Experienced and professional nail technicians. They are so good on top of being friendly and welcoming. The salon is clean and never crowded. They disinfect every tool they use and use new files each time.They require customers to wash their hands before they pick the color which is a sign of how clean they are. They offer the full DNC Shellac and regular polish.They have a very convenient App where you can book and modify your appointments.

Im not kidding here. This is the best my feet have looked in years (probably ever). I was frankly ashamed of the condition I found my nails when I was on a family vacation... and thought I can do better. The Nest in Lakewood gently took me under their wing and performed a miracle. It was painless and when I left I purchased my first summer flip flops EVER. Yes I will be back. Watch out for the pop tops! Great service, personable wonderful people.

I love the Nest!! I have only been to the Lakewood location but I am sure they are similar in quality.Not only are they local to Colorado but they do fantastic work. Theyre quick, all the technicians are personable, and they do an excellent job! I love the atmosphere of the salon and just the overall friendliness of staff. I dont enjoy salons where I feel like I have to stay silent for the sake of the running water sounds in the background, I want to have a good time! They do great work and charge great prices for their services!

The Nest DTC was a wonderful oasis on Saturday afternoon as I indulged in a bit of pampering. My pedicure experience with Jennifer was delightful. The water was warm, her technique perfect and the chit chat was kept to a minimum.There were not too many customers in the shop and I felt my physical well-being was being taken into account.I booked at the last minute and I did not feel rushed at all. The peppermint lotion was a lovely treat.I can’t wait to find time for a manicure!I highly recommend The Nest DTC for all your nail pampering!!

I have heard good things, but would definitely not recommend going here with a larger groups. Unfortunately after calling 3 times and speaking with the front desk who said the owner would reach out each time, as well as emailing, no one got back to me about booking a group to get our nails done here.They could be short staffed at the moment but was very disappointing to not even get a call back...

Had my nails done here for the first time last month, and my shellac lasted almost an entire month! It was also my first time trying shellac and it definitely won’t be my last. Great spa and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

The Nest Nail Spa offers the very best service of any nail salon I have ever used. My nails are always perfect and the polish lasts. The technicians are all friendly and treat the clients with respect and care. Davina, Penny and Cali are favorites of mine. The protocols followed during the pandemic have been impeccable and I have felt very safe to be there. In addition, the reception desk is very welcoming and makes you feel at home the moment you enter the spa.

Felt extremely comfortable going in to get my nails and toes done as a very pregnant lady during COVID-19. The spa is extremely clean, staff is super friendly and I appreciate the precautions that the business has in place for their staff and guests.

Im hesitant to write this review, because The Nest Nail Spa - DTC is my go-to, and I dont necessarily want to let that cat out of the bag. I recently went for my fourth or fifth visit, and you simply cannot go wrong with this place. Each and every one of their techs is amazing - friendly, professional and meticulous - so never worry about who your appointment is with. They never rush you, even if youre the last appointment of the day, they always pamper you, and you will feel good when you walk out of there. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the CND shellac is very gentle on your nails, from my experience, and can last up to three weeks. Quite simply its the best place in town for a mani/pedi.

The nest is great! They only do natural nails so the salon does not reek of chemicals. There is a very homey feeling about the salon, and the staff is always nice and welcoming! Services are also top notch! Ive attended 2 bridal parties at the salon, one being my own, and had great experiences both times!

I have loved going to The Nest Nail Spa for several years now, but have always gone to the Lakewood location. I just recently went to the DTC location, and it was great! It is very spacious and the quality of my shellac manicure was great, as usual! I definitely highly recommend The Nest Nail Spa, both locations, for any manicure or pedicure wishes!

My favorite nail salon! All the technicians I have gone to have made me feel comfortable and I have always been satisfied with the end result. I have struggled with weak/thin nails for several years and this is the one salon where I feel like I am able to treat myself with a polish and not feel like I just weakened them further. Would recommend!

I had a wonderful pedicure here and felt very safe as they are continually disinfecting, distancing and all wear masks. I have a compromised immune system so safety is high on my list right now during COVID. They also do a fabulous job and the polish lasts for many weeks!!!!

Nest Nail Spa was very accommodating and I was able to schedule manicures for myself, mom, and step mom. It spa was clean, trendy, and all staff members were professional. I felt very safe in their spa and they take safety seriously, but it doesn’t feel like a hindrance. Davina helped me pick out a color to wear to my wedding and worked magic on my nails. My cuticles have never looked this good after a manicure and the shellac polish was applied with expertise. I also received a pedicure from Davina and she did a wonderful job, plus it was the best foot massage I’ve ever received - whether from a nail tech or an esthetician. My family also enjoyed the great service they received from Penny and Cali, thank you ladies for making my parents feel special. I will definitely be back!

Penny did a great job and kept up great conversation while she worked her magic. She accidentally gave me the wrong manicure (I had paid for the Cardinal) and she gave me the difference in cash from her own pocket.Their system, for some reason, cant give refunds and for that they got only 4 out of 5 stars.The place is clean and there is a good selection of colors to choose from. It was a bit expensive for paint and quick manicure (cut cuticles, file/cut/shape nails, and some hand lotion) but the people were friendly and the service high quality.

I would ABSOLUTELY give this place zero stars, if possible. I felt extremely unwelcome and was very rushed by a rude tech and manager. I have never been so offended and uncomfortable in my life. I was told that I would not receive a massage because there was no time. Why even get a pedi without a massage? When I pushed back, the manager and tech were both very argumentative and insincere. So disappointing and not what you want when you are paying to relax.That said, the end result is fine. Nothing spectacular, or worthy of being treated this way. 0/10 - would NOT recommend.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! This is by far the cleanest and most professional salon I’ve visited. The experience is top notch. I love knowing that when I schedule my appointment I’m going to get right in and be taken care of. They let you pick your lotion scent, offer water (and a bunch of other things) and make you feel so welcomed. I’ve had a few different nail techs and each one has been amazing. One of the best things is their polish actually lasts, I’m on week 3 and they haven’t chipped!

I had a wonderful girls day out with my sweet best friend. She treated me to a pedicure. It was so relaxing and fun! The pedicure was done well and lasted for a while.

I booked the cardinal and shellac manicure with Penny. I haven’t been to a nail salon before so I didn’t know what to expect but everything from start to finish was great! Checking in was quick and easy, the woman at the desk knew it was my first time there and quickly explained my options. She was warm and welcoming. Penny was fantastic! I knew she was going to be fun from the start. She really took the time to explain the process to me and taught me a few things, which I appreciated! She kept the conversation super fun and had me laughing the whole time. Her work is impeccable, I am so very happy with my manicure - my hands have never looked this good! The nest nail spa has an amazing staff and services. They are all about the natural nail, so you wont be smelling harsh chemicals or it being used on your nails. The lotions, scrubs, masks, and soaks they use are all locally made and they smell so good. All the nail techs are friendly and talented, you cant go wrong getting a service from here.

It was my first time here and Chelsey did my pedicure and she was amazing! I know some people mentioned comments about having polish on before they come but if you look on their website you will see it says to call instead of making an appointment online if you have questions about that. If you have regular polish no biggie they just need to know if u have shellac polish on before hand. The owner answered my phone call and was so sweet and helpful. Best place I’ve ever been to! I was visiting from Minnesota and they took such great care of me. I had gel on from another salon but let them know beforehand, as their website requests. They did a shellac manicure on me & it lasted 3 weeks. They have the nicest employees, fun music, relaxing tv shows, and are super clean. I wish we had a Nest in MN!

The Nest is, hands down, the best nail salon in town. The DTC location is as exceptional just like the Lakewood location. Every detail has been attended to so that you feel pampered from the moment you walk in the door.First, I love that they set aside time just for you. There is no sign-in-and-we-will-call-your-name nonsense. When you make an appointment, that time is dedicated to you! (As an aside, you will want to think ahead and make your appointments well in advance because they fill their slots pretty fast.)Second, rest assured that if there’s a product in use or on their shelves it’s all natural. I love that it always smells clean and that they don’t use any harsh chemicals. Great nail salon, I’ve been a client for about a year! Love the Shellac that they use, no soaking nails in acetone or harsh electric filing. My nails feel smooth even when I take my polish off at home! A little bit pricier than a strip mall nail place, but definitely worth it. Love to take them a Pinterest nail art idea, and they always exceed my expectations!!

I have always been impressed with so many aspects of the Nest (customer service, quality of service, cleanliness, staff experience, etc.) but have been especially impressed by their ability to adapt their business during these uncertain times of COVID. When I first walked in I felt completely at ease. They are taking all the necessary precautions and it is noticed and appreciated. The Nest always feel impeccably clean, but Icould tell they were taking extra cleaning precautions to protect their customers and staff (plexi glass, frequent hand washing, masks, etc.)

This is my favorite salon/spa of all time! The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and The Cardinal Pedicure is easily the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The prices are very fair, it’s very clean, and it doesn’t stink like chemicals inside. The owner is so sweet, and after just a couple times of seeing her at the other location, she recognized me. I love that what’s being put on your skin is actually good for it, and not full of toxic ingredients, and that many of the products they use are made by someone local! Definitely stop in if you get the chance, but you’ll likely want to make an appointment or call before going in as their appointment books are often full.

I had been looking for a natural nail salon since moving here. I started going to the Lakewood location, which was a bit of a drive but worth it. I was very happy when they opened another location that was closer to home. Morgan is amazing! She pays attention to detail and was sweet to chat with. Appointments are super easy to make online, salon was very clean and their massage chairs were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I’m super picky and yet this place (actually both locations) has never disappointed me!

I just had my first visit to this salon. I had a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. Both were awesome! Penny did both services and she was great. Even though I am not a regular nail salon person, my nails are not in great shape and I am convinced that the way most salons rough up the surface of the nail before applying polish is part of the problem. Thus I was looking for a more healthy approach and found this place. The salon is beautiful and in a great location. It felt like MUCH more like a spa experience than your typical strip mall nail salon. Penny did a PERFECT job on both my fingers and toes. Its slightly more expensive than the strip mall places but SO worth it. It was a more pleasant experience all around and much healthier for my nails, too. Unfortunately I did not notice the 1st time coupon they are offering on their website until I went to write this review, so make sure you screen it to use! They also gave me a goody bag at the end with oil to apply to my fingers and toes to keep them healthy and make the mani and pedi last longer. Additionally, the bag contained a coupon for next visit. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place and Penny to anyone. Thanks :)

Im a loyal customer as this is an awesome nail salon! The service is excellent-- everyone who works there is SO nice. The space is lovely-- very modern and inviting. They always do a terrific job on my nails and I leave feeling very pampered.

The Nest is my new go to spot for getting my nails done. Not only is it conveniently located, it’s near a ton of other great places to check out as well. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment time, and have even been taken early. Once inside, there are more than enough color options, each separated by shellac and regular polish. By far one of my favorite parts of the spa is its cleanliness. Everything is spotless, beautiful, and you don’t have that awful smell that you usually encounter at nail salons! The pedicure chairs are also to die for. The prices are comparable to other places, and if it seems a tad higher, it’s because of the superior environment and work. Give the Nest a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

Tried to book an appointment for three. Website makes user go through and find three matching appointments. I tried calling for a week. Messages never returned. When I finally did get through, they were booked and the receptionist nonchalantly said sorry, voice Mail was down. This place can’t be worth the aggravation but I’ll never know because I’m done trying.

Ok, and with that, my nails have never, and I mean never have been this long and healthy after 5 months of getting the Hummingbird Shellac manicures. I love The Nest because they are super clean and very loving and kind to each other and their clients. They deep clean all of their stations and chairs right after each client/service, they offer a variety of drinks during your service like water, tea, and coffee, all of the technicians support one another if need be and are always spot on with their things, and they give great advice on keeping your nails and skin beautiful and dry skin free. When I arrived I was less than impressed by how I was treated & the attitude the owner had when she asked if I had shellac on already & I said yes. She made it sound like I was an inconvenience because I hadn’t booked a removal - this was my first visit so I wasn’t aware that needed to be booked also but they made time for it. Maybe the front desk should be calling new customers before their visit to be sure it’s booked correctly. The lady who did my nails greeted me by saying “you’re already causing trouble!” funny, sure but not professional having never been to the spa before. To remove my old shellac, get a “manicure” & have new shellac put on took over an hour. I watched many people come after me & leave before me. I don’t mind waiting if the nails looked good but unfortunately one of my nails was bumpy & streaky & they looked less than professional. Less than a week later, 3 of my nails had chipped & they started turning green (they were supposed to be light blue). I wanted to love this spa as it’s very convenient for me but with this being my first experience, I will not be returning.

I love the Nest! Usually when I walk into nail salons, I get a headache immediately due to the intense fumes and chemicals used. That didn’t happen with the Nest and all I could smell when I walked in was their delightful scents for their lotion massages etc. The people are all super nice and very accommodating!!

I cant say enough good things about The Nest. It truly is a nail spa not just a nail salon. The environment is relaxing, the color selection is incredible and I am always impressed by the service. Its important to me to have reduced toxicity in my skin and nail care services, so I really appreciate the effort to create a less toxic nail spa experience. Ive been going to the Lakewood location for a year, and now that they FINALLY OPEN THE DTC location I have been attending that location and STILL receiving some of the BEST service you will find in this industry... This nail salon is classy and fun at the same time. The Nail Artists connect with me on each visit, building a personal connection with me through authentic conversation and interactions. Everyone in the salon is friendly and kind, accepting each client as they are.The product lasts me 3 solid weeks (shellac), which was a necessary element to returning to their salon. I have returned to their salon for 6 months and plan to continue to return there.
