I moved to Denver from Chicago a year ago. I have been hard pressed to find a studio that could compete with Chicago fitness. Pearl Street is that place. I have bounced around on trials from gym to gym trying to find the right place. I look forward to going to Pearl Street, I haven’t been excited about the gym since living in Chicago. It’s a great feeling to have back. The classes are small, they are always challenging, and the instructors as well as the other members are extremely friendly. I highly recommend trying a class with Drew (moving soon…SAD!) or Corey. All of the instructors I have tried are awesome, but they are my faves!
I really like that the PSF gym feels like a family size workout. The instructors are encouraging, and create unique, challenging workouts each week. I think my favorite line of encouragement is when Kerry says “Come on legs!!” when she can tell we are starting to shake on leg days…always makes me laugh and remember that I am getting stronger!
I absolutely love Pearl Street fitness! The coaches are all super motivating and excited to see you in class. The music is by far the best I’ve have at a gym and I feel like I’m getting a great workout each time! I am so happy to have found such a great gym!
Ive never been disappointed with a class at Pearl Street Fitness. I personally love being in an environment with a good balance of going at your own pace while still being pushed out of your comfort zone.
This place is a shining diamond (or pearl!) in Denvers crowded fitness scene. The workouts manage to be both accommodating and consistently intense, which makes it a great location for both starting and continuing your fitness journey. I came in as a relative newbie and the instructors were super helpful in teaching correct form and plenty of other fitness best-practices without once coming across as dismissive or condescending.If youve been looking for a next step in your fitness journey, then I definitely cant recommend this place enough. Word of warning: prepare to leave sore!
PSF is intense but fulfilling, and Ryan does a great job of personal instruction during the workouts to make sure we have good form and are getting the best workout that we can get. I love that I buy bulks of 5 or 10 classes and then take them at my leisure. Definitely recommend!

I love this place! I am temporarily in Denver for the month of July and needed a community to workout with and this is it! Everyone is so welcoming and the workouts are perfectly designed. I REALLY appreciate the emphasis on form as opposed to other places that emphasize how fast you can do something. I know im getting a killer workout and also not going to get injured at the same time! Thankful for pearl street for being amazing.

This place is incredible! If you are looking for a workout that is really intense and also has an accepting vibe for newcomers, then give it a shot. Barrys is so overrated/overpriced compared to the workouts here.
I love pearl street fitness! I used to go to a spot on Broadway called Rebel and I would say these are very similar in terms of workout type. Challenging and intense! Give it a try.
I am loving my workout at Pearl street fitness. I train about 5 days a week and the workouts are fun and challenging! Everyday is a new workout, the trainners are great and the community just inspires you to do your best everytime.
Pearl Street Fitness is the best workout in Denver! Every single class is different - you will never be bored. Ryan Trificana delivers the best butt whoopings (in a good way!) and is extremely motivational, especially when youre about to quit. I would highly recommend giving PSF a try.

Ive been exploring gym options in the area, and I keep end up coming back to Pearl Street Fitness as my go-to gym for HIIT and Strength Training! Ive had classes with Cory, Drew, Jamie, and Ryan...and they are all great! They keep the space appropriately distanced, require masks, and make sure all equipment is cleaned between classes, which calms the health and safety voices in my brain. Whether youre looking for a place to go to for daily workouts or a once a week gym to drop in on, they have a variety of pricing options that work for you and your schedule. Finished my 15th class yesterday, and already looking forward to my next visit. Give them a try!

Ive been looking for a gym that challenges me, but isnt so intense it might cause injury, and PSF is the right place! They incorporate weights, cardio, and stretching etc into the workouts. I love it!

I found Pearl Street using my lululemon membership, but have loved it so much have decided to make it my full time gym! You never do the same workout twice, the instructors are awesome (including their playlists), and I am sore every time I leave class. I also appreciate that even as a newer member, the instructors made an effort to know my name. Love it!

I have tried many gyms in the Denver area using class pass, however I fell in love with Pearl Street and made it my full time gym! The instructors are always encouraging and the workouts have never been the same. I like how they have a lower body, upper body and total body day so I can choose to focus on a certain parts of my body that are a bit weaker. I leave with shaky legs or arms, which means I got a real good workout in. Thanks Pearl Street!

As a runner, PSF has been the perfect supplement for strength training. It is always an all around workout that will leave you feeling accomplished at the end. Every instructor is encouraging and equally tough on all those participating.
I’ve hopped around a lot of studios and really believe Pearl Street Fitness is the best gym in Denver. The workouts are challenging. In fact, most times I leave shaking arms/legs and a little light headed ha! That’s when you know they got you good. I appreciate that they don’t over program and keep equipment basic. The instructors are constantly changing workouts so you’re never bored and make an effort to know your name. PSF is providing virtual workouts, but I really can’t wait to be back in after quarantine is over.

Ive lived near PSF for a long time and never went in to try a workout when finally a coworker convinced me to give them a try. Well now I know what I was missing. The workout was fantastic, the owner Kerri couldnt be nicer, and the coach Liz was hard motivator that brought a tone of energy. Ive been to 3 classes since and they are butt kickers, but the type where you know you will be sore and thankful for the soreness at the same time. Great workout and gym!

Hello Saturday morning! WOW, that was hard in just the right way. Kaitlin crushed it. I’ve taken time off from classes and this was quite the transition back into the swing of things. Efficient, HIT style training. They have plenty of mats, weights, kettle bells, etc making the class flow nicely. Good music with a motivating group of fellow go getter fitness enthusiasts. Highly recommend checking this place out!
Loved my first and second classes. Definitely a no frills gym but the workout will kick your butt. Love that it’s different workout every time. Try it you’ll love it.
This gym is great! Every instructor has been so motivating and welcoming. Each one has their own unique music and workout style to get you moving and muscles burning. PSF has great class hours, from 5:15 AM to 7:15PM. They never seem to fill up but always have just the right amount of people in them. I can go easily before work, or stop by after without having to shuffle events around. Parking (at least for the hours I go) is never a chore, and its conveniently right next to Whole Foods. Its definitely a gym built on people that want to be there, and want a good workout. I have not left once feeling like I didnt get a solid work out, I highly recommend dropping in for their introductory week....
Pearl Street Fitness is my favorite place to work out in Denver. The instructors are extremely motivating and they make you feel great about yourself. The workouts are always new, extremely challenging and focused. The instructors place a huge focus on technique and alignment which is important for preventing injury. The classes start with a warm up and end with a cool down, another huge benefit. Ive noticed results after only 6 weeks and Im really excited to continue going to classes. I highly recommend this place!

This was quite possibly the best workout I’ve ever had in an hour! We were in town visiting and chose a leg day class with Caitlin and had THE BEST TIME. I’d join this gym in a heartbeat if I lived in Denver! Highest recommendation for this place!! Sore for days!! Loved the burn and mixup of stations and indoor/outdoor exercises!!!
I took two of Liz’s classes and she is an amazing teacher. Clear instructions and the class was challenging. She was super patient. Especially when I tried to do jumping jacks instead of lunges.

Pearl street fitness is great option for those looking to find hard boot camp style fitness classes. There are no frills whatsoever as far as physical space, which is part of the vibe...just get in there and grind it out. The instructors really drive the value here, and they have a great crew across the board. No class routine is ever the same and all the trainers have a real sense for getting the class as a whole to work their tails off with a solid mix of encouragement and motivation. They also do really well at fostering a team mentality amongst participants. Focus is on lighter weights and body weight exercises with constant cardio...mixing it up with legs, core and upper body. If you are looking to get the most out of an hour of hard exercise every time out Pearl Street is well worth a try.
This place is great! The workouts are always different and incorporate different and creative movements. They switch up the focus (upper body and lower body) so you know what to expect which makes it easy to plan your week. The instructors are all very friendly and the space is so clean!

This place is awesome! The instructors are all top notch and are incredibly motivating. The workouts are never the same and they always keep you guessing. I usually get bored with workouts and classes pretty quick and I’ve been with PSF for a year and a half and still look forward to my workouts!

Amazing workout! They keep you moving and switching exercises constantly, so you dont get bored and also dont tire out one muscle group too fast. Its really fast-paced and fun, with good music and a fun energy. I liked how class participants chatted and hung out with each other and provided a positive but motivating atmosphere. Im doing the free week trial and will definitely be back for more great workouts! My only complaint was that the instructor skipped a warm-up and cool-down for the class - next time I will make sure to get there early and stretch on my own.
This place rocks! It’s hard work but the instructors make it fun and Are really encouraging. I see progress with this class quicker than others as well. The balance of a little cardio and focus on different muscle groups through out the week is REALLY worth it!!

Ive been getting my sweat on here since 2014. Yep, thats right- 5 years and counting! I have tried some other places in the interim but PSF continues to be my place when it comes to getting a killer workout. Through the years, Ive seen some trainers come and go, then come back- Ive even seen them evolve and get better! I dont know how they do it but the trainers they have here are world class, motivating, friendly, and really know how to kick your butt and challenge you, no matter what your fitness level. I feel stronger, confident, and they definitely bring out the I can. I will attitude in me when I walk in. Love this gym and what they stand for, and dont know what I would do without it!

You get out what you put in here. There is always an opportunity for challenge, to work harder and to push yourself. Ive started lifting heavier with better form than at any other gym Ive visited. Everyone shows up to work hard and we all leave smiling and exhausted.
Pearl Street Fitness is an incredible gym! Definitely check it out. I went in not knowing much about gym workouts, how to use weights or kettle bells, etc. Everyone was very welcoming and the instructors corrected my form when needed. My plan was to try out several gyms and find the one that I liked best, but after the fourth day at PSF I knew I couldnt go without it. The workouts are always challenging with a great mix of cardio and strength, and the instructors create an energetic atmosphere that is a lot of fun. They also know you by name and are happy to see you improve. Every workout is different, which keeps it interesting! It is so nice to have a place to go every day where I know Ill get a great workout in without having to think about it or plan it out myself, and I know I work a lot harder there than I would on my own in a gym. Great work out. My instructor was very friendly and welcoming. I left with shaky legs and sore abs! Can’t wait to go back.Parking was easy and convient. It’s neighborhood parking but plenty of options to park.
I have been working out there a few times a week for about two months now and love it! Every work out is different, the instructors get creative with their workouts, blast upbeat music to keep you going, and encourage the class members to interact and support each other. I also like the vibe of this place and the people in the classes. Everyone is there to get their butts kicked and do it as they can. There isnt the competitive gym vibe or feelings of judgement. Although the instructors push you, its okay to take breaks when you need to. These workouts can be intense, but they get you in shape and are so rewarding!

The amazing energy in the room as soon as you enter is what gets you felling good. Then you meet the trainers-who are amazing! At this point you are pumped! After your blood pumping, detoxifying, badass workout, you feel accomplished and so strong! All doubts and fears gone! And you can’t wait to get back in! PSF has my heart ♥️

I enjoy PSF, but classes vary a lot and it is impossible to know which one youre attending beforehand. Some classes are well-rounded (running, weights, squats, abs) and some are similar to Crossfit. The intensive Crossfit classes require perfect form, and can leave beginners super prone to injury! Instructors are all super nice though, and you will definitely walk away feeling like you truly worked out!
