I love the different group classes. I wish some were closer than they are but so far so good. The instructors were friendly and caring.
Its a great gym. People are nice. Its clean. Has all the equipment really that anyone needs. Im a huge fan of flipping tires and they got that and a push / pull sled too. Brings me back to lineman workouts.
Its a relief to get back into the gym game and see such a well kept establishment. Staff enforces rules, upkeeps sanitation and i didnt find any piece of equipment damaged or broken. Whoever your maintenance guys are, give them a raise! Front desk also has AMAZING customer service. This place is definitely why Im coming back to Chuze

Very proud member. The gym is ALWAYS clean. The staff always greets you and wishes you well as you leave. What I like most is that the members are very good about re-racking weights, cleaning off machines, and not being muscle heads in a way that would discourage new members from returning. Only downside for me is they can get very busy after work and they are the only location servicing a large area.
Best gym ever. Always clean and has all the facilities you could ask for at a price that blows all other fitness centers out of the water. Once you become a member here good luck finding anywhere else to replace it.
Ive traveled a lot and being retired military, the gym is sacred. This place is PERFECT. Sauna AND steam room. Indoor pool, cardio movie theater, all the weight you could want, childcare and my favorite, the hydro massage chairs. Plenty of fitness classes and an at home app too. Theres more but I listed what I care about. The staff made me feel like we are long time friends too. I really like that its multicultural as well, especially in Colorado.I got the all inclusive plan for just $30 a month.😱 I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
I appreciate this gym and this locations staff very much!Everyone knows most members name and they make you feel more than welcome while youre here. This gym is ridiculously clean and kept up on, the other members here are helpful and respectful at all times. I drive 15-30 minutes out of my way just to be here. Thank you for everything!

This is the gym you want to sign up for. Great equipment, classes, and the jockiest DJ for water aerobics. We dance like it’s 1999 and there’s Backstreet Boys playing. Sauna, hot tub, and hair dryers. What more could you ask for? A shower? They have those too.

I have to say, this is by far the cleanest gym Ive ever been in. The front desk staff is cool and good looking...lol...The only drawback is the infrared sauna. I prefer the real dry sauna. Sooo much better. Otherwise the equipment is well kept.Overall I love this gym.Well done!
The staff is great and fun to chat with (when they arent busy!) and they do what they can to keep the gym clean. The gym goers however dont really clean up after themselves and this really wasnt a problem before the pandemic. Which is a shame. Just remember to make it easier on the staff by reracking equipment and cleaning up before and after your workout!

I have been a member in this location from day one, the staff is amazing and they always keep the gym clean and in order. However, the steam room CONSTANTLY needs repairs done and it is closed. I have been a member pre- during, and post covid closing and this has been a problem from day one. When I got my membership I specifically asked if the steamroom was reliable, due to the fact that I dont use the gym as much as I use the steam and pool, I was assured it stayed up and running all the time. Well it hasnt been, till this day it is been fixed. So if you are like me and steam room is what is selling this place to you, maybe try else where.
Can I get weird? I feel like I should be a little weird. Probably because I’m slightly weird. But this is by far the best location. Likely because the people who work their treat me so well! A team member who won’t be named even walked my back toward the back and shared a donut that someone else had dropped off! Lexi, Hannah, Caitlyn, and Savannah make the place so inviting. Including a few sentences without explanation points so I don’t come across as a loon. Is this going to go on my profile now? “Watch out for that guy with all the explanation points?” Anywho, you all are fun and I cannot wait to bring my kids in when kids club opens next week!
Hi, I am a member in this location since three years ago and I liked everything, staff, communication, quality, and the friendly front desk staff. Now, I noticed that most of the front desk staff are not friendly and welcoming compared with the previous guys. For example, yesterday, I was waiting to order a smoothie and that person was chatting with her friend for almost ten minutes and she didn’t pay any attention to me

Went there to try them out via their 7 day trial. Had a terrible experience. First of all, they dont allow bags on the floor, which is already a dealbreaker for me, but they also dont allow you TO TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES?! Stretching area is minimal at best; couldnt even use my yoga mat because of the no shoes rule and I dont want to get it dirty. Maybe I could have looked past all of this is they actually had enough equipment for the people coming in there. When I tried to do my actual workout, EVERY SINGLE RACK was occupied. Not a single barbell was available for me to use. I could never go to a gym where it is commonly so full that some people are unable to touch a barbell at all. this place SUX.

Pretty disappointed in the customer service my friend described to me. We have a group that trains pretty often together and was looking for a place that could give us an indoor spot to do so. Will be continuing the search since one of our trainers was not happy with the service provided. Because this place is slightly closer to all of us and was originally our first choice to purchase membership we will be providing this information to all of our members so they can avoid having the same experience. There seems to be a few other gyms where we can test and see if the customer service is better.
Seeing multiple posts about people being charged by Chuze during this pandemic with shady, unclear practices. It’s a shame... because the gym itself is nice, but this is clearly a corrupt company. There are many local gyms in Denver that are better, cleaner, and care more about their patrons. We should all be supporting locally during a pandemic anyways! Here’s to hoping Chuze gets some morals! ♥️
It would have been ‘the right thing’ for Chuze Fitness to tell me before charging my card post-pandemic.America is still in a major second wave of this deadly flu. Chuze fitness said they would not refund my membership for this month, even though they chose to open back up during a life threatening event.Just taking a look into their facility, I can see a significant number of people not wearing masks (both on machines and just walking around)
Out of all the commercial gyms, Chuze has been consistent on customer care as well as keeping the place clean.
Such an amazing facility and great people in the gym. The workers are all friendly and very polite.
Overall I like Chuze. They have handled their pandemic response really well, something I left Vasa because of! They check-in out process is great and I hope we always do a reservation system from now on. I do wish they continued to have staff walk around more or stationed throughout the gym to enforce PROPER mask wearing. The facilities are okay but could use some upgrades/polish (shower soap is so cheap). I also think they should consider a few less cardio machines and invest in another squat rack or two since so many people use them. Staff is very friendly as well.
Over-crowded. Not enough room nor equipment (free weights) to work out. Staff doesn’t properly wipe down equipment.
You get the vibe its a bunch of teenagers working that dont want to be there. Not a positive atmosphere.

2 short reviews:First they were struggling with a guy regarding the use of a face mask on which I personally told the staff that it was “a good call” since I need that place to be open. So good on following the use of mask.Second, my first review gets totally invalidated by this one. For two days on a row there were empty sanitizing wipes stations, on both of the times I told the same guys I spoke about my first review and they seemed not to be happy by me “complaining” about this matter.The cherry on the top was when informing Matt about it(senior staff member or even manager 🤔) his response was....”We’re trying”Having 3-4 guys on the front desk and at least 2-3 empty sanitizing wipes stations you’re trying?As I told you: Headsup on that
Incredible, large gym. So many amenities - even during covid, you feel taken care of. Reservations required to prevent over crowding.
Monday - Thursday it is always packed from about 4pm - closing time staff is amazing and it is a clean facility ! If you want to reserve a spot from 4pm-8 I would advise doing it around 3pm or earlier 🤗
I have been a member for a month and I DO NOT recommend this gym . The staff is god awful and love to target certain members . They love to single out people that are just trying to do the right thing. I clean my equipment, wear my mask do everything they ask and the minute I drop my mask to take a drink I get a strike ? They threatened to cancel my membership because Im drinking my water ? I am completely compliant with the mask and do everything in my power to keep it up at all times but every single time I have gone it there i get threatened with a strike but not once have i seen them talk to others when I most certainly see their masks down! Its really not right and I do not recommend going here unless you feel like being targeted for just trying to work out .
I was very ecstatic to join this gym at first. But since then I have moved further away and Im not able to attend. I browsed several locations before choosing Chuze. Ive been trying to cancel for a while now, I tried to do it online and I have been trying to call. I finally got through and wanted to cancel and have the last draft reversed. I havent been to this gym in two months. I wasnt asking for both months to be reversed, just one. According to their GM Spencer. This was too much to ask for, they cant do that. Apparently you guys need the money more than me if youre hurting for it so badly. Shame on you Chuze. Never again will I return.
I left 24 Hour and joined Chuze after gyms re-opened. Without a doubt this was an excellent decision, as 24 hour and Chuze is like night and day.Ive visited the Highlands Ranch location, but Denver is my home gym. The facility is remarkably clean and inviting, theres plenty of equipment, and the staff is incredible! Matt, David and the entire staff at the Monaco/Evans location are awesome! The staff truly goes out of their way to ensure their members are well cared and provided for. They work particularly hard maintaining the facility and have been outstanding during the pandemic. For an avid gym goer, Chuze has certainly been a welcome change!
They are terrible on some stuff, for example 0% humanity!!!! I have asthma and intensive workouts already make me very hard to breathe, when i am alone or with my husband in separate team training or classes room I take it off for 1 min to breathe or drink. Can’t even blink the employee is yelling at me “put your mask on”Never ever in any other gym I have been they been so rude to me.So I just left immediately because I should be able to work out without people yelling at me. Vasa fitness is so much better...Update after ChuzeFitness reply: i have no problem wearing mask, but I need to drink or take it off for one minute once a workout to breathe without putting other people in risk, I was in complete separate room!!!, it is not okay that employee yells at me about that, and are this rude.
My first time in there to see the facilities since a friend invited me because I have been thinking about signing a membership for one of the local gyms.The experience was not very good. There was no offer for a walkthrough or explanation of the facilities offered. After signing going through the process to validate a guest pass I was approached by staff multiple times for reasons that didnt seem valid.My friend and I made use of one of the studio rooms. During that time neither of us removed our masks at all even though we were the only two in the room and came there together. While we would converse our mask would slip down over our nose, however we would quickly pull them back up so as to follow the guidelines for public safety.Two different times someone came in saying that if we didnt keep our masks on we would be asked to leave. I tried to explain to them that when ever I would say anything at all it pulled the mask down slightly, but that we were both pulling them back up and had never once removed them.The employees were very short with us and were not understanding of the fact that masks will sometimes have to be adjusted when going through rigorous activities. My over all experience because of this felt unwelcomed and I will likely choose a different facility for my business. (I am a personal trainer and have a few people interested in signing up at whatever gym I choose to so that they can train with me).Please coach your employees on how to interact with the customers in a better way. We felt very unwelcome and it was off putting for a business to treat potential customers this way.

Favorite gym by far!! I’m surprised to see the negative reviews. They are so kind to my husband, our kids, and myself. I’ve had maybe one run in with an employee who was not the cheerful and happy attitude like the others. Miss going due to kids club being closed. However, once open again I will be back!

Visited the gym from california wasnt aware of the path of travel for entry and exit due to covid 19 restrictions... I exited the wrong way and the manager asked me next time to exit the correct way . I kindly said I didnt see the sign sir . Then he said theres clearly A SIGN RIGHT HERE me as the customer should feel comfortable yet he resorted to try to humiliate me

Showed up today for my 1 day try of the gym I signed up for on Chuze’s website. Great gym with lots of various pieces of equipment, seem to be very strict on masks (happy to see) and very clean! I was there from 1:00-2:30pm and was astonished to see that this gym is constantly packed with people! I gathered that based on its location and value drives this enormous amount of people to it. Some equipment wasn’t functioning and some were tied off so you couldn’t use it and was told it was due to social distancing. Staff didn’t seem too knowledgeable on their own equipment when I asked if a alternate piece was available to perform a certain exercise I wanted to do since one was broken and the other was tied off, they didn’t know and aimlessly walked the floor with me and eventually said “no I guess not”. Was really turned off that the staff didn’t show prospective customers around the gym nor did they follow up on your experience after your workout. I walked back up to the woman who greeted me when I was done with my workout and asked her how to sign up if I’m interested and I got a half response as she was making a smoothie for another customer to do it online as a new agreement.All in all it’s a nice gym if you can forgo the above problems. For me, I’ll check out a different gym- one that focuses more on its clients and provides better customer service to both prospective and current customers. May cost more than this gym, but it’s an important factor for me.
Great gym other than when the are not on lockdown its way too crowded and you often cant get on the wifi. Cell service doesnt work very well in the gym either. Very nice staff. Very clean.
Great gym! I most always get a friendly greeting and goodbye! Equipment is always maintained. I’m surprised to see so many negative comments. Chuzefitness was a pretty clean gym before the Pandemic.
I love this gym. One of the best Ive been to for the price. Equipment is kept clean and in working order. Many amenities and great staff. Better than most more expensive gyms.

Great facility, they have hydro massage, tanning,cinema and pool just to name a few. Great bang for your buck. A lot better than planet fitness, prices start at the same rate.

The best gym there is! Love the Cardio Movie Theater and it has all the weights you need! All for only $10 a month! Oh and the best thing is that the staff is amazingly awesome! ;)
Clean gym, friendly staff, and a great value for the membership. Updating my review to two stars. The app lets you book two workouts in a day but the staff turned me away. This is considering there were still appointments available for the time block I booked. Probably wouldnt have given it a second thought if it hadnt been for last night I showed up early and almost wasnt allowed in. That staff member did the right thing and let me start because again they werent completely booked. Seems as though the app, which you have to use to book a time should at the very least have a disclaimer that you can only work out once a day on the booking calendar. I double checked before posting this review and it does not. Bad customer service.
Sailor holds it down every night. Always has a smile and some positive energy for me. He’s a nice guy that wants to see everyone that comes in there crush it. Nancy signed me up and answered all my questions. The hydro massage chairs are great- gym facilities are awesome- free weights, plenty of space- locker room is always clean. 5 stars for a reason.

Wow. Do not use this location or company. Between the unfriendly staff and the way corporate treats their members when there’s an issue is beyond disbelief. I had a rude encounter with a staff member named Nicole. She seemed bothered that I had questions on the app they had me download. It was my first day in the gym. They input my last and first name backwards at sign up so I wasn’t able to login on my app. I was uncomfortable with the way I was being treated. I honestly didn’t know why I was receiving such angst. I actually had to ask her if I had offended her because I didn’t know. Nicole said “I’m just giving you the same energy you put out.” This was my first day, within 3 minutes of being inside this location. There wasn’t even any time to offend her. I didn’t understand. It was so uncomfortable. It was their fault I couldn’t use the app because they input my information wrong. When she realized that it was their fault Nicole literally walked away and let another lady help me. I emailed Denver Chuze at the below link where they told me to wait 3 days for a response. I reached back out after 7 days of no response. They said the manager should have contacted me. He/ she didn’t. They gave me 3 ways to cancel. I’m out of town and the other 2 options don’t work because none of my information was put into their system correctly. I’ve explained all this. Asked for a refund for the one day in their gym this month and to be let go. I’m on the premium account which means free cancelations. They haven’t reached back out or helped in any way. I didn’t even receive any sort of acknowledgement that there was an issue in one of their gyms. It’s almost as if they think apologizing would be admittance and they don’t want to do that. Never come here. Terrible customer service. I’m already in contact with the Better Business Bureau.

I have been a member here for years and I had upgraded to the top membership before COVID happened and since then, most of the amenities have not been as available and I understand that. I asked to have my membership lowered down from $40 to $20 (even though there is an even cheaper option of $10) until this all blows over and was told that it would cost me $50 to do so. I could also choose to cancel my membership for $50 or to freeze my account completely and within 12 months it will be cancelled. Instead of just waiving the $50 dollar fee to keep my business, you guys would rather get $0 from me. I was told a manager would call me to discuss this and have yet to hear from one. Its amazing you would rather collect $0 from me than the $20 a month I was going to pay.
I have been a member for 2years. Littleton is great. But this one is horrible. Bathrooms were left smelling like urine. Staff lets people walk right in.

Clean and easy access
Lots of cleaning going on here. I pulled my mask down to catch my breath on the treadmill and was immediately told it must be put up. I appreciate it being open but not used to running with a mask.

GREAT gym but dangerous area. I was randomly shot at in the parking lot and my car was destroyed in an attempted carjacking at 7:30 AM on a Friday in 2019. Chuze gave me a free membership until the end of my contract except they auto renewed me for another year without asking and then continued to bill me. They did not refund me when I contacted them. Obviously I never felt safe coming back here and theres LOTS of crime in the area. Just be careful and watch your surroundings in the Monaco parking lot. I went to the Broomfield location for years and its a fantastic chain so nothing bad to say about the actual gym in that regard.

This gym is all about its money and not it’s customers. I guess when you upgrade your membership to the $40 one you start over with the ‘one year membership before you can cancel without a fee’ I was told I’m going to be charged $40 & another $50 if I want to cancel. I’m being effected by the pandemic, (loss of hours) pouring my money into the gym at the time isn’t my priority!When things start picking up, I will definite be looking into a better gym.
The way they have handled billing once opening up again is unacceptable. They said emails were sent out and I never received an email. They charged me the full price even though I said I wasnt comfortable being in a confined space with that many people, i.e. team training. They told me I needed to give them a 10 day notice before it was drafted from account. How could I have done that when I never received any communication that they were going to start billing the full amount? I called to discuss this and was told a manager would call me back. No one ever called me back. I called again and there wasnt a manager available. She said he was there but he wasnt on the clock so he couldnt speak with me. I didnt even want a full refund. Just a partial due to not being comfortable in the smaller rooms. Who I spoke to said Well, you can be put on hold and wait for him but he is just going to tell you what I just did, so what do you want? Extremely disappointing customer service, communication, and management.
I used to go to another gym that had a treadmill, rowing and weight room blocks class. Chuze is a fraction of the cost, the trainers are much more motivating and friendly, and the space is a lot bigger so they can vary the workouts more. In addition the front desk staff is so upbeat and helpful, the gym is impeccably clean, and the yoga classes are intense but awesome!

This is in my hood. It’s always clean, the ChuzeFitness team is really nice and always helpful when you need a hand. The only thing I wish it had is a basketball court, but that’s not what they offer. At the price point, you can’t beat the hydrotherapy (infrared, hot tub, steam room, and pool) plus hydro massage, movie theater, and tons of equipment.
I’m loving my membership at Chuze. Even though we have collaborated on some campaigns, I only did so because I love what they have to offer and it’s got an appeal different from other big box gyms. Keep it up!

I love Chuze! The facility has always been super clean (even before covid) and the staff super friendly. Membership is super affordable and I get so much more (heated yoga, team training, group exercise, hydromassage, tanning, etc) for the same price I paid at 24 hour for dirty equipment and disgusting pool. I cant imagine going to any other gym.
