I’ve been going to Whole Body Studios for about a year now and I absolutely love it. I’ve taken Pilates reformer and mat classes in addition to yoga classes. The classes are small, the instructors take the time to get to know you and your body. If you’re new to Pilates (like I was!) the instructors are great about guiding you through the movements and positions. Pilates has helped me become stronger, more stable, and I love Whole Body. I highly recommend Whole Body and Jen, Shilah, and the rest of the team!

Ive been regularly attending barre classes here for a few years. I love that they have a 4x/month membership option, at a very competitive price. The classes are tough and truly a whole body workout. I like that they offer up-level options if you are more/less in shape. I also like that classes are rarely the same, so it doesnt get boring. I attended classes through my whole pregnancy and appreciated modifications. Attending just 1x/week has been enough to keep my body toned and fit for my wedding, childbirth, and getting back in shape after childbirth!

I have been going to Whole Body since September, and every time I go I’m amazed by the kindness of the instructors and quality of the classes. I always get a great workout and walk out feeling more centered and relaxed than before. Don’t know what I did without them! Would highly recommend!

This is the best studio, hands down (both locations). The teachers are simply incredible. I end up in classes with Jen, Sam, Colette, and Shilah a lot but you cant really go wrong. Classes are FUN and have made me come to love movement. Most importantly, the classes and studios are comfortable and not intimidating. Teachers are really great about options that might feel best in your body. All of the variety has kept me going for 4+ years (and I was formerly not someone who exercised).

We took a reformer pilates class at Whole Body Studios with Dana and we loved it! The studio is modern and clean but warm and homey. The class instruction was detailed, clear, intuitive, and easy for both beginners (myself) and more experienced people to get a ton out of. Dana checked in with everyone before class about any injuries or potential limitations, and seamlessly worked around those during class. My shoulder that often bothers me when lifting weights didnt bother me at all (felt great actually) during and after the class. Ive done a handful of reformer classes at other studios and this was by far the best experience Ive had. With the right instructor, the reformer naturally scales to your abilities making the class appropriately challenging without overwhelming you.As a Chiropractor I have full confidence sending my patients in to Whole Body Studios. They take a safe, intelligent, and holistic approach to the body and that yields great outcomes in improved performance and function. Were excited to attend classes more regularly and Im very satisfied with the good care theyve taken of my patients.

I only had experience doing mat Pilates before taking classes at Whole Body Studios. Came in excited to learn more about my body while didn’t know what to expect. The studio was very clean and welcoming. I liked the lockers in the women’s changing room. It was easy to operate and by picking a combination, I didn’t need to carry a key. Dana, our instructor, was amazing. Before the class, she wanted to learn about my physical conditions and history, and asked me to take it easy when certain sensation comes up during the work out. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. She was very attentive and worked with every students individually to help with our postures. The workout was very fun, but tough! I liked that there were all different kinds of fun way to work with equipments, and realized that I need to strengthen my left arm more and how I could engage my core and protect my spine while working out. After class, Dana asked me if I felt any sensation during the workout and we were able to put a pin on it and work more on that in the future. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, had a lot of fun, and found muscles that didn’t existed. Will go back!

I really like Whole Body Studios for its convenient location, multitude of class options and times and affordability. I got a great starter deal with a free first class, then 3 mat classes for just $30. Instructors are fantastic, the equipment is nice and Im very happy to notice the difference in my physical shape just after a month.

Great studio close to Cheesman Park (but they just opened their second location in Bonnie Brae). I have taken Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes there and I have never felt disappointed. They try to keep classes small (under ten people) so you feel like the teacher really has the chance to focus on you and correct your movements. The environment is super nice and friendly. It’s my favorite studio in Denver so far.

Wonderful studio with excellent teachers. I see Dana (the owner) and Amanda Fletcher each week and it has transformed my posture and helped tremendously with my shoulder injury. They are not afraid of you and it is amazing. The name couldnt be more fitting - it really is a whole body workout, refreshing and revitalizing. Highly recommended.

Pilates has long been a part of my exercise practice. I’ve practiced at many studios throughout the east and west coasts and few come close to WB. Amazing, amazing teachers! As a newbie to Denver, I’m so happy I found this studio😊

I am a pilates student (about 115 classes to date) at Whole Body Studios and it is simply excellent. Dana and her staff of instructors provide expert instruction, which includes easy to understand exercise cueing, form correction and motivating encouragement. Should the cueing not be enough, the instructors will jump on a machine to show you exactly what you are supposed to be doing. I also really enjoy that the instructors offer modifications that will make an exercise more challenging should you need it.I like attending classes at both locations, but I prefer Bonnie Brae. The ceilings are very tall and the studio has a wonderful airy feeling to it. There are more reformers (6 as opposed to 4) so you are more likely to be able to get into a class. In addition, all the equipment is a bit newer.I typically attend classes in the morning and have never had an issue finding parking. For me personally, Pilates has been a game changer. It informs everything I like to do for fitness (lifting weights, running, swimming, biking, hiking, paddleboarding) by improving posture, exercise form and really targeting your core. The main reason I am so positive about Pilates is the experience Ive had a Whole Body Studios - I highly recommend them.

These guys are great! I went in several months ago with a knee injury as an alternative to PT. It worked great and now I am in better shape actually now than before the injury. I didnt see myself as a pilates person, but here I am all better still going to class after the recovery and loving it.Thanks Dana!!

Marie is the best yoga and pilates teacher I have had. (and I have had many). Her classes are always welcoming, fun and challenging while she customizes everything to your own body and needs. Whether you are a novice or expert, Marie can provide you with a fantastic workout in both practices. She brings a special combination of expertise to both her pilates and yoga classes - both private or group classes. I dont typically write reviews but I have made an exception: the yoga/pilates world needs to know about Marie. Shes the best.
