It took me awhile to write this, but I loved getting my nails done here.I made an appointment and got there and was immediately greeted with a smile and a welcoming environment.My sister and I were very pleased by the service.Everything was clean and nice.They actually took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us accomplish our nail goals.Definitely recommend going here!!!!! You will not regret it

This place is one of the top in Denver and their prices can’t be beat and their work is amazing! Jamie specifically was outstanding! She new exactly what I wanted it and executed it to a T. I am 100% happy and will be coming back. A plus, they are very clean!Edit: they truly are a great nail salon! I had some trouble recently with my nails about a week after I got them done. They got me in and fixed them for free. Super nice and didn’t seemed annoyed. They will have my continued service 🙂

I recently started making manicures part of my self care at 30 years old. I went to other salons and Flawless nails was AWESOME. Attention to detail, clean tools aka brand new and meticulously made sure my manicure started super close to my cuticle. This is my new place for nails!

The mango spa pedicure was maaaaagical! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟The attention to detail of all of the staff is beyond appreciated!I was late to my appointment and they were extremely accommodating. Offered water to stay hydrated and magazines to read while your polish drys.Highly recommended!!!! 💅

I recently moved here from D.C. and have been on the hunt for a new nail salon. After a few lackluster experiences, one of my friends recommended Flawless. Needless to say, I have found my new nail spot. The staff here are extremely pleasant and greet you immediately upon arrival. I had the technician Ring and she was awesome! She was able to execute the design I showed her and the gel nails lasted me for 4+ weeks without chipping, peeling or breaking. I am so, so happy I found my new spot. I highly recommend this place for all your nail needs! :)

I came in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure looked great but something was wrong with the polish, because it still wasnt dry 4 hours later; causing me to ruin most of the polish. The gel manicure was ok, but the gel was applied extremely thickly and quite a distance from my nail base, leading to the manicure looking grown out in only a few days. Im leaving 3 stars because the facility was clean, well located and everyone was really nice. This shop was a bit more expensive than where I usually go, so I wouldnt return given the quality of my service.

Really appreciate the flexibility of this salon. I had a scheduled appointment but arrived about 45 mins early. They graciously worked me in, and were so welcoming. Both of the ladies did a wonderful job and my nails look fantastic! I’ll certainly be back when I’m downtown!

Jamie does an amazing dip manicure! Very impressed with this place. Very clean and they offer you a drink. Jamie was very thorough and detailed, just how I like it. She just gained a loyal customer!

OVER THE TOP! If I could give 100 stars, I would. From the minute we walked in they were gracious, caring, enjoyable and were truly glad we were there. I have not had service like this in years! Didi was AMAZING! She gives a real massage - not some fake pats and light rubs- and the pedi is perfect. I am unable to wear polish, so I usually get pushed out early....not Didi! She said, no problem, lets make them shine! She took EXTRA time....and they do!!!!! If you want to walk out of a salon feeling fabulous and pampered, Flawless Nail Bar is it. It is a 4 hour drive for me, but evertime I am in Denver I will be back. Just WOW!

It takes a lot for me to write a review of any business, but I felt this feedback needed to be shared. I have been going to flawless nails since I moved to Denver and never had an unpleasant experience. The place is super clean, the staff is amazing, very convenient location.That being said, I had my nails done this weekend (dip powder which is $55–much more than I am used to paying being from NYC) and two chipped off within a day. I went back on Tuesday to get them fixed, and was told no one could fix my nail that night. It was 4pm and they close at 8pm. There were two people in there getting pedicures. I would have gladly waited to get my nails fixed, although it would’ve taken about five minutes to fix the chipped nails. They told me I could come back tomorrow, but I explained I couldn’t because I was leaving for a vacation. They told me I shouldn’t have expected them to leave a patron to fix my nails. Again, I would have waited for the pedicures to be done, and it was four hours from closing.I wanted to leave this feedback as a way to improve because I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never been treated this rudely, especially not as a regular. I will not be going back. I left three stars because I’ve never had an unpleasant experience here before this instance.

Ladies were so friendly and kind. Nails turned out beautifully. Great place to go with friends because they kept us all together so we could “gab”.

They did such a great job on my mine & my daughters nails. My girls were very very happy and satisfied with the way everything came out and of the services they provided to us. We definitely will be returning. I highly recommend this place of business to anyone looking to get their nail did.

Urna did a beautiful gel manicure with OPI Its a Boy polish, my nails have never looked so beautiful. The salon is so calming, I actually closed my eyes for a few minutes. I will be returning!

Jamie did a great job on my dip manicure! Im from out of town but everyone was very outgoing & friendly. They must have a lot of good, loyal customers. They knew them all by name & seemed to have great relationships with them as well. 😄

I’m a guy and so going to get a pedicure can be a little daunting but the staff at flawless nails was very a helpful, them make you feel comfortable from start to finish.Ring was awesome she gave me my pedicure and got me feet looking and feeling great again. Unfortunately for this place their chairs are from the early 1990s or late 80s, they are old and worn out looking and there were apparently only two in usable condition with the water part only, the chairs massage mechanism was not working on any of the chairs and on the 2 chairs they tried to have me use the mechanism was jabbing into my back, so that i could not lean back. Not to mention they kept trying to act like it wasnt a problem, by giving me a pillow to lay back on . Now I know why I was the only one there trying to get a pedicure. The chair was so bad, i.e. uncomfortable and worn out, that I had to leave and go to another place in Aurora to get my pedicure. So go there first and see for yourself . No nevermind, dont waste your valuable time . I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone ....Doesnt the state health department inspect and regulate these places ??

Jamie does my gel manicures. It literally lasts over a month without any chips. I wont go to anyone else. I will usually have whoever is available to do my pedicures and I am ALWAYS happy. The extra massage is always worth it too. After 3 years of trying to find my nail place, Im glad I found Flawless Nail Bar.

I have recently had back surgery. Prior to surgery my feet had been numb for almost five years, and now, they are really sensitive. I walked in explained my situation to Ring, and asked for a pedicure as I’m not able to really bend a great deal. Her response to me was that my situation was just routine. Like I was one of hundreds of people she had provided services to and, Ring did not make me feel awkward. She sat me in the lounge chair and offered me a sparkling water (super kind and such a nice touch). Ring has this awesome vibe; she really cares. She is extremely personable and I ended up in a conversation with her and another client. This place feels so comfortable! You ladies did fantastic and seriously are great people!I am now a loyal client!

This was the highest rated place within walking distance of my hotel downtown and google did not steer me wrong!Beautiful selection of gel colors and the lady who did my nails was super detailed and nice. If I’m ever back in Denver this will be a go to!

I was able to get in the day I called for a gel manicure. It had been ages since anyone had professionally cared for my nails and it showed! Service was excellent and my nails look beautiful.

They were very Covid conscious and friendly and had a great selection of gel colors.

Whenever I feel like treating myself this is the place to go! I love going there as I finally found the perfect place to get my nails done! Jamie is very professional and friendly and her work is sooooo neat and perfect! They also have a good variety of colors to choose from. I went there several times and I was never disappointed.

If you’re downtown and need a nail salon, this is where to go. Both Ring and Nomi are expert nail technicians- playing very close attention to detail and taking their time to ensure a perfect manicure or pedicure. I have been here 4 times and never regretted it. The dip manicure I got from Ring was the best I’ve had yet. My pedicure from Nomi was perfect, and the massage was SO good that I extended it for 10 mins! My boyfriend, who is a serious nail picker, feels very comfortable here and they’ve always gone above and beyond for his torn up nails! The shop is clean and there is complimentary tea, sparkling water etc. Jamie, the manager, is polite and helpful and makes sure her guests are happy. The prices are standard for downtown. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone downtown!

I had my nails done on a walk-in. I’m really afraid of new nail salons, often unhappy with my own. The grinder is my enemy and often have to beg the tech to not damage my natural strong nail bed. I asked them if they had to use a grinder to apply powder. They actually do not even have grinders!!!!! I loved that they took the time to soak off my nails and did an amazing job on my new nails!!! I wish I could go downtown more often.

Ladies were not very friendly. Did not get a complete pedicure. They also told my group that the pedicures were 35.00 but when we went to pay they changed us 50.00 . I do not recommend this place nor will I ever go there.

Came in to get my gel nails fixed (from another salon). Jamie did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Highly recommend! Will be back the next time I’m in town.

Every time I come here I am VERY pleased!! I have had a few manicures but all in all I’m not super girly, my nails typically always chip very fast and break, but after getting my nails done here they grew so strong and the color didn’t chip for a LONG TIME!!! My technician Ring is so sweet and she always does a killer job. Such a cool location right down town, and always very chill and relaxing while I’m there 10/10!! Only place I will go!!

Please take your business elsewhere when looking for a nail salon. My recommendation is Fine Nails in Castle Rock. Ask for Yuna!Theres a reason this place ONLY has 25 reviews ladies and gentlemen. I am all for customer service and Flawless Nail Bar is not the place to be! I called them on Friday to see if they had any availability. I had a prior engagement at 5:30pm. I let the woman who answered know this. I also informed her that I was coming from Colorado Springs to Denver. Now take into account that thats an hour and a half drive. I told her I could be there between 3:30 and 4pm because I was accounting for traffic as well. She said okay and scheduled me for 3:30. I even called again to let them know what time my GPS was telling me I would make it which was 4pm. There was an accident that day on I-25. She says I appreciate you calling to tell us, but Im not sure how this would work because theres an appointment after you. First, is there only one nail tech working on a Friday? Secondly, I let you know beforehand what time I would be there before I even drove that way in which you agreed to take me and booked the appointment. Thats just poor customer service. What would have happened if I hadnt called again and drove all that way? I also see that your responses to people who have given you bad ratings is unprofessional as well. But, thanks to the inconvenience I called Fine Nails in Castle Rock. They did an AMAAAAZING job! Ive never experienced such a attentive and soothing mani/pedi before! So, thaaaanks!!!!

Ring was really nice getting me scheduled same day, and was kind enough to try a bit of nail art I was hoping to copy from a picture online. I get really nervous asking for anything but one color because I’ve been treated unpleasantly before (telling me I’m high maintenance or pressuring me into something I don’t want) but not Ring!
