face charges. Dont trust this company with your vehicles

My car was illegally towed from my complex last night I pay 10 dollars a month to park in an open lot. The parking company may have had my wrong plates in their system it doesn’t negate the fact that I pay for parking and my car should not of been towed not toMention from the beginning the lady answering phone was rude, unprofessional, etc, Majestic Towing Is a predatory company preying on innocent people during the pandemic. I tried telling them the company emailed me proof of parking permit and they refused to give me a refund. Guess next step is problem solvers and my lawyer.

Beware of this company, all they do is illegally tow parked vehicle so they can make a profit. They illegally towed my car and ended up damaging internal drive train components. Took no responsibility for it. This company should be marked as an illegall repo company not a tow company. Watch our for these scumbags, if stealing peoples property was a company this is them.

My car got towed from my complex because I parked in a handicap. It was my fault 100% but I of course freaked out. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I had no idea what towing company and had to call police dispatch to find out. But once I found it was Majestic they were so nice and understanding and explained to me why they towed me and that they were taking over my complex. They worked with me on pick up time. Hard lesson learned but cheaper than a ticket. Majestic is a good company!

My auntie had left her gun in their car, when they went to retrieve the car the gun was stolen! The police are involved now I am absolutely furious about this towing company.

I parked my car at about 11pm in my apartment parking complex. It was snowing and there was apparently a handicap sign that was hidden behind a tree where I parked that I didn’t see. Majestic towing towed my vehicle anyway, fair enough. Upon calling to locate my vehicle, I had to ask four or five times where my vehicle was now before I was answered with the location. I was then told that due to COVID I had to make an appointment. I admit that I was very rude due to my stress and frustration. I requested the earliest appointment and stated that I needed the earliest one because I needed to work and they had taken my car, making it impossible for me to do so. The lady got extremely angry and defensive over this and told me to go pick my car up right then and that I needed to look up the federal laws for parking in a handicap space, as I’m the one that did, not her. This response was deserved due to my attitude and it being my own mistake. However, I arrived at the lot to pick up my vehicle, apologized to the gentleman there for my attitude to the person on the phone, and got my vehicle. Upon picking the car up, I informed the guy at the lot that I had an air compressor in the back of my vehicle. Upon inspecting the trunk, one of the lights in my trunk was broken and there was a scratch due to the air compressor hitting the trunk door during transport. My boyfriend simply stated that it was now scratched and stated we would try to report it to our insurance. I left the lot and about five minutes later, I got a call from the same woman I had talked to originally. She immediately told me that if I made a false claim to my insurance, I would be prosecuted, as they had cameras in all their trucks. As I tried to speak to explain what happened, the woman spoke over me and stated that I was on a recorded line. She then said “ha” and then hung up the phone. This was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. If there is damage to my vehicle, I have the right to report it to my insurance and not be threatened to be prosecuted over that. In addition, I believe I should have had the chance to explain the damage that was caused. Not only that, majestic towing isn’t held responsible for any damages per my signed invoice, so this wouldn’t affect her anyway if I were to file a report with my insurance to get this damage fixed. So, I don’t know why she felt the need to call and threaten me with prosecution. It felt extremely unprofessional, unnecessary, and hostile. I had already paid the money and left the lot with my vehicle, so there was no reason for her to call and try to cause more problems or make my day any worse

They illegally towed my car (which had a valid pass). After threatening to sue, they finally refunded me. Shows this company is nothing more than sleezy crooks with a tow car and zero understanding of the law

The owner is very nice and helpful. We bought a trailer from them and they gave us a great deal. Then another towing company illegally towed it from a parking lot and the owner of Majestic called them and helped us get it out for a lot less than they initinally wanted, thanks again for all your help.

Andrew was super cool and nice about getting my car back. The woman at the front desk (Valisa Wagner) had absolutely no clue what she was doing and refused to accept my credit card despite Colorado law mandating that they are required to accept them. Beware of their refusal to accept credit cards in an attempt to get you to use cash.

WHAT A SCAM! This isn’t even a legitimate company! They don’t take debit? Wouldn’t take a card over the phone or mail a bill. They do everything in their power to get you to pay in cash. This is a slimy company. The receptionist is rude and condescending. Not sure why any apartment complex would ask them to check their lots! I wasn’t even mad I got towed, I’m angry this company is a joke and wasn’t helpful in the slightest. It’s literally a trailer home! I asked where I could wait and there is a sketchy shed behind a dumpster! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I was approached by one of the drives and his buddy who was riding with him. They came through my apartment complex parking lot while I was loading my truck with camping supplies and told me I wasn’t all the way in the spot... I was currently loading my truck... not permanently parked. If I wanted to continue to keep my truck then I had to give him $70.00 .. or we are gonna tow it. Thank you for being professional and understanding the situation.. you guys are complete losers and time will have its way with you. Hope you get hit by a train

The most horrible “place of business” out there! From a sketchy parking lot they’re located in (looks like a cover for a meth lab with a parked RV where someone lives), to unprofessional and rude “staff”. After the money and ID were given to them, they refused to release the vehicle and had me and my friend waiting for 2 hours outside in the cold (28 degrees). So unprofessional, they are unsatisfied with their own lives and they take it out on the people that they deal with aka customers. So sad to see that anyone can run a “business” nowadays. It was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional, just a horrible experience. I will take it further and report them, as they need to be shut down and not work with people ever again. Miserable human beings, that’s all I have to say.

One of the worst towing companies, if not the worst towing company!!!! I have ever had to deal with. They steal stright to your face with the rates they charge. Most tow companies charge $125 to $150 for hook up (tow back to their lot). And $20 to $25 a day storage. These crooks... $325 for hook up and $30 a day. Then they steal behind your back as well!!! When i got my vehicle over $400 of personal property was stolen from my vehicle. Tools, Bluetooth speakers, portable phone charger, backpacks, my watch, flashlights, pocket knifes... I mean it was open game on anything they wanted. No shame no remorse. Giant POS company

Came a bit early for our appointment, and they wouldnt allow us to get my husbands car back early. We had to wait until our appointment time, and no one in there is doing anything. They say theyre busy, but theres no trucks moving, no other cars around, and the people are just lazing around. Why do we have to wait for them to get paid to do nothing?
