Although nervous to join such a new, intense fitness training community, CrossFit Train of Denver has COMPLETELY exceeded any expectation I could have had. The coaches push and support each athletes personal growth journey and strive to be coaches, mentors, and friends to everyone. I never knew sweating could be so much fun with this crew. The amount of time and energy spent on each member is truly amazing and it shows in way of results- Physical and mental. I would HIGHLY recommend CrossFit Train to anyone who was scared to join, or nervous to jump into a new adventure- you wont regret it!
I started at crossfit train after moving from Brooklyn to Denver and completely fell in love with this gym and it’s community. The space is huge, clean and organized and the coaches are amazing. They seriously know what they’re doing. Highly recommend for anyone of any level! It’s also a great way to meet new people :)
After trying several CrossFit gyms in Denver and leaving unimpressed, I decided to give Train a try. I went to one class and signed up immediately.Brooke and her team are some of the best, if not THE BEST, coaches in Denver. All of the coaches are attentive, consistently make form recommendations, and provide recommendations for appropriate scaling (if needed) so that participants get a great workout, but avoid injury. The workouts are tough and you will get your a** kicked, but you won’t get hurt. I have been to so many gyms where coaches barely pay attention, which leads to poor form and injuries.I also have to mention the community at Train. Everyone I’ve met and worked out with is kind and encouraging. This community is great if you’re a super human athlete, or if you’re a beginner. It’s a judgement free zone where you get stronger together, and get to meet some really amazing people.I cannot recommend Train enough! It’s a gem, and is hands-down the best CrossFit box I’ve ever been to.

I love this gym so much! Train is the first CrossFit gym I tried and I joined a few days after my trial class. Soon after, all gyms shut down due to COVID-19 and the coaching staff did such a phenomenal job of creating at home workouts, giving us equipment to take home, and keeping us engaged through team and individual challenges until we were able to get back to our space. I cant say enough about how much the coaches have already helped improve my form and confidence in the gym. My favorite thing though is the community - I think its rare to find a gym where the culture is truly driven by everyone who attends. There isnt a gap between the coaches standards and the members -- the values are an equal responsibility and I feel incredibly lucky to have found these people!

Ive been doing CrossFit for over 5 years, and CrossFit Train is hands down the best box Ive been to. When looking for a new box earlier this year, my top priority was coaches that care about form. Ive been to the other places that pushed me to go too heavy or too fast, and I ended up injured. Train coaches take the time to get to know, your goals, and your abilities, and then coach you appropriately. In addition, the community is second-to-none. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
I have been to a lot of Crossfit gyms and not many others dedicate so much time and effort to their members. All workouts are started with a great warm-up and post workout recovery as well. I love this place!
New to the area and this was one of the number of boxes I checked out to find a new home. Although I didn’t end up going with Train, I had a fantastic experience and think they run an awesome gym!

I left a review almost a year ago when I was still newer to CrossFit. Now, its been almost 2 years, and so much has happened and so much has changed. We are a new gym! Train_Denver kept me healthy and sane while the world has been a dumpster fire the past several months. The gym remained dedicated to providing equipment rentals, daily workouts, access to coaching, zoom connects, events and team competitions, mental health, and yoga through it all. It was definitely different, but it worked! I am happy to be back in the box, and looking forward to what this amazing community will do together as we move forward!
By far the best Crossfit gym I have been to across the country. The coaches are excellent, attentive and sensitive to your personal needs. Huge space with all the equipment you will ever need. Highly recommend.
Joined about a month ago, having such a fantastic time! Each day Brooke (coach) or others will go over the techniques with me - break it down so Im never lost. All the classes push me and I feel so accomplished by the end. The gym has an awesome crowd and everyone encourages one another all the time. Such a great group! Totally recommend :)
I love everything about CrossFit Train. Best part of my day is sweating with this amazing community of athletes. I’ve grown more as a person and athlete than I feel I ever did at a traditional gym. I never considered myself an athlete before CrossFit. You definitely earn the title - with blood, sweat and tears! It’s like home away from home for me.The coaches possess all qualities you would want. They’re funny, professional, and all-around badasses! They each have their own way of making it a fun experience while holding you accountable, pushing you, and ALWAYS being safe. The members are great, as well! I’ve been a member at 4 different CrossFit gyms in Denver over the last 10 years or so. All of them have been good, though Train has been the best experience. The gym isn’t too small or too large, and the coches are genuine. It takes energy to consistently motivate and program interesting workouts month after month, and the team at Train does both. A good natured group.
I joined CrossFit Train over three years ago. I had no knowledge of what crossfit entailed, only thinking I wanted to increase my upper body strength and didnt want to become frumpy. Little did I know how joining this box would transform me both as an athlete and a person. The consistency of the coaching is impressive to say the least and each and every coach has your best interest in mind. All of the athletes are friendly and inspiring. I learn something new every class I attend. Thank you coaches and athletes.
I joined Crossfit Train in July and have been so pleased with this decision. Brooke and her team are personally invested in all the athletes. You leave feeling challenged and motivated to do your personal best all while having fun! The community at this box is an amazing group of people and I look forward to sweating next to them everyday. I just cannot stress how much I LOVE working out now! Ive been at Crossfit Train almost 6 months and it really has changed my life. A work friend encouraged me to try and free class and I signed up that day. Brooke and the other coaches are amazing and I feel challenged yet safe during the workouts. The community is amazing and its the friends you make there that push you to go back day after day and cheer you on right to the finish. I love the variety of the workouts and seeing your improvement on a daily basis. They have really varied class times to fit every schedule. So if you really want to challenge yourself in a super friendly environment, this is the place for you.Trust me when I say, you are capable of much more than you know and Brooke and the team can show you that!

I don’t have enough amazing things to say about my experience at Train so far. This is the fourth box I’ve ever trained at and by far my favorite. I’m lifting more in three months at train than I have before and my form has improved significantly. The coaches critique and encourage in a way that leaves me feeling confident which is something I’ve struggled with before because I’m definitely no where near the strongest at the gym. The community there is also incredible which is such a relief when moving to a new city. It’s a great place for beginners to start out or for more experienced folk to fine tune their lifts. There are a ton of gyms in Denver but I guarantee none of them are as great as Train!
I have been with CrossFit Train for about 5 months now, and I love it. At first I was hesitant about going as there are so many stereotypes about CrossFit, however, CrossFit Train proved them all wrong! When I started I could barley run down the street, the thoughts of weights frightened me, and I never knew if I could compete.Brooke and the other coaches do a fantastic job at making sure you are working at your comfort level. In fact, you dont even pick up weights until they feel confident you understand the movements. Although in a class setting, they truly pay attention to everyone individually and coach you to your best. In addition, everyone at the box is amazing. I have made so many friends here at CrossFit Train and the community is perfect. Some days I am the first person done and I get to cheer my friends on, and other days I am the last and everyone is cheering me on!I have nothing but good things to say about CrossFit Train and encourage everyone to come check it out.
I love this gym - the owner, the coaches, the community - can’t say enough great things. It doesn’t matter if you can or can’t do CrossFit - you can do Crossfit Train! They modify workouts and work with you. Highly recommended!
This is an amazing box. As a longtime CrossFitter and having visited many gym over the years, Im continually impressed and thankful for this home. We bypass several other gyms each day because the community and coaching at CF Train exceeds them. Brooke and her coaching staff are knowledgable, compassionate, real and genuine. They make sure to help each person individually on their fitness journey, through all the ups and downs. Always striving to improve lives, both inside and outside the doors. A special place full of people committed to working hard and growing.

Crossfit Train is an amazing community that I am so grateful to be a part of. I joined last January, and I am in the best shape of my life. I love Crossfit Train! Ive been a member here for almost a year and came from another Crossfit gym where I spent several years. The best thing about this place is the amazing and supportive community. Everyone is so encouraging and welcoming and it is always fun to spend an hour with the crew. The coaches are obviously skilled at what they do and scale movements or reps as needed, so any ability level will get a good workout no matter what. Ive never felt so committed to a gym or as strong as I do now! Come check it out.
Ive been a member at three crossfit gyms and this one is the best. All the coaches are professional, enthusiastic and ready to help you. Brooke the head coach is a former NCAA soccer champ and is an incredible athlete to a level I didnt know was possible. The equipment is good quality, never run out or weights or jump ropes, class sizes never get too big and the members are very diverse. Not really a meathead gym. The coaches make sure we keep track of your WOD score and progress. They have a kids play area, shower, hand washing stations, counter beads, little whiteboards and one of the coaches is a dietitian which are nice perks. The price is cheaper than most other gyms too. People sometimes freak out about injuries with crossfit but I only got injured once during the past year and it was due to bad posture at my desk job.
Ive been with Crossfit train for over a year now, and it has changed my life! The community and coaches are amazing, Ive definitely made life long friends. I was scared to try Crossfit at first because it seemed very intense on TV, but the coaches modify every workout to your ability. Oh, and they make it fun! Best coaches and community every!!
Brooke is a badass CrossFit trainer and at the top of her game, which reflects her commitment to and passion for what CrossFit offers, both for beginners and competitors. She is specific in her instructions for workouts and demonstrates each functional movement with skill, explaining what she wants to see vs. the “wrong” way, and why. One of the things I appreciate most is that Brooke recognizes where her members are at physically, and will modify the workout accordingly. In my case, this is pretty constant, but Brooke has a keen sense of being able to push my limits without overextending my abilities. She always keeps a watchful eye on every member during the WOD, providing feedback on improving form, if needed, and constant encouragement. As a result, I am more fit than I probably ever have been. Another factor I enjoy is the community that Brooke creates within her box, developing a camaraderie and “family” within, so I always feel welcome and supported. No matter where you’re at with your fitness, or you’re just starting out, check out CrossFit Train. You’ll be glad you did!
Dropped in while I was in Denver and LOVED the atmosphere here - everyone said hi immediately, cheered me on and the WOD was great as well. Knowledgable coach, great experience, one of the better places Ive dropped in at. Clearly an intentional community.
Crossfit Train is an amazing community with great instructors! I travel for work so I have attended 9 other Crossfit gyms. Brookes energy and quality of instruction is unrivaled. I have only been there for a month but feel my technique has already significantly improved due Brooke and the other instructors persistence of focusing on technique and providing actionable feedback to improve form and gain strength.
Im fortunate that CrossFit Train came into my life when it did. I was always curious about fitness but very intimidated by the muscley men and women at the gym. I had succumbed to the idea that lifting and intense training wasnt for me. CrossFit Train has blown away my expectations. I feel like I have a fitness family and my intimidation is gone. I look forward to going and dont see exercise as a chore. Please come check it out. You will not regret it.
When relocating to Denver and trying to find a new Crossfit gym, I initially thought Id make a list of nearby boxes and try them all out. Sorry bout it other gyms, cause I never tried another one out! My fiancé and I were (and still are) thoroughly impressed by the level of attention each athlete gets. In only 2 months at Train, Ive lifted better and heavier than in 7 months at my previous gym. Since I get individualized scaling and help, I now attempt moves that I was previously uncomfortable with. I also feel more confident in my lifts because the class always breaks any lift down before starting (ohhh, you mean deadlifts arent supposed to hurt your back??). In addition to the coaching, the sense of community is Trains next best asset. Everyone introduces themselves to new folks (gym rule!) and there is always someone cheering you on if youre one of the last to finish the WOD (I would know). Gym members feel more like your teammates and this is something that I havent experienced at any of the other boxes Ive been to. As a newcomer to Denver, it has been a serious luxury to stumble upon a welcoming group like Train (so that when my mom calls and asks if Ive made any friends, I can earnestly give her the names of 5 people I spend 60 minutes a day with). I wish I would have had a gym this welcoming and educational when I started Crossfit last year and would 100% recommend this for any skill level. If youre looking for a place to try out Crossfit, this is it.

Crossfit Train has been my second home for almost 5 years now. I have been to a lot of boxes and none of them match up to the community, standards, and level of individual attention that Crossfit Train provides. All levels are welcomed and attended to.
I have always enjoyed weightlifting and running but had never tried Crossfit. Being my curious self, when my wife began her Crossfit journey, I started doing some research to see what this was really all about and wound up trying it for myself.One reference stated, the best way to begin CrossFit is with a great trainer who uses his or her vast experience to guide you through the various phases of your fitness quest.That being said, I believe that Brooke and her team at CrossFit Train Denver have done just that; provided a great culture and environment to grow your fitness level, irrespective of where you are now physically or mentally. Anyone has the capacity to engage in Crossfit. If an individual is willing to be challenged and take on that challenge with vigor, and a zest for improvement give Crossfit Train an opportunity to guide you through your fitness journey.
Training at Crossfit Train has changed my life. I started over a year ago with Brooke to get ready for my wedding. I never felt better or more confident than I did walking down the aisle that day. I met my husband at a Crossfit gym and he had been doing it for quite some time got burned out and quit. When he saw the results I was getting with Brooke he started coming to Crossfit Train with me. Brookes programming and coaching is one of a kind not to mention the community she has built. Her members are some of the most wonderful warm people I have ever met.
