I lost my debit card yesterday and apparently on weekends they dont have managers on the weekend and wouldnt call or look at footage to see if it could be recovered before whomever took it left.not to mention u need your phone to check in but they will not even let you charge for 5 min as a paying member.

Planet Fitness has been my only gym in the last 7 years and will probably always be. Ive lost over 130 pounds and always felt welcomed here. Theres help if you need it and now the app helps getting the assistance you need virtually.

I have been going to this location since before they relocated in the Mission commons. Its big and roomy, and I often visit other locations. I just think this location gives me room to breath with my mask during the pandemic. Very clean and always plenty of equipment to workout

Josh is so friendly! Just signed up today through my health insurance program and then came to join this gym. It was a breeze! Josh explained everything to me and got me signed up fairly quickly. Nice clean bathrooms and a clean well maintained gym! Parking isn’t the greatest but that’s expected with this location

Ive been a member for about a month and I really like the gym. They are taking a lot of precautions to make sure that everyone is safe. Machines are clean and well maintained. Crowds havent been an issue for me and I have gone during all times of the day. Friendly staff as well!

Very clean. More hygienic than the hospital. People are very respectful and the staff are really trying hard to keep planet fitness clean and sanitized as much as they can. I see them cleaning all the time. Members are cleaning their used machines before and after.

I dont know why Ive had such difficulty with this company over the past few years with billing etc., but John listened and handled my situation courteously and professionally. Was 1 star review, now 5 stars. This company should be grateful to have him.

They are not very welcoming to people who have moved from out of state. After we told them to cancel our memberships, they charged us both, even though we were not able to finish completing our membership application because they dont take out of state IDs. I would not recommend coming here if youre not from Colorado.One of the managers even got in my husbands face because we asked him to cancel our membership. They were all very rude to us.

I was pleased with todays visit. As a member I hadnt been since the last discouraged trip I made some 6 months ago during panademic. Was glad to see it wasnt mandatory to wear masks working out because personally I have asthma and breathing is difficult enough without covering up in sweated up cloth. The place was visually clean. I had no qualms about getting sick! I feel better when I do work out. I cant figure why you can do all the unhealthy things bars, weed stores but you couldnt get fit or get religion. I go to 2 different locations, 16th street mall and Evans and Quebec maybe set up different but constantly the same very pleased with planet fitness.

Aside from the convenient location, the staff here is very pleasant and helpful. Jon does an excellent job running the club. I upgraded my membership to Black Card level based on how much I enjoy this facility, so I may bring others with me to also come and have an enjoyable experience.

They close for company events when members want to work out.

The parking is metered street parking. Other than that, all your regular PF amenities. Great staff, working equipment. Clean facility.

They are doing a great job during Covid to ensure everything is clean and they are adhering to a max capacity. Their space at the 16th mall allows for more people safely compared to other gyms that have wait lists at peak times. And cant beat the price.

The manager Jon refused me entry after calling my home gym. He want to verify payment which I should him I had been billed for. He wanted to double and triple check months past due from another club. I’m black and no other members or workers were black here and no one else had their accounts repeatedly checked even as my account was current. This is unprofessional and Planet Fitness will hear from my attorney.

Had to call a club in my home town to help answer my sons account problem from this club… staff was not able to help him

Either you people need to pay your staff more, or they just do not like working there. It is so weird, I go to Colorado Blvd, 44/Sheridan, or the 24 hour P. F. Wadsworth the staff is always friendly, welcoming.. Yall need to bring back Taylor he had his staff literally happy and friendly, steal him back from 44/Sheridan.Concur with the comment below of poor COVID Standards, there are people who do not understand social distancing there at all.. You watch the staff walk through with their clipboard not mentioning to anyone about there close distancing to others.The gym is legit, and clean I will say that.Sad the energy there is lackluster from the staff... They seriously look unhappy.Make your staff happy there.

The workout was great, but theres some stalker guys who sit there, and stairs at you.

This is an excellent gym located right downtown on the 16th Street Mall. They have a personal trainer available their name Cameron that is really awesome. This is very easily accessible through light rail at the 16th and Stout stop or by the free Mall ride Stout Street stop.

I had a wonderful and very customer service oriented tour of the facility. Anything I did not like before, or after that is irrelevant because I am not a covid individual.

Friendly staff, clean gym. A little busy at times, and houseless individuals pay to use the bathroom so at times the stalls will be filled with personal belongings and you have to wait to use them, but other than that great gym experience.

My best place to sweat it all out,they have good music and great atmosphere only thing missing is the standing calves raises else everything is just perfect!

I am leaving this review because with the COVID-19 Pandemic and the constant rise of the virus in the Denver area I have not been able to use the facilities and have been paying for months $10 which isn’t a big deal. I since have moved to Redding California. My issue arises from having to go through hoops to cancel my membership. Why can’t we not cancel over the phone to limit contact with myself and others. With myself being in a household of people who are high risk health wise I SHOULD NOT have to physically walk into this business to cancel. When I called to cancel my membership I was told that the owner of this particular chain will ONLY accept a cancellation through the mail. So to get this done now I have to go into my community in Redding California which has the MOST Covid cases in the state of California and risk my health to go into a post office buy stamps and mail a letter that literally reads my name DOB and that I want to cancel. When it would be safer and easier to just cancel over the phone. I feel this is horrible service and something should be done about it.

I want to love this location but there are too many exposed noses and faces with staff doing nothing about it. They need to step up mask enforcement here. My home gym is doing a much better job.

I was told by some of my friends and other Planet Fitness locations that I could call over the phone to cancel my membership. When I call today to do so I was told only options are to come into the store, or to write a letter with all my information with a request to cancel. To say that I am beyond disappointed that this location does not allow someone to cancel their membership over the phone especially during a pandemic, is very much an understatement. I dont know what information is needed in this so called letter that I can send, but Ill just waste time and gas.

Very unhelpful & annoying staff! I’m visiting from Houston so that says a lot if I’m stating this!! The service was so bad I didn’t even want to finish my workout or come back but it’s 0.2 miles from my hotel, unfortunately! I’m going today so I’ll see if anything has changed. Everyone else in Colorado’s establishments have been accommodating & helpful, EXCEPT them! Only one staff ( black young guy) was even nice...

I came into get a membership. Wasnt really sure if I was gonna get one until I met Natasha, one of the most incredible individuals I ever met in my life. Not only was she helpful but also very funny and passionate about her job. Your an amazing person Natasha never change. If planet fitness is as good as her Ill be a lifetime member for sure.

The downtown PF is keeping things clean and spaced out. Great spot for a quick solid workout!

24 hours. Each one is different across states and even within the same region of the same state. The mood in this gym, feels like it says come in and get it done. On this day, there were early risers and all were really focused on some form of health or physique outcome through exercise. Eclectic groups of people. The location is very centered on space and utilizing all parts. It is centered in downtown, which is very nice for PF members.

Lived at the gym last 3 months. Only way to keep my sanity. Young and friendly staff. Clean and within walking distance.

I myself was finding a home gym when I moved to Colorado yet I was referred to by a family member and started getting attached quick the equipment is easy use and the workers are friendly. I’d highly recommend especially for cheap price as well

No problems. Ladies at front desk are very nice, is busy I try to get there early. Is clean and no creep people so far so good.

The Staff at PF downtown are awesome. The facility is always clean and the equipment is very well taken care of. Did I mention how awesome the staff are. They are always welcoming me with a smile and willing to assist with any need I have.

Small but conveniently next to light rail

Friendly staff, clean facilities, a good variety of equipment and areas, and hardly have to wait to use one. The arc trainer is my new favorite thing. My fiance and I have been going to Planet Fitness more consistently than we have ever used a gym in our lives and now its something we look forward to doing.Edit: 9 months later and I am so impressed by how much I love coming here. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The equipment is clean, rarely broken down, and not intimidating to use and they have done a great job adapting to the local ordinances to keep us safe and healthy. As someone who used to hate the gym and also felt self-conscious using the weight lifting section, I find myself excited to go each week, comfortable trying new machines.

I have since been back a handful of times at this location and I haven’t seen anyone anymore without a mask !

Awesome price.. great place for me, getting back into the swing of working out again - but they also have great equipment for when Im really ready for weight training :) super friendly staff :)I am very happy with planet fitness.Although,I wish the downtown Denver location opened early like 5am monday - sunday., as I work the overnight shift at my job and I like to go right after work, which is usually between 530-630.The club is open monday - friday at 6am, which does tend to work out; with my commute from work to the gym, I get there around 6.But on the weekends, they open at 7am, and then I am stuck waiting outside on the 16th street mall for an hour, sometimes an hour and half.If there is a possiblilty of opening a little earlier, especially on the weekends.. I would really appreciate it even more!!I know they used to be 24hrs, but since covid, they have a limited schedule now, I guess.I also, would really like the downtown denver location to find personal trainers.., as I am in definite need of a personal trainer to help me with better weight training exercises.Other than that.. I love my membership at planet fitness., and have been utilizing the tanning booths as an added bonus to being a black card member!

Really like this gym. Never a wait, staff is friendly and like able, great price and I love the view- location, location, location .They could have done better as far as designing the lock room space and I would definitely pay more for a steam room . Its workable, just not comfortable if your getting dressed to go back to work (Take some space from the black card lounge and expand the space we really need ).

If you take the other peoples actions and feelings around you into account. You realize that this is just another gym, albeit one that is better suited to meet the standards of the area surrounding the gym itself. Its located in the middle pf sixteenth street mall, so its easy to access and happens to be open 24/7.

Great gym. But the people at the counter need to be trained better. I went in there today (lost my key chain card) the lady at the desk said that I couldnt get in after I gave her my phone number that is on my account witch doesnt make any sense to me because I was in there yesterday with the same problem and the guy working the counter was able to check me in no problem. Wont be coming back to this location tell this problem is fixed.

Good place for the money. I would took a membership here but Im an elliptical guy and their ellipticals really suck. Thats the one thing that stopped me. Everything else looked nice.

I didnt like it to well, because it is mostly for millennials and I am not. I like a wet area & they dont have one, to keep the costs down they say. It is very fancy and the plus members have access to massage chairs and tables, along with a tanning booth.

Exercise explore

It’s worth $10 a month, but I’d rather pay more and have a better gym.They don’t have real weightlifting equipment and they keep the best body weight exercise equipment in a private room that’s blocked off for classes 6-8 hours per day.The staff are nice and the facility is clean, but would it kill them to have a pull-up bar in the public area of the gym?

They have everything everyone needs

I love this gym. Ive worked out at several other gyms and they dont compare to planet fitness. IRS always clean, the equipment is new, it doesnt stink, the most options of machines Ive ever seen. The only down side is theres not much room to grab a mat and lay it down for floor exercise. Im uh usually there by 5am so its not a bug issue but I cant imagine how it is at 5pm.

Its chill, usually not that many people here which is pretty great. The hours of operation are the only downside.

Always clean! The machines are still new and the guests are respectful. Front desk staff are very nice. This is my gym away from my home gym, so for $10 a month it is a steal!
