A few days ago my car was almost towed at my sisters apartment complex while I was staying with her for a couple days. The gentlemen that was towing cars told me that I needed a guest pass or permit in my car in order for me to park there. He was super friendly and respectful allowed me to pay a $70 drop fee instead of towing my car I was so grateful. Kindness goes a long way when you’re respectful to the tow truck drivers. They have a job to uphold like the rest of us. Make sure you know the apartment complexes rules when it comes to parking. The tow truck company does not make their own rules. Scheduled a tow with these guys to transport a classic car about 40 miles. They were on time, provided great customer service, and the price was a fair deal. Great experience and Id use their services again!!!

Johan was the friendliest, most helpful tow truck driver I have EVER met. I was quoted a VERY moderate price of $100 over the phone when I called, and given a 45-60 minute wait time. Johan arrived in less than a half hour. He was extremely respectful with my car, double checking all his work. He even let me ride back with him to as far as he was going in the same direction, even doubling back when Id forgotten to leave the key! The final cost was exactly as Id been quoted, a rare event in that industry! This is a very small, family owned home-grown business who operate with the utmost courtesy, respect and legit proper ethics! By far the most easy, cheapest, fastest and BEST towing experience in Denver. Period. Thank you Johan and fam!

Getting my car towed from my own apartment and even after the driver was informed that we live here he still insisted that we pay a 80 dollar fee. this is borderline criminal. Plan on seeing this company and the apartments.

Afterwards, I pull up to a designated parking spot next to the vacuum which had 2 parking spots available for each vacuum. Once I parked I realized I didnt have enough quarters after giving away the last of my change to a begger out front of the store before filling my tank for my long drive back home to Aspen, CO.As Im transferring money over from one bank account to another while sitting in my car with my husband to avoid any overdrafts once some previous purchases clear in the next day or so, out of nowhere a Ameri Tow Truck backs in and hooks my car up to his truck!Mind you, NO ONE EVEN CAME TO LOOK AND SEE IF ANYONE WAS SITTING IN THE CAR (which there was, 2 people in fact) not even a employee came out telling us to leave.. why? Because we werent doing anything wrong being laying customers and all, sitting in their car, did not once leave the property all under less than 35-40 minutes. ILLEGAL ILLEGAL ILLEGAL!He threatens to take our car or pay a $80.00 drop fee! SHAME ON YOU AMERI TOWING FOR BREAKING THE LAW FOR SOME CHUMP CHANGE DURING THE HOLIDAYS WITH A PANDEMIC!This man was very rude, telling me not to talk back to him when I was in years explaining how Im out of town and Im simply transferring money over to get cash back to vacuum my car! This place has thieves working for them! They stole my boyfriends speakers that were worth $5,000..Im not happy with this place whatsoever! also they said they work for Jambo Motors and when we called they refused to give us ther company name so we hd to research... my suggestion would be never to buy from them u will get ripped off

Honestly working in center of downtown I expected getting a tow would be a nightmare, but despite the snow and unfortunate events of the day I was saved. Fitsum and Mr Rosales were courteous and professional. It did not take long to wait for them to pick me up. Fitsum especially was very easy to talk to and take my mind off the situation. Also made sure I got to my destination with my vehicle safely and in a timely manner. Would definitely do business with them again!

Most companies wouldnt tow a ram 2500 mega cab, but they did while it was loaded. My driver, Fitz, did a great job, despite it not being the easiest tow. 10/10 would break down again.

HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE! I was on the side of 225 at 10pm with my broken down 59 year old mother when ameritowing told me hed be there within a 30-45 min window, of course we waited a good 55+min to call the company back just to hear no one was coming. You sir have HORRIBLE customer service, I cannot believe you just let us sit there without calling us back and Telling us to find someone new. I couldnt understand hardly anything you(owner/dispatch/hotline) were saying and then you text me some other companys number to get a tow truck, which of course I assumed you were texting me YOUR drivers number ..ARE YOU KIDDING ME, THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS??.. just to find out you completely blew us off and let us sit there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called blue diamond towing and they got my moms car off the road within 37 min of contacting there office, I suggest you people call them(BLUE DIAMOND TOWING), dont trust these guys theyll have you stranded.
