Drivers damage your vehicle and drive around without their lights on at night

I parked and went inside the business to pay a bill. Afterwards I took my daughter across the street to check out another business, not even 5 minutes went by before I saw out the window my car was being towed. I ran out and they told me $75 cash to drop it or pay hundreds at the yard. The driver even called for back up to another driver. Youve been on the news before, and Im going to place some calls myself. Dirty business with scum employees!
