Tried to charge 35 for little kids nails because they had to hand paint cheetah print because they didnt have airbrush anymore I then asked for a rainbows on the nail she ended up doing 3 times before she started painting when she was done painting told me she couldnt do it because she only does it on shellac nails. So my baby ended up getting plain pink nails and I got the stickers and did it myself all she wanted was her nails done for school its a shame that you lost not only my business but those of my friends because Im a good Tipper and a regular customer looking for a salon to call home we wont be back and I dont recommend you waste your money here either

I love my nail technician. She truly cares that you are satisfied with her work. I have never been dissatisfied with her work. You need to schedule with BB. You will not be unhappy.

Had my first pedicure here. Great experience. Very clean spa, clean tools. Really liked the massage chairs during the whole pedicure.

Emily does an amazing job! She does my sisters nails which are always beautiful Im glad I came with her this time. She took her time and is very detailed. The spa is always clean and organized. And they have all sorts of colors. For sure Ill keep coming.

Took my oldest here to get a pedicure with me. Also, had my two youngest with me waiting. The ladies here were so sweet and made us all feel comfortable. The ladys who did our toes took their time on our pedicures and did an excellent job! My one year old started to get antsy while waiting and the ladies helped me out with him reassuring that he wasnt bothering them at all. Definitely will be coming back here again! ❤️

I showered her what I wanted and picked out the colors. She said gloss would be better so since they had 5 stars and they r the professionals I said ok as I normally do glass anyways. She ended up doing powder dip on all my nails and again I said nothing cause I figure she knew what she was doing lolI was wrong you can see though my nails and she never used the other color. I won’t be back. Oh well live and learn.

Ive been letting my eyebrows grow i go to this place to get my eyebrows waxed, she hands me a mirror and shows me the finished result and she waxed the end of my eyebrow off . I told her about it and she completely blames me and says my eyebrow was like that when i came in . Really lady ? I have pics it wasnt like that at all .

The wait was kinda long even with an appointment. Other wise I guess it was ok

Nina and Ben are awesome. Provided great customer service! I got shellac nails and pedicure. They look great and prices are great for the service you get. I would defiantly recommend checking them out. They also do massages which I didnt get but might try next time.

Most amazing + relaxing shellac pedicure experience ever. Best nail salon Ive been to yet in the state of Colorado. They were very gentle and caring. They offered us Hot Tea and Water. And the woman who did my pedicure, fixed my ingrown toe nail without me feeling a thing!My sister and I called prior and they were ready waiting for us once we arrived. Excellent customer service.It was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend others to give this place a try!

So I went here cause I wanted a pedicure at a place that wasn’t very busy my friend told me she loved her pedicure here so I gave it a try well as I have no complaints about my pedicure itself the guy was really nice but the paint job of my shellac is not good, I feel like my 5 year old could of done a better job, I asked for white with this specific glitter over it well the white was a weird color and took 4 coats to even look white and the glitter he put over it isn’t the one I choose. And he didn’t put no top coat. Also I was there for an hour and a half that’s a little long for a pedi. Not impressived

Totally dis satisfied,the paint job was horrible,under nails werent filed good and 2 nails literally fell off when drying hands with towel! 20 minutes after getting done!!!!!!!! I will never go again!!! Waisted my 40 dollars. Ive never experienced this ever before!!! Dont go, run!!!

Shellac is the best place in Denver to get manicures, pedicures, waxing and more. Nina and Lisa really take their time with my nails and always exceed my expectations. The environment is very relaxing too. I recommend them to everyone I know!! Try them!

After a long day looking for some place to get my nails done. They did a great job with my 7 year old giving her the colors she wanted. And I got a really cute pedi for an affordable price.

The guy who did my nails didnt do a very good job. He seemed rushed, left my nails uneven and unevenly painted, and left parts of the nails unpainted. I opted for shellac, so now Ill have to go get the polish removed and repainted. I wont be returning.

Took my daughter to get my nails done here. She asked for red and black nail polish. The lady told her its christmas time you should get Christmas colors. Put only red on her nails. When people are paying you for your services you give what is asked of you not what you want. My daughter also messed up one of her nails and the woman wouldnt fix it. We paid 35 bucks to get her nails done and they would not fix her nail.

I dropped down to 2 stars because the people are friendly there but the last few times I went, they made my cuticles bleed. 3 different people! I was a loyal customer for a long time but I just dont want to go back. NIna is the best but shes always busy.

This place is HORRIBLE I’m never coming here again. One of the ladies did a horrible job on my nails, she kept cutting my cuticles and filed my nails really short, with the electric file even though I told her I wanted a manicure not nails, she then proceeded to say “oh I sorry honey”. I also picked out a color and she said oh “no honey that color is not good too hard pick other color” and then she had the nerve to say their business was down. I wonder why? They’re rude to their customers.Side note- the lady next to me had fungus on her toes and they still did her nails. Gross..Dirty place.. do not recommendAlso when I called to schedule a message I went in and they said sorry I’m busy but come back in an hour, then when I came back they made me pay before the service was completed and also only less than 45 minutes of massage even though I paid for an hour.I hope they get what they deserve. I really wanted a massage and pamper time I was in tears after a long day of work I was really looking forward to me time.

We actually came here because are other nail salon was way to full so in a way it was a last resort... But I am so happy we did come across this place, everyone one was so sweet and she did a beautiful job so gentle and kind with my nails especially cause I do have weak nails due to the acrylics but I probably found a new place to come to now:)

Love this place, they dont have dip but the shellac lasts forever (except French nails) but everyone is so nice, they have massage and literally the best deals.

The worst place for your nails! I payed $38 for dip powder and after 1.5 week my nails were so bad (dip powder is every 3 weeks), they don’t know to do that, don’t waste your money!
