I really am enjoying my time at Core Progression with my personal trainer Jasper. He is always super friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand my goals, as well as answer all my many questions. Since starting, I’ve seen improvements in my form, strength, and I’ve also gained the confidence in the gym that I’ve lacked in the past. I look forward to going to my sessions and would highly recommend Core Progression and Jasper.
I’ve been working with Callie for a little over two months and I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. I’m not really one of those people who enjoys working out, but Callie’s encouraging attitude has kept me accountable and has helped me continue working toward my goals. Callie is not only supportive, but it also flexible time-wise which is vital for me and my ever-changing work schedule. She is extremely knowledgeable and I always feel like I’m doing some serious work when I’m there! The facility is awesome and so is the staff. Ive been working with Jasper at Core Progression for almost 5 months, and I couldnt be happier with making the decision to do so. In the time weve worked together, Ive seen substantial fat loss and reductions in body fat percentage. My strength has increased, I feel more confident with how I look, and I feel amazing. Jasper is the perfect balance of calm, patient, and motivating and really pushes you to work hard. I love the variety in the exercises that we do every session (except for the battle ropes haha!). I love the small, intimate feel at Core Progression. Ive done personal training at larger facilities and it was always a struggle with equipment being available, and trainers running into each other. Weve seen a few different trainers here in the last year and a half and have had great experiences with all of them. For the last 5 months weve been working out with Callie and really enjoying it! She pushes us enough while also being encouraging and creates work outs that cater to our needs. She also communicates well and is super flexible with our crazy schedule.
I have been working with Lauren at core progression for over a year now and absolutely love my work outs. She keeps it new and interesting every week and I have definitely seen results. The facilities are excellent and clean and the entire staff is extremely friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to become more fit and healthy!

Had lifted heavy before, but during covid developed shoulder issues and knee pain.I dont have the time to create detailed plan, check movement limitations, and monitor proper stretching and form. Core covered all of this! It was an enjoyable experience that pushed me, and got me back to a point of self-sufficiency. Amazing experience! And oh added a ton of strength while getting form dialed in.
I’m 70 yrs old,and have felt I need to be more active. I Decided to start working with a trainer to prevent falls.I’m working with a great TrainerWhen we met she wanted to know what I wanted.She developed my program for three days at a half hour per day.I have been working withLauren Goodman for a year now and feel great confident while walking and doing great with lifting boxes and my grand baby without any pain in my knees,arms etc. It’s a great facility with very professional staff.AnyoneLooking for trained professionals this is a great group.I never have to worry I’m doing the moves wrong,, she is always directing your posture etc. She also makes it fun and it never feels like hard work.I’m enjoying it much more then just going to a gym and doing machines.I get personal focus.Great job
Joining Core Progression has been the best decision Ive made for my health and general well being. The staff is very knowledgeable and they truly care about teaching you how to exercise properly so you can get the best results. This is definitely more than just a gym membership and its worth every penny. I was a little intimidated at first because I hadnt worked out in years, but that went away as soon as my first session started, thanks to the friendly and inviting atmosphere the staff and other clients create around you. I joined the semi-private class program and I was surprised to still get the full high-quality attention from the trainers, its more than what I expected. I want to give a very special shoutout to my trainer Chantel, for always pushing me to my best and just helping me be a better person in general. Finding the right gym and trainer is not easy. If you are looking for a no nonsense place with great one on one or group workouts Core Progression is it. I have been doing two days a week with Jeremiah for two months now and have seen impressive gains. He is constantly challenging me with new exercises and variations specific to my goals. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to achieve new heights in their strength and overall health.

When I was looking for a personal trainer, I knew that I wanted to center my training around Olympic Lifting. I was very excited to find Core Progression and Jeremiah to help me reach my goals. Jeremiah is very knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and making a life long changes for a healthier lifestyle rather than going on a “diet”. I feel like I have made more progress in Olympic Lifting in the past few months than I did in a year of training elsewhere due to Jeremiah’s knowledge, experience and willingness try multiple different ways to break down the movements to improve each part of the lift. I would highly recommend Core Progression, Jeremiah and the other trainers to anyone looking to get more into fitness in a non-intimidating environment.
Ive been coming to Core Progression for about a month now and the knowledge, attention to detail, and care of my personal trainer Jeremiah has been fantastic. With this being a more private gym, there is always ample space to work out and it is kept very clean. There is also dedicated parking right outside of the building for patrons which is very convenient. Im very pleased with my experience so far and looking forward to reaching my goals in the coming months!

I’ve been training with Callie at Core Progression for nearly two months. I’m a beginner in the gym and really appreciate how she explains the movements and makes form adjustments without making me feel embarrassed for my lack of knowledge and coordination. This place is amazing. My trainer, Jeremiah, is incredible. Listens to what I am trying to accomplish, and as someone with a previous injury, he listens when something feels weird or sore and makes adjustments on the fly. The rest of the trainers are so friendly and even know my name even though they arent training with me. This is a great place and Im excited to grow my strength here!

I got connected to Core Progression through Chantel, through our ULAX team. Getting signed up to find a program that worked for my budget and time was extremely easy when working with Chantel. I train with Lauren 2x/week, and I always feel motivated to get to the gym and engage in a workout. Lauren is an expert at what she does and makes challenging workouts easy to follow. Nonetheless, she makes each hour fun and enjoyable, and I know that she will empower me to reach my fitness and health goals! Highly recommend this personal training gym!!
Highly recommend Core Progression for personal training. My wife and I workout with Jasper who is a top notch trainer. He creates custom workouts for each session, doing a mix of exercises the two of us together and separately, knowing we have different goals. He knows his stuff, expertly understands the body and can spot even the smallest of modifications in form. We both can see improvements to our strength and mobility in just a short amount of time. We made a great decision getting back in shape with Core Progression.
I am personally coming up on 7 months of training at core progression with my trainer Chantel, can’t speak highly enough of the gym and of her training! When I started up in the end of 2020 it had been years since I had been to the gym but Chantel customized a program for me that suited my needs perfectly and helped address some problem (pain) areas including my lower back and wrist. I am essentially pain free from both now as a result of my working towards strengthening those problem spots. If you are looking for a personalized/one on one training in Denver you definitely need to look into core progression (and Chantel!)

Absolutely the best treatment I have ever received anywhere in Colorado! I needed a weight gain plan. Monica the manager arranged everything for me. First, she formally introduced me to the nutritionist Lauren so we can discuss in detail how and what exactly I wanted to do. After logging a journal of my eating habits, Lauren set up a personal meeting (almost 2 hours long). In the meeting Lauren had created a detailed personal diet plan based on my eating habits and my goals. Also, both Lauren and Monica were always in direct contact with me to make sure I was doing what needs to be done. Those two ladies are professional in what they do and will go above & beyond to make sure you are getting your moneys worth while receiving an experience you can only dream about elsewhere. I highly recommend!! This place deserves a minimum of 100 stars.

The team at core progression are awesome! It’s not just my personal trainer (Chantel) but all of the trainers take the time to get to know all the clients that come in to train. It makes it feel much more personalized whenever you are at the gym. Chantel and the team ensure to communicate well with trying to meet my personal goals but also make changes when and where needed. Chantel is supportive and consistently checks in throughout the week to help hold you accountable. She also ensures technique is perfected before moving up or to something more complex. Injured or discomfort? Chantel will implement new exercises to help with recovery and provide homework to get better faster. Well worth the investment in yourself!
Ive been training at Core Progression 2x a week since Sept. 2020. Im a former competitive soccer player and wanted to gain more muscle and tone up—I was paired up with my trainer Chantel, who, as a former competitive athlete herself, understood my goals and created a custom training plan for me. I came in with weak glutes, a sore lower back and couldnt do a single pull up. 10 months later, I can now squat 175 lbs., have no more lower back pain and can do 5 pull ups in a row unassisted. Chantel is super encouraging, friendly, funny, down-to-earth and pushes me past my limits because she knows I can handle it. When I come in having a bad day, shes also taken on the role of therapist in addition to trainer, listens patiently and offers advice. Im super grateful with all the effort she puts in to helping me become a better version of myself. While my physical appearance has changed, my confidence has increased as well. I used to hate working out and going to the gym, but going to Core Progression has taught me the power of consistency and developing good habits. It truly has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Chantel as a trainer!

I worked out here for a few months and all in all I thought the experience was great! I have the best trainer Greg. And although I could continue (unfortunately) i did lose 20lbs.The place is new, everything in great shape, very clean. Its not packed. Its really just you and your trainer.All in all id totally recommend them!

I had a specific set of muscle groups I wanted to work on when we started, and she continues to come up with plans to evolve with my goals, capabilities, and occasional aches and pains! Lauren is super knowledgable about the body, and you can be confident that shell steer you in the right direction and be mindful of injuries or sensitivities! Shes very good at changing up the workouts and incorporating mobility, stretching, heavy weights, and cardio as needed! CoreProgression is a safe and inviting atmosphere, and not at all intimidating. Charlie is an uber professional, and knows what’s up when it comes to getting you in shape. For most of us, it is hard to work out on our own. With Core Progression, it has a feeling of “team” and personal responsibility. I come here and it feels like the staff like the fact that I am there.
Core Progression has a full of a wide range of trainers for the whole spectrum of workout styles and goals. They are very welcoming, no matter your fitness level, and have no problem jumping in and finding the best custom solution for you. Something I find that separates this personal training experience is that the facility is not a member gym, where you are working with a trainer in the middle of a busy gym floor. The space is designated for only personal training & helps elevate the 1:1 workout.They also offer a whole host of additional services like nutritional consultations outside of 1:1 or small group training.Management has been nothing but responsive & hands on.This Core Progression location is also very conscious of the current COVID situation & goes out of their way to modify, clean, and limit the number of people at any given time.
Monica and Lauren and the entire Core Progression Rino Team are outstanding. They’ve created an environment for people to learn how to build fitness into their lives and stick with it. They are funny, kind, sincere and extremely knowledgeable. Anyone considering personal training should definitely check out the Core Progression facility and staff. They really are top notch.

I started working with Core Progression in January and I couldn’t be happier about my decision. From the beginning they were personable, easy to communicate with, and flexible in setting up a fitness and nutrition program that would be right for me. I work with Kelsey three times a week, one-on-one, and as a person who has never been comfortable in a gym setting, I can tell you that these personal training sessions with her have made me much more confident in myself and my abilities. I’ve also gone to a few small group training sessions and drop in classes, and the community that they’re building is an incredible one. Monica, Charlie, and Andrea have always been inclusive, helpful, and (most importantly) patient. Grateful to get to spend a few hours a week with them all.

There is a lot to love about Core Progression Elite Personal Training, from the clean modern equipment to the prime location! But the thing I appreciated the most about this gym was the one on one attention I received from the personal trainer. Theyre focused on me hitting my goals as much as I am! There are many choices when it comes to gyms in the river north (RINO) area but I am more than happy with my choice to train at Core RINO. From the very first meeting I felt like the team made me feel like they cared, and honestly they make it so easy to sign up so many different options from private training to semi private they have options for everyone. The works outs are great, as a novice who comes to training with little to no experience i love how they break down the why to the exercise as well as the how. Honestly you should reach out and give this place a try. Also shout out to my trainer Kristin, she has such a passion for this and also is great at making it fun!

Great space with knowledgeable, friendly trainers. i needed a jump start to really get back into working out, so i signed up for 3 months of 2x a week training sessions. my trainer, andrea, is really friendly, positive, and fun, (and knows her stuff!) and the other folks i interact with are as well (monica, GM, and charlie, owner). my workouts from training sessions are tailored to my goals, and are emailed to me after each workout. classes are fast-paced, fun, and challenging, but not so much so that you get lost or cant keep up.
Completely highly recomend Core Progression RINO. This location gives you everything you would want in a gym and more... a comunity to which everyone fits into. The staff is friendly and extremely welcoming to everyone. I love this place!!! Highly recomend! :)

I started going here recently after having a baby, and one hour here is way better than 3 hours at my old gym. I don’t have a lot of time, so having someone dedicated to helping me post-baby has made a huge difference! Place is also clean.
Left my old gym to find something better. CP RiNo is a gold mine! Clean equipment (thank GOD), friendly staff, and the one-on-one personal training far exceeds any of my past experiences.
I am desperate to get in to the gym, and theres no such thing as free time in my world. After multiple text messages and a phone call, I still cant figure out how to get into this gym. Basic info like times and rates. Nothing. I guess theyre more interested in chatting than working out. Ill try somewhere else
Staff (especially Monica!) has been excellent to work with. Not quite top-of-the-line equipment, but it isnt really needed as the focus is on the skill of the trainers you work with to get you where you want to be.
