The club offered a 3 day trial, then, said it was their discretion to change to one day. Very rude on the phone. I live near the club, however, no longer plan to go due to unfriendly atmosphere and false advertising.
I’ve been going to this gym for 2 years. The only reason I stay is because it’s the closest to my house. The equipment is barely maintained if at all. I’ve been asking for the same basic repairs for the whole time I’ve been coming here and they still aren’t done. Every time they say thanks for letting us know and they’ll get right on it. Even after a change in management it’s still the same. It’s not that hard to put the foot straps on the rowers on NOT BACKWARDS soThat you can actually tighten them. The screws are also missing from the foot holds so the whole piece of plastic comes loose every time you take a stroke. The ones that do have straps constantly loosen so you have to stop and tighten every minute or so. The spin bikes are packed in so tightly in the bike room that they’re almost touching handlebars. I have to try 3 or 4 bikes every time before I can find one that isn’t wobbling, has the knobs stuck, the screen won’t turn on, the pedals are wonky, or grinding. Most don’t have foot straps that work. Also the floor in the basketball court and gym floor are gross. Your hands come up dirty and there’s dust bunnies floating all over the place. Idk why they don’t have a system for staff checking each piece of equip for functionality once a week or something. They just don’t bother. If you have a better option, there are better maintained gyms out there that actually care about their users requests.
Gave it 2 stars because it seems like a nice facility. Smaller than how it looks on the outside.1 star because I come in to try out their gym as I am in the market for a new place. I grab the 3 day free pass THEIR website RECOMMENDS to use to try them out. However, upon arrival I find out that they are not currently honoring the pass at the time. Nowhere on the website (their specific website for that specific location) mentions about them temporarily halting the free pass.I call another facility that is close by and ask to see if this is a recent policy change. Nope. They told me they honor it and wasnt sure why this place specifically refused to honor it. To their knowledge, all the 24 hr facilities should be accepting the pass unless it is a capacity issue which makes sense but was not the factor for the other place. So yea. I recommend you go to another 24hr facility if you want better staff members
This location lacks basic customer service. The front staff is rude and has an attitude any time you ask them a question or for help with the equipment. The general manager isnt any better, which is probably where the rest of the staff gets their attitude. The cardio equipment hasnt been maintained, so most of the ellipticals malfunction in some way. In addition, the equipment is often dusty and dirty, and clearly isnt being cleaned in the extra hours the gym is continuing to stay closed. I wonder when 24 Hour Fitness will officially change their name to Five to Nine Fitness?
Clean gym with friendly staff. Can sometimes get a little bit busy but nothing unmanageable.
Gym was a bit old and dirty. Not a fan. I really hate how complicated it is to cancel your membership too. You have to go in person or do it online. Of course its impossible to log into your account online because they dont use the standard email/password setup like 99% of all companies do. I suspect this is done on purpose to make it more difficult. People at front desk are completely unhelpful. Might as well be talking to an automated system. Do better.
I just think the name should be changed if it’s not 24 hours anymore, sucks because I loved working out whenever I wanted 😔
Its perfect for we anti-maskers, there is a second floor where staff never patrols. Come on and share the air!Update Sunday afternoon: Thank you for listening, out of the 7 working out on the upper level, 4 did not wear masks! But I do want to ask the guy who went downstairs to lift, why did he wear one down there? You know Dr. Atlas would not be happy you caved.Remember, keep this quite, cause snitches get stiches!
Requested that membership be put on hold in February. They continued to charge me until I saw the charges in October. Requested that they put the membership on hold again, but just got charged again.Company is emerging from bankruptcy and seems like they arent playing above board with respect to membership holds and cancellations.Half the equipment is offline due to pandemic and the other half is broken. The two stars are for convenience of location.
This gym is over crowded and the layout is terrible. Always packed, even during mid day and forget about going during busy hours. I did enjoy my free training session that came with my membership, however when I tried to reach out to the trainer to book more sessions she ignored me. Left my number at the front desk twice and never received any follow up, very unprofessional.Furthermore, the staff does not follow covid guidelines. People are constantly taking off their masks in front of staff and nobody says anything. I hardly see anyone wiping down machines, and the weights/dumbells are always disorganized. Luckily I found a gym nearby that is much cleaner and has a more friendly and professional staff.
I like that this gym has a hip thrust machine. Its so awkward to get a barbell and set up a bench to do heavy barbell hip thrusts and it seems like youre in everyones way. With this machine youre in and out and done. Maximal glute activation and helps with lockout on deadlifts.
Place is a dump. Dont waste your money.
Lots of machines and group classes. Always clean and great staff.
Page is so awesome!!! She is always happy to help me and has answers for every question i have! I dont mind driving a little further to go here knowing I’ll always get the best service 😊
I love this location! Its a BIOLLION times better than the one on Alameda. The employees actually have interpersonal skills and they are active in their job and the duties that they must upheld. The place is cleaner than the one on Alameda. The equipment is always taken care. Its definitely worth the extra 15 mins of driving.
The facility is alright in terms of having most of the necessary equipment to get a decent workout. Some of the equipment was sort old for a while but theyve done their best to replace old machines with new ones. As far as staff goes, the General Manager is super great. Shes very kind and is always willing to help members out.
Decided to come back for the first week since COVID started back in March/April and I have to say I’m very disappointed. This was the third time I’ve been there within a week and have been surprised to see many guests without the masks covering their nose (which why even wear one if that’s not in the mask) and even some with their entire faces uncovered while on the gym floor. If I saw staff actively walking around asking those people to stay covered, I wouldn’t have an issue. The issue is when there are 3 employees all standing at the front desk joking while less than 20 feet away are people with their mask around their neck lifting. It’s a fine facility but do not expect it to be well monitored or safe during COVID.
Was visiting the city for a month and they worked with me to allow for a very affordable rate for that time frame. Staff is professional and accommodating. The gym itself is clean and all of the equipment is functioning. Definitely a good experience all around.
There is not proper social distancing in the classes. Ive come twice and left because the class was packed and there would be less than 2 feet of space between me and other people.
I love this place, very friendly. Going back soon.
Great facility. Odd members. Some members are not diligent with keeping their masks over both their mouth and nose.
I was hesitant going back to the gym during this time but Ive been really impressed with how 24 hour has been handling covid. I enjoy the sign up app and the times that they are opened and closed for 30 minutes to clean. Some people do not clean their machines when they are done using them but everyone should also be cleaning them before they use them too. Lets keep doing our part so we dont have to close our gyms again!
I really like this 24 hour. Its got a lot of space and good equipment options.
This a good full service 24hr gym. Large free weight area, pool, sauna, steam, hot tub and of course spinning room. It is very busy even at 6 on a weekday morning. Spacious locker room. An unusual amenity is that it is next to the Wings Over the Rockies flight museum. They use the same parking lot which is huge.
Nice place to work out a lot of heavy weight equipment for serious lifters
Ive been a member for about 3 years and today was my first day back since February. I was a little concerned after working out about 40 minutes there. Id say at least half of the people werent wearing masks at all. All the free weight stations are open which are only a couple feet apart from each other. The guy working out by me had no mask as spittle was coming out while he was breathing heaving using the weights. No one upstairs on the bikes were wearing anything and not everyone was cleaning the equipment after using it. There were 2 or 3 employees I saw in the entire gym and all were hanging out at the front desk. No temperature check or enforcing of the rules. I need some clarification on what exactly your rules are and if theres any plan of enforcing them before I decide whether to cancel my membership and bring this issue to broader attention!
I went in for my hour workout. What I observed was concerning in many ways. One major issue is the lack of leadership this gym has. The one person that seamed to be able to help me couldnt because he was training sessions. When I tried to speak with the general manager about my concerns over cleaning supplies running out in multiple spots I was waved away. The door was shut and I was ignored while two of the other managers (two females) sat there for the remainder of my workout time. Super unprofessional and immature. I just dont understand what could have been more important then the members in this case. Im cancelling my membership and advise other people to think twice before coming into Lowry 24 hour fitness
I have been working out here since it opened. They have great equipment and the place is neat and clean. I have been working out for the past couple of months with Lizzy. She is great. She is helping me with my balance, core and strength. She pushes me to a good level. She also stretches me when we are done so I feel good and loose when I leave. Great place.
I really like this gym because of the natural light. But, this location needs some TLC. The equipment needs to be maintained and not out-of-service for weeks on end. The plumbing in the womens locker room is constantly backed up and there are pools of water in the showers. The televisions in the womens locker room do not work at all and I like to watch the news while I get dressed in the morning. Paper towels need to be stocked through out the gym to sanitize the machines after each use and in the locker room. I get my workout in hunting down paper towels. One last thing, I had my car broken into in once and also another person in the parking lot side swiped my car parking. Beware! park in view of cameras.Side note, my gym Lock also has been stolen twice and I had to replace three because the third was tampered with.Hanging in there because, I am losing weight and feeling stronger. I guess the benefits of Exercise has made me more tolerant.
Beth is nice to zumbar members.👍
Super clean and has everything you possibly need for a great workout. I took the elderly man I assist and the staff was friendly and helpful
Been going to this location for many years. Staff is nice, and good equipment options. Steam room consistently smells like mildew and you can tell its rarely cleaned thoroughly. The hot tub and pool can close regularly due to them renting it to kids, or chemical issues, and patrons can generally be gross. I have seen people spit on the floor, blow their nose into their hands while using a machine and not wipe it down, and I generally dont see a whole lot of cleaning by the staff, hence the 3 stars.
I have been a member of 24-Hour Fitness for about 10 years, and been going to the Lowry club for 9 of those years. I work out there about 3-4 days a week, mostly on my own, but sometimes Group X classes. I started training with Drew Miles a couple of years ago to regain strength I lost when I hit menopause, and I feel stronger than I ever have in my life! I love seeing everyone there from people doing injury rehab to body building, from other gray-haired folks like me to young adults playing basketball. Great community, big variety of equipment, lots of classes, and friendly people. Im keeping my membership!
I’ve been working out at this location for a few years. It’s by fat one of her nicest facilities I’ve been to! I started working out with Cole a few months ago to get back in shape safely after having surgery. He’s really gotten me back to enjoying working out and pushing myself! I’ve nothing to say but positive things about the facilities and trainers here :)
This gym use to be my favorite 24 hour fitness but unfortunately not anymore.Sense then it has decline. The equipment hasnt been taken care of being clean the sauna and the jacuzzi smells.Managment Drew doesnt give good customer service in my opinion. In my situation he didnt believe I was a member instead of verifying I was being questioned how many years I have been there..told him and respond I never see you here rudely.I would try to get help with my membership when he stepped away he blocked me for speaking to anyone else that would tried to help me.That was one of my experiences with Drew.I now go to another 24 hour fitness that I had no problems with customer service. The jacuzzi works Sauna doesnt smell and the equipment looks cleaner.
Much like what Neal said in his comments I noticed the same thing. It was my first day back today. I was excited to see how they were implementing these changes for COVID 19 and enforcing mask regulations, but was deeply troubled to see that half of the members were not wearing masks especially upstairs on the treadmills and ellipticals. There was no temperature check, most people seemed to be wiping down the equipment after use from what I could tell. I just am unsure I’ll be returning until I feel more safe to do so. I brought it up to the front desk since a manager wasn’t in. The guy working was very friendly and said he would walk around to remind people to wear their masks. Felt bad for him because I think he was the only one working. Just hoping 24 hour can figure out a solution to keep its members and staff safe
This is a nice gym. All of them should be like this for the fees they charge!
I am here often and don’t really have any complaints. Unlike other 24HR fitness facilities this is one of the best, always clean and all broken equipment gets fixed with in a week. It does get Super busy during normal hours in the day so plan accordingly. The google busy tracker by the hour is pretty accurate.
After 13 years of living in NYC I moved to Denver. I was certain I wasn’t going to find a trainer that was of the caliber I was used to. I run a growing company, travel a lot and try to take my health seriously.I went this gym because it was near my house, but was skeptical that they’d have a trainer I’d enjoy working with. I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now. I dont go to the gym because of the facility, though it is a pretty nice facility, I go because of my trainer, Eric Mayle.Eric is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I feel he genuinely cares about my health priorities and builds specific, thoughtful workouts based in his vast knowledge of the body and what I need to reach my goals. He take a holistic approach, checking in on sleep, water intake, diet and how I’m doing with my exercise when I’m away (which is a lot). He’s been extremely flexible with my schedule. I try to workout with him three days a week when I’m home. He often comes in early or stays late to make that happen. Though he has no obligation to do so, he frequently will give me a workout schedule when I’m on the road to ensure I don’t “fall back” when I’m away.Eric has a great sense of humor, he’s extremely knowledgeable and he genuinely cares about helping people reach their goals. He knows when to push you so you can see what you’re actually capable of and he knows when you’re at your limit and need to rest. I have recommended Eric to several other people, all of whom have been very happy with him.
I have been working with Eric M. For almost a year. Eric tailors the workouts to my stated goals and explains the focus of each exercise. He creates a monthly calendar for me so I do not get stuck doing the same routine every day. The exercises for home or vacation are designed so I can use the equipment I have at home or at my disposal when traveling. Eric challenges me without driving me to the depths of despair. I can definitely see and enjoy progress.
This place has the friendliest staff and newest equipment around. Always clean! Front desk staff always greets you with a smile! Great sauna, steam room, hot tub, swimming pool, and basketball court!
I have been training with Blake and Ben. They are both excellent trainers and are very knowledgeable of the human body. I feel very confident when I am training with them. They also vary their workouts and mix things up which I like. The gym itself is nice enough. I agree with some previous reviews that the cleaning supplies are not filled up.I also feel like 24 hour fitness could do a few things to help out their members. One, they could let members know when their membership is getting close to expiring. Secondly, they should offer deals for members who continuously sign up for PT sessions.
People are whipping down equipment pretty good
This 24HR Gym is my favorite Gym to go every dayand the staff are friendly and helpful.Always clean and I recommend this place to everyone.
Not following public heath department guidelines - no hand sanitizer at entrance; 70% of members not wearing face masks; the spray provided for members to wipe down the machines clearly says to spray the surface and wait 10 minutes before wiping. Members just spray and wipe immediately. Staff make no attempt to clean during the work out sessions. On my third visit there was a staff member asking folks to wear a mask inside. Most took it off after entering so no enforcement.
I’ve been going to this location for years. The staff is great but my fav is Bryan the front desk guy. He greets me by name and is always such a joy!The basketball gym is ideal and I truly appreciate the sauna. Overall, a great place to work out!!
This is easily the best gym Ive ever been to in my life. The employees are always kind and helpful. They will treat your children as if they are one of their own. All the way from the top to the bottom they run a tight ship. They have their fitness and general managers cleaning bathrooms daily to ensure you have a good experience all around. If you ever have problems ask for the Operations Manager Sara. She literally always finds an answer to your problem and is professional doing so. I cant praise this gym and the staff there enough. 5 stars
Glad to go back in person
It could be really nice. The amount of chlorine they put in the hot tub can literally shave your legs for you and bleach your bathing suit. Also some people do still enjoy some level of privacy in the bathrooms, no shower curtains, dudes in high heels doing squats. Buy some shower curtains and stop skimming on every corner you can 24. People pay enough here for a bit better circumstances.
Its refreshing to to be back in the gym and too see the safety precautions that are being implemented. Suggest disposable mask at the front desk.
Joe is by far my favorite yoga instructor here. I love how his style of yoga is more meditative and focused on connecting to your breath. We are practicing visualization in his classes now and we are going to start on chakras next month which Im very excited about! Roll around like a turtle! 🐢
I have been working out at this facility daily for 5 plus years and have always found the staff to be very helpful and informative. For the most part the equipment is well maintained and if broken it does not remain down for very long. Good choice of exercise classes through out the week. The only things I wish for are more places to lock my bicycle up as at times there are more bikes than lockable posts and as always ambient music volume is too loud. Most participants listen to their own music through earbuds/earphones but it is hard to drown out the ambient music being played.
Ive been going to 24 hour fitness for almost 2 years and Ive had nothing but decent experiences. I ran into some trouble with a few late payments after going through a divorce. Sara the operations manager at this location not only worked with me when I had a lot of stress but she kept a great relationship between me and the company after we where able to figure out my payment.
My daughter had been going to the safe splash swim classes offered here for over a year. The owner then decided that since he hates kids he was going to eliminate the classes. I overheard him say this to another employee. I understand that this is a gym, but no one was having to compete with my 6 year old over a weights machine. It was a 45 minute class once a week. None of us have the right to a child free existence. No matter how much you hate them.
Personally love the setup and access of equipment at this gym. Very well lit parking lot.
The place was well maintained and well equipped, overall a pretty good gym. James Royston was super helpful and really set the tone for the whole experience.
One of the best 24 hour fitness gyms I know of. Sport Club level. Facility is clean and well maintained. Staff is extremely friendly. Great variety of equipment and classes offering more choices than most. One of the few gyms in which the equipment is consistently reracked and easy to find. Should be considered a flagship gym for others to follow.
This gym can get pretty crowded, but its still a good gym. The equipment gets a lot of use, but is still in good shape and they are diligent about keeping everything in good order. They have a great staff and their trainers are extremely knowledgeable. Ive worked out with a few different ones over the years, but Im currently working out with Ben Schnake. He really knows his stuff, and Ive seen a lot improvement after working out with him.
Been a member of 24 Hr for 3 years and this is my regular go-to location due to convenience. Its kind of small and therefore pretty crowded but I can always get in a decent workout. Sometimes have to circle around to get the machines you want. Classes are decent but there should be more based on number of people who go there. Overall, a good deal for the price.
Very clean and well kept.
Pretty poor gym. Anticipate only having 50% of treadmills functioning. Lap pool full of people cooling off from the sauna, or Band-Aids and hair. Only plus is the price. If you can afford to go elsewhere, would highly recommend going elsewhere.
I have been a member of 24 hour fitness down in Lowry and personally I feel that it is the best 24 hour fitness gym in Colorado and I have been to multiple. If you are looking for a gym I highly recommend this one and if you’re already a member keep coming
Great equipment but that steam sauna smells so bad I almost threw up... just.... wow...They should be embarrassed....that was the reason I wanted to sighn up.. but not anymore.
A staff member Luis was extremely helpful and informative when I came for a workout last night. I was blown away by how clean the gym was when compared to the 24 fitness on Alemeda. Definitely going to this gym from now on.
I love this gym and specifically their trainers dedication to helping those who come thru the doors. When I joined Im so thankful I booked trainer session s with Cole. He has helped me so much in such a short time its unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and request him as a trainer you wont be disappointed. Its nice to know there are trainers that genuinely care about your well being like him.
Working with Eric M at Lowry is a joy and really paying off. Eric brings tremendous focus to each session and is always ready with a workout that fits within an overall game plan to meet my goals. His explanations of what we are doing and why are especially helpful. At the age of 66, these sessions are probably the most important component of my overall health program.
I started coming to this gym about 2 years ago. I have been training with Cristin the entire time. She has helped me through so many health obstacles. I have definitely given her some challenges. She always seems to get me through them without any issues. I love her ♥ She is the best, and I love this location. Always clean and everyone is beyond friendly.
I’ve been training with Drew Miles for 5 years. He has been awesome at keeping me motivated. I’ve accomplished goals beyond what I have imagined. I completed a half Ironman a couple years ago and am contemplating another this years. He has helped me stayed positive even through some very difficult times. I’m stronger and healthier than I was in my 30s I’m now 56. He has showed me my potential and that I need do anything I put my mind too.
Generally very clean. Has its busy hours in the morning and evening but fairly good size to accommodate for this. Staff very friendly and seem to always have someone available for guest needs.
For a SUPER club I think they might have:a) Better, Newer and Cleaner locker rooms.b) More caring and polite staff.c) Clean towels provided for clientsIm not talking about Healthy bar offering healthy snacks and fresh smoothies...this is how I see the Super club should look like..
This location of 24 hour fitness is the best. I have been using personal training services for the past 9 years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I currently train with Eric, whose expertise has helped the pain in my knee become almost nonexistent. Highly recommend!
This location has a very negative leader as their head manager. I feel bad for the staff under her.
The 24 Hour Fitness in Lowry is a terrific gym. I’ve been a member for over 5 years and have always found the gym to be clean, well managed and comfortable. I was having some back and ankle issues and Drew Miles one of the trainers helped me immensely. He both educated me and trained me, now my back and ankles are 100% better. I highly recommend Drew and 24 Hour Fitness in Lowry.
Professional and effective covid measures, helpful staff
Would definitely NOT recommend this 24 hour. There have been multiple occasions where Ive went to the club and needed to put my kiddos in the kids club and they didnt have the correct staffing to help. The poor girl that was in there working was pregnant and had about 7 kids already in the club and when she called for help she couldnt even finish her question to the other person on the phone before she said, oh you dont have somebody to come down and help me at that point I stated this is ridiculous with this club. If you know your club gets full at certain hours staff accordingly for those hours! We pay an insane amount for your clubs! The employees away this club front desk and kids club are also not very professional.
Since I started working out with Christina S., I have gotten so many compliments on my figure (including my booty)! People have started to ask me if I workout. I thought I knew how to workout before I started working with Christina, but I have learned so much, including how to improve my form and posture and how to prevent injury and make sure my muscles are properly stretched. She is awesome and makes workouts fun and effective!
This place used to have a great hot tub. Now, its frequently down.
Wonderful gym that helps you to achieve your fitness goals. The staff is awesome. Recommended.
Whenever I workout at this facility, I always workout late. Bryan Wilkens was working on the overnight shift and when he did the gym was always in order, he would clean up around the gym, if I needed assistance on how to perform an excercise he wouldnt mind helping me. Whenever I walked into the gym and left to go home, I was always greeted. Bryans customer service skills are amazing. I personally feel like hes the back bone of the facility. There were plenty of nights Id come in and he was finishing the staffs job from the prior shift. He definitely deserves a raise/promotion. Thanks Bryan for maintaining such a positive and clean environment!
The facility is always clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Eric Mayle, the trainer with whom I am working, has managed to provide the direction and motivation which I have always needed and never had before. He makes our sessions both challenging and rewarding and manages to expand my limits and push the boundaries gently but firmly with every session. I would recommend both 24 Hour Fitness and Eric wholeheartedly.
Ive been working with Eric for about four months now. Right off the bat he asked what my goals were, why I wanted to come in and work out, what I wanted to accomplish. Im 75 years old and an avid golfer with a 10 handicap. I wanted to strengthen my core and flexibility along with improving Cardio, hoping these objectives would increase my consistency on the course as well as lowering the handicap just a bit. Under Erics guidance Ive not only been improving in all the desired areas, Ive been having fun doing it. I couldnt be more pleased.By the way, I train in the mornings and never have a problem finding available machines. The gym is large, clean and well maintained.
I love the body pump class Devra teaches! She keeps you going and does the workouts with you! Get there on time to get a spot, fills up quick!
This an awesome center of fitness, the staff is awesome. The equipment are great. 5 stars.
The gym itself is nice and generally the equipment is new(er) and clean. The gym is small and everything is packed in so tightly. It’s always crowded and there’s never enough weight benches. On some machines, I often have to pause during sets when people walk by so I don’t hit them with the weights. Even in the middle of summer on a weekday around noon the place is packed. I can’t even imagine what it would be like during “New Years resolution” season. They have plenty of mats, physio and bosu balls, resistance bands, etc, but there isn’t enough floor space to use them. Also, the music in there is WAY too loud. I can’t even hear my own music through my headphones because their music is just blasting (it’s not good music either). Even in the locker rooms it seems like the TVs are on max volume (why do they need TVs in there anyway???). There are lots of young and very fit people people there, which is motivating. Plenty of free parking is always a plus. Generally, the staff is friendly.
I absolutely love this place! The staff is like family, as well as the regulars! If you dont like a packed house this gym is not for you, Monday through Saturday there will be crowds! Good equipment, clean, and great people! But it is busy busy busy, you have been warned!Blessings, TJ
Very Clean facility. I have been coming here for over a year now and been with a trainer for about a year. Vince has been consistent and know where i need to be improved regarding my personal fitness. I am a runner and he customizes the training to fit my needs.
Great and friendly staff! Great equipment collection and nice atmosphere! I highly recommend them.
Not only is it hard to find a great trainer but to find one that can help you get in shape and lose weight....at the same time eating M&Ms.....now that is priceless . Well Emily (Master trainer) and NIck ( Manager ) have helped me reach my goals and have fun at the same time....Great place to workout.
I would give it 3 but everything here is just so dated and kinda ghetto. I remember when this place was fresh back in 2010 but nothing has changed since then. Generally busy and equipment is so old And not maintained. Save your money and go elsewhere
Very crowded facility, hence not 5-star. However Vince is a very knowledgeable trainer. I have seen a lot of positive changes while working with him. Recommend him highly
We’ve been members since before the Lowry club was built and was a storefront on Alameda. We’ve also been with several trainers who bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their work. I am presently working with Joe who knows both the correct excercises and is most helpful in supporting my progress. He also is a yoga instructor and brings the same drive and dedication to those of us in his classes.
I have been training with them. They are excellent trainers and are very knowledgeable of the human body. I confidently recommend them.
Great gym and lots of machines and facilities. The best part are the instructors....Especially the extremely motivating spin instructor Stephen C, or Stephen OG as he calls himself.
The instructors here are great! Really know what they are doing, keep up motivation during classes, and have always patiently answered my questions after class. Good variety of classes with plenty of different times to chose from. They change things up every few months as far as class routines go, which prevents boredom. I appreciate the random perks that members get, such as free fitness evaluations. Ive been really happy here!
Best selection of Group Exercise classes from RPM (Cycle) to GRIT Strength, Core and HIIT. Friendly Staff. Motivating Instructors. Overall better than the gyms near me. Its a little drive but worth it if you like the structure & challenge of a good group class.(Army Vet and Former Trainer)
Great place for a newcomer Justin and the staff been helping out a lot with getting back into fitness and healthy habits!
