Great quality equipment and unbeatable value when you include the steam room, pool, classes etc., but the people who work here are just ridiculous(in a good way).Viki at the front desk
The Gym itself is fine but very disappointed in Service. Changed our payment method before due date but was unaware you have to do it three days in advance. The payment was naturally returned and I was assessed a fee. Two days later they take the fee and the monthly charge from the correct account. Argued fee with Customer Service to no avail. Its not a lot of money but very upsetting they are unwilling to be kind to a new customer.
Great gym, clean for the most part. The only gripes I really have are the lack of attachments for cable machines like ropes, handles, etc., you always have to take some from other machines. The other one is their choice of music. The most god awful rap/ hip hop/R&B from terrible artists. If you plan on going to the gym ear buds are a must.
I so happy to be part of this gym! I am accomplishing my goals again finally! Love workout my butt off,and it paid! Also the part I enjoy as well since the full reopening without the mask, because I am vaccinated! It’s been awesome to develop some friendship with few men who are as discipline as me! Sara Hopkins is the star of the gym. I spoke to many people at corporate who refused to help me with my situation. Sara was the only one who listened to my medical situation and resolved the issue. She never gave up and kept on it. Because of Sara I will speak very highly of VASA to others. She showed care and concern for my individual situation. Thank you Sara for your kindness and compassion. We need more people like you in our world. VASA has a gem in you. I also want to say the front desk people are always so very friendly and welcoming.
I think the overall vibe here is “somebody is gonna steal my stuff”. The people at the front desk are biased and won’t acknowledge you, unless you look a certain way(fit) and the place is usually pretty gross and unkept. The equipment range is actually really great, which is the only thing brining me back here, but they definitely need to drop the elitist/smug attitude.
Staff is so unfriendly. they’re always flirting and in small groups at the front desk. seems like they only help people they’re attracted to. only person who is consistently nice is Jesse, such a sweetheart. seems like there’s never a manager and they just leave their associates to pick up all the slack. the gym cleanliness is obsolete. the pool area always looks like it’s been abandoned. the bathrooms are always nasty, seems like they’re never clean. definitely their least cared about location.
Great place to work out, play basketball, swim, aerobics, hot tub, sauna, steam room, massage, and even get a tan. The staff are the best! Very helpful and encouraging. There is a yearly fee of $49.99 but you dont have to pay it until your 3rd month but it is well worth it. This is my gym I dont see myself going anywhere else anytime soon.To the staff KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!
After a very unfortunate experience at another gym I swore off of gyms for over a year. Going as a guest to vasa made me break my “gym fast”. The facilities are super clean and nice and the staff is awesome! Signing up was super easy and everything in the contract was written clearly (and explained/emphasized by a staff member) so there were no surprises in billing or what amenities were usable by me. I usually go during lunch, and it’s pretty empty which is nice, but even at the busiest times there is still plenty space and are tons of free machines and equipment. I have 0 regrets about joining vasa.
The cardio machines are pretty much all broken kinda insane

Jenny saved me the other day from coming to my whits end after dealing with a bunch of fraud on my cards and her helping me get things situated as it was billing time, she was so understanding. Really a sweet human and helped me get everything taken care of. 10/10 customer service and always an upbeat energy at the front desk ☺️!
Workers are kind and the place is clean. Other gym goers are mainly where my issues lie. The pool is very rarely able to use because people will sit in there for hours but only 3 sections designed for one to two people.
Gym is so gross! Non of the machines are being maintenance over past years. Also I have never seen staff cleaning the gym or locker rooms. This vasa need a good new management and catch up to other locations.
Couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. I met with Donavon and he was easy to work with and was very encouraging. I couldn’t afford to sign up for the amount of coaching I wanted but he let me know things I needed to work on and said he was available to answer questions. The facility is top notch.
Ashley, the spin instructor for classes on Tuesday night at 6:30pm, has been absolutely fantastic. She comes to class every night with lots of energy and smile. Making for a good motivation to get the best we can out of her awesome spin class. This will be my designated class for every Tuesday.
The facility is nice. I get a little upset working out here because the free weights are always a mess. They arent put away correctly and I always have to search for the weights I want.

I go for the yoga and pool for now. People at the locations ive been are very helpful, very nice. Yoga at both places ROCKED, instructors were awesome, i was soar for days.
Good gym. Packed from 4pm until 9pm. Wish they would have kept cinema cardio, but I understand they needed to expand weights to accommodate people during busy times.

I have been going to this location since 2018. Signed up for their personal trainings twice. I love going there Sara my coach is amazing. Staff are always in good spirit happy full of energy I appreciate them keeping the club so clean during pandemic.
I wanted to give 5 stars, but they dont deserve it. There hasnt been a single visit in which all the machines work. The massage beds are always broken, treadmills are broken, elliptical are broken and they dont even bother to put out of order signs. You literally pay for a service they dont provide. I would NOT join this place and cannot wait for my 6mos to end so I can cancel. Oh and they are closing the cinema room. STAY AWAY!
Changing from 5 to 3 stars. Should be 2 but the staff is friendly and the gym itself is typically clean.Moldy showers, locker smells like piss and feces, the floors in the locker room are always disgusting, the floors by the urinal are never cleaned, and the toilets are always just filthy. An amazing contrast to the actual gym which is usually fairly clean and put together. That locker room though…… the only reason I’m jumping ship. It’s been this way for months and months now.
Locker rooms are not kept well at all. Really disgusting. Equipment is better than most gyms. Broken machines are not fixed in a timely fashion. Odd smell and hot overall in gym. Overall not a bad place but other vasa’s are maintained much better.
I want to say thank you to the front desk and management staff at this location. I was on crutches for 4 weeks. They were welcoming and supportive of my slow pace to get my card pulled up and my need to use the pool. The lift chair was not working and several of the staff tried to make it work for me. A few of the ladies stood near the pool entrance the first time I got in on my own. They recognize me and have started conversations with me. I feel part of something that makes my life better. Thanks for your support and encouragement. Today is my last full day on crutches. I cant wait to walk into the gym without crutches on Thursday for my pool time.

It’s obvious that the franchisee that operates this location has no interest in putting any time, effort, or money into this gym. It’s dirty, the equipment is poorly maintained, and there’s not enough of any piece of equipment to accommodate even the slow times of day. There needs to be roughly twice the amount of weight plates, benches, and barbell collars. I’m currently on my second month of membership at Vasa and will absolutely cancel it the next day after the 6 month minimum membership period.
Every time I get here, I feel comfortable, I get a great workout, I’m surrounded by uplifting peers and coaches and I always walk away feeling a little bit stronger. Try it one time, and I promise you will want to come back for more. The training is tailored to your personal needs and your growth is inevitable.
This is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. Clean, always able to use any equipment because of quantity, great price, and great staff.
First time at Vasa Fitness with a new membership. I chose vasa bc of cost, location and amenities. All three lived up to my expectations. Great equipment, lots of space, good value. Only qualms were that there were maybe 5 people behind the desk upon entry and after changing in the woman’s bathroom was wondering why one of them hadn’t been put on cleaning duty there. I realize it’s hard to keep up with so many folks using the facility, but upon using the women’s room again at the end of my workout 90 minutes later, it was still in disarray (TP all over the stall floors, unstocked soap, stray hair around sinks and floor tiles.) I mentioned it to the front desk upon leaving and they said they had just sent someone. Going into another wave of covid means businesses should be making sure their spaces appear as clean as possible and checked for such on at least an hourly basis, if not every 30 minutes. Especially when they look fully staffed. (And even without covid, it’s expected of any gym who wants to keep members.) I am excited to continue my fitness journey with Vasa and hope they take cleanliness seriously on a more regular basis. I would give 3 stars but am giving them the benefit of the doubt this was a one off day.
As I said before, the equipment lacks accessories. there is no essential, which is the pin for me to put the weight on to train. and lacking in many machines.
Lots of equipment and exercise space. Supports a good variety of sports and exercise interests. Only negative is that the main room is too hot.
The gym is great,and theres lots of things to do. I would give it 5 stars if they kept up with the broken machines. It seems like it takes weeks to fix one.
The facility often has broken equipment, which when its as limited as it is, is a problem. But its otherwise fine.Updating rating: this gym is dangerously hot, dangerously. I will be finding a new location soon if this is not rectified very soon.They fixed the cooling. Its still hot but it isnt as bad as before.
I come here for Zumba at 5 with Jessica M/W, and then cycle with Ashley at 6:30 T/TH. Absolutely love these classes
The instructors are the only reason to go. Ladies I would find another gym, the number of creepy old and young men prowling around is out of control. You want to feel safe and not be watched the entire time you workout, go somewhere else.

This place was great. The wife and I were passing through and stopped here. It was a very big, open and classy gym. If we lived here in Denver this is the gym we would choose to exercise at.
It is an ok place to workout. It’s a bit over crowded and is hard to find parking, but everyone has been really nice otherwise. The cardio equipment at the Sheridan location is a bit outdated and half of the treadmills are broke. They only have 1 pickle ball room due to having group classes in the 2nd court. The weight bench’s are a bit worn but they are being used a lot. I would commend the gym especially if they could find a location that wasn’t so busy or find a time when this location wasn’t as busy.
OWNERS OF VASA: shame on you.You could be bringing health and fitness to an undeserved area, but instead you are taking advantage of people and stealing from them. Forcing people to write good reviews doesnt erase all of your bad ones. Your business model is disappointing and sadly typical.

I signed up when they first opened and they were great. I canceled when Covid hit and it was almost impossible, they were hard to deal with but I wanted to give it another shot after everything calmed down and their memberships changed made it not worth it at all. I’d rather go somewhere else where I know they won’t be shady about membership cancellations. Oh well
The gym was great. We signed up when they first opened. Went for a year. Tried to cancel our membership. It was literally impossible! Eventually closed our bank account to get rid of Vasa fitness. Now we get collection calls 4 times a day. Avoid at all costs. Just go to Planet Fitness, save yourself the headaches.
My son plays Varsity basketball, and needed a place to train over the summer, we were very impressed with VASA over other options!
Love the gym. Tons of equipment with everything from free weights to machines. The size of the gym itself is pretty impressive. It has space for cardio equipment, functional training, free weights, olympic weights, and of course the wide arrange of machines. The only downside is getting kicked out 20 minutes before closing on Saturdays. I work nights and only have access from 9pm to 10pm, but the lights get cut off early and one of the employees goes around telling everyone its 5 minutes until close when its only 9:40pm. Not sure what thats about. Otherwise great gym.
I absolutely love this location! Its so nice to go to a gym where everything is clean and well organized. The quality of their machines show how much their employees care about their facility. Customer service is beyond what any customer could request. Especially from Rachel and Chase, if I ever need help or have a simple question, I dont hesitate to ask them because I know they will do what they can to help me and supply me with the most efficient answer. If any one is thinking of joining at this location, you def wont regret it!
During Covid getting into Vasa was impossible. I froze the membership three times due to lack of access. Then in March, they began to charge my credit card at the all club rate without my consent or knowledge. I had the single club membership prior to Covid but then the switcharoo.I have two other full access memberships in Denver hence the single club.Not only did they switcharoo my membership, they added late fees since my credit card was terminated due to fraud. Had they been sending me receipts or notifying me of the credit card issue I would have addressed it months ago.So, decent overcrowded club, with predatory billing practices. They have access for Federal dollars to help them stay afloat but they choose to predate on customers.Shameful and steer clear...Hi and thanks for the response. No one called so i called Vasa. After reviewing the account it appears they have cleared the late fees and corrected the membership level. They claim I upgraded using the app in Sep 2020 but this is inaccurate as I was freezing my membership due to the access issue. Not all Vasas fault.Anyway the issues seem to be resolved so I changed stars to four, and may more it to five pending all account corrections have been made properly.
I cancelled my membership months ago. After that, my account has been charged each month, and now they sent me a collections letter without any prior bills from them or communication.
The whole gym is so dirty. I think It could be so much better. Machines are sticky and restrooms have black floor. Also the water machines smell so bad

Not to sure what the smell in the pool area is but it reeks terribly... it’s even worse in the dry sauna.. could really use a Deeep cleaning at this time..*next day*I am absolutely appalled at how unregulated the sauna is. The room is no more than 100 ft² around and 13 to 15 people will pack themselves in there. Please regulate this equivalently to the 6 foot rule by simply putting a sign up.. people are sweaty and breathing heavy in there.. it brings more stress feeling like a sardine when you have to release good~ endorphins.
I came in today after being told that the gyms were clean and safe to use after months of “safer at home” I was told at the desk that they not only had unfrozen my account several months ago, that I owed over $150 in fees to work out. The girls at the desk tried to get me to leave a review to waive two of the list of fees they had assessed me. My wife’s account was not charged any fees and although she was able to work out she was not allowed to use her guest privileges.
The majority of the staff in the afternoon at this location are rude in person and on the phone and if a machine is broken it will stay that way for quite some time. Vasa has good locations and this isnt one of them

Ive got memberships with competitor gyms but VASA has always been the best value and experience for me. Ive visited several locations in the metro and felt this way at all of them. Thanks VASA team!
For the love of god, please just fix some of your machines. Its been out of service for a while.
They charged me for 3 months when we were not even done with COVID - 19, in 2020 for September, October November, December, in 2021 January, February, March and April and did not want to hear about that I was taking care of my mother who was paralyzed during COVID period and i lost my Dad . They sent the charges to collecting agency and threatened me to ruin my credit instead of just releasing the membership automatically since person is no longer attends. . I will never ever to come back to them even though they have good facility, the membership rules DURING COVID should be not as the same as it was at normal times WHICH IS OBVIOUS! They should forgive charges to people since they were so destructed, depressed, locked down during COVID, they dont take anything in consideration with actually really terrible times of pandemic and understanding that people are not the same during the pandemic as regular times. When they closed their facility in November, December and January, nobody said a word.They are trying to recover as a business, pressing charges like that.. Awfully done, management of VASA..
I called to cancel my membership before I moved. Was told I was canceled only to find out that I was being charged months later. I called to get it fixed and they told me there was no record of me canceling and nothing they could do. It sucks they are so shady because the gym is nice.
I have been with Vasa for over a year now and generally I like them however this location is horrid. The equipment is always broken down! I was told I wasnt allowed to workout in an empty room when there were no classes scheduled on multiple occasions. The staff here are rude compared to other Vasa gyms I have been to. Theres no sense of culture or community here. I recommend the Littleton location.

This has been far worse than my experience at Colfax. The bathrooms were nasty no one was cleaning up after they were using the machines people were taking things from the workout sessions to use for their own gain and not giving you a chance to use it staff was not friendly the ambience was awful I think I’m gonna stick to the Littleton location as they take pride in their gym where is this place is ghetto
I love the classes that Claudia offers here at VASA, excellent service and she motivates me! She has help me so much to pass my obstacle and reach my goals, I love her Zumba classes and helps me forget about the pandemic for a while. Very accessible for everyone thats why I choose her as my personal trainer. Her routines are specialized and excellent for each person I would consider her as my friend thank you so much!
The gym is nice enough, but we would NEVER recommend contracting with them again. We used the personal training up until the pandemic. We’d already used our first contract up. Everything was frozen through the pandemic obviously, and then because we are high risk, were affected financially, and had built up our own home gym, we wanted to cancel. They charged us huge fees to cancel the personal training option that we didn’t use. During a pandemic while people are hurting financially and not using their services, this was ridiculous. On top of that we paid to cancel our memberships, and yesterday got a notice that they would be unfrozen again soon. This company is a nightmare to deal with. The trainers here are great people, but you overpay. You’re better off signing up for Crossfit or building your own home gym like we did and using an app like fitbod.
Absolutely love this location! The gym is clean, and very well organized and run well especially with all of the changes happening now. The staff is friendly and encouraging especially Rachel and Chase. So fun to workout where your feel welcome. I highly recommend Vasa.
Way too many people!! No one was staying 6ft apart from each other! It seemed like COVID didn’t even exist once you walked in. I get it’s hard to cover your entire face while working out but I felt like people should’ve kept their distance and the gym should’ve had a rule about how many people are allowed in the gym at a time.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! My boyfriend and I were recommend a great split schedule from a worker I believe was named Alex. He was a great lad my husband loves him too!

I stopped in to tan this morning after a long early a.m. shift of shoveling. Lethargic would be the perfect word to describe my energy. 🤣 I forgot my tanning goggles 🥽 and they were out until the next restock date. I was bummed and Sara H heard me talking with one of the front desk staff and was so sweet. She offered me to borrow her pair. Sanitized them and saved me from a wasted trip to the gym as that was the reason I went today as its my rest day!!!!! Even with our current pandemic situation, the staff does a good job running the gym smoothly. I’m constantly seeing the staff take turns cleaning the equipment and checking that everyone is wearing their masks properly. Taj has always been super nice when I’ve asked her for updates and if I have any account questions. Thankful that this gym is still open.
I bought a gym membership for my sister for her birthday, and she wanted to cancel. They didnt tell me I had to pay an annual fee, and tried to make me pay full price for the remaining months. Make sure they dont sneak fees into your contract when you try to cancel

It’s clean and has all the best equipment. The staff is friendly and they always greet coming in and exiting.
For the most part the whole staff is pretty good, but there are a couple of them that are rude and it seems to me that they do not care about their job. This is shown by their attitude and general demeanor towards people. They also are turning off the lights 15 minutes before closing while people are working out. No manners.

I called today and stated I have been trying to cancel my plan (family plan) for months. I have gone in person to the location, called in multiple times. have been referred to online to cancel plan. Nothing works. They told me since I have no proof of canceling it those months they can not refund me the money back. I have fought with them multiple times, spoke to a manager. Requested to speak to his manager and says this is the highest I will go. Which is BS. We are in the middle of a pandemic, no one can afford there prices, let alone the club keeps shutting down and there is no communication of when it will open up. Will never sign up for this gym again. Would advise others to not sign up as well. Company makes it impossible to cancel.
Brithany is literally the only reason I get up in the morning. I know if I go to the gym i will have a great day. I love VASA and I drive 30 minutes to go to this location. Worth it every time. Great place to burn some calories !!!

I usually feel very uncomfortable at the gym. The staff here are professional and down to earth and makes going to the gym to us non gym rats completely pressure free. I’d especially like to shout out Brithany for her friendliness and professionalism!

Watch out when trying to cancel. They make it sound like its a no hassle. But when I tried to cancel due to Covid, after over a year member ship i was charged processing fees. This is on top of continuing to pay during all the shut downs. Nice going. Way to be a great business! Ill be letting anyone that inquires about Vasa its not as it seems.
