I have called about 10 different CorePower numbers I have found on their website and none of them have answered and they will all hang up on me. It is impossible to speak to someone or get any questions answered. I had to finally go into a studio to request a refund and that wasnt even done successfully. It has been over a week and I still have not received that refund and to no surprise, no one is answering the phone. I guess Ill need to make another trip to a studio to see if someone can finally resolve my issues after two+ weeks of unsuccessful communication. I will never go back or restart a membership. This corporation is super unreliable and has lost my trust as a customer.

Customer service is literally non-existent. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. apparently no one is home. Strange thing though - they always cheerfully take my money! Go figure!

I was a member at Corepower for awhile, but as soon as you try to cancel your membership their customer service is non existent. I have tried to call, email and submitted multiple requests on their form to cancel my membership. I have now been charged for 2 months and no one is responding. I will now have to report them to my credit card company. I hate to do that because I used to love the studio, but now they are stealing and unresponsive. Yogi beware before signing a membership.

Amazing! High energy feels the minute you walk into this studio. The staff is very friendly and the classes I have taken are great! I come from Chicago, and during my 3 month stay in Denver, I can only say amazing things about this location. I am very satisfied with my experience at CorePower RiNo. A plus for having locks ;)

I just started going to this studio in addition to the one Ive attended for years. I may make this my primary! Great vibe, easy to get to location, and challenging classes. Unlike some other studios in parts of town heavily populated by youngsters, I dont feel like a grandma here. Maybe thats because of my mad bendy skills?

I dropped in a class while visiting Denver on vacation. Loved the flow and the vibe of the studio. I didnt realize it was heated when I arrived so that was a nice surprise. Would definitely check out their location here in Houston.

Just took their free trial week and made it to 5 classes. I loved the variety of teaching styles available as well as the fact that teachers take a hands-on approach and correct students. I did feel that there was some room for improvement in the new student on-boarding experience. I would have loved to know a little more about CorePowers approach, facilities and recommendations. Instead, I kept having to ask questions and felt like I was bothering a few of the staff members who were talking among themselves. That being said, its a really small thing and I will be signing up for an ongoing membership because I have enjoyed CorePower so much.

This studio was very clean, quiet and friendly. Our instructor Kristin was amazing. Very helpful and encouraging. Loved it.

An amazing studio space, good heat, soft floor. Park in the garage and have your ticket validated. Highly recommended CP studio!
