Ive lived in a lot of apartments in several cities and this place wipes the floor with all of them. You can get a fancy apartment for a similar price anywhere, but the place AMLI Park Avenue shines is the management. Management is everything and they nail it here. Maintenance is super responsive, even after hours. The grounds are clean and lovely. Location is top notch. All of it. Youd be lucky to get a place here!

Although I have not moved into AMLI yet, everyone at AMLI has been incredibly understanding and helpful throughout the application process. Hillary and Jessica, specifically, have done everything they can in order to cater to my unique circumstances. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is interested and I am confident that AMLI will not let you down!

Amli Park Ave. is a great complex, solid amenities, safe, secure, and a great location near to Uptown and Downtown restaurants and events.

AMLI Park Avenue is a beautiful property, staffed by friendly people who are quick to help me with any issue that arises.

We moved to AMLI Park Ave in Sep 2019 and have been so happy with this decision! We moved from NYC and knew nothing about Denver and chose AMLI Park Ave due to proximity to downtown and being able to walk to work. The neighborhood is awesome with great walkability to coffee shops, breweries, our favorite local market, restaurants, etc. The free assigned covered parking spot is huge!! We have friends who pay tons for their spot at other places. The entire staff is awesome. They are always nice, quickly responsive to requests and are a huge part of what makes AMLI a great place. We’ve never had any issues and we’ve lived in two different apartments within this complex (we upgraded when we started working from home). We love the amenities too. I’ve had to use the business center a few times to print docs - super convenient. As far as cost, it’s completely reasonable and competitive with other properties, especially when you factor in parking and the size of the bedrooms and living space.

I have lived at AMLI Park Avenue for 3 months now and so far its the best place I have lived in Denver. The location is great, within walking distance to many cool restaurants & bars. The building itself has nice amenities and is quiet and clean (and always smells nice). The apartment is very spacious and well maintained. Rent is reasonable and the free parking is a great deal. All of the staff is very friendly and responsive. Five stars all the way!

My husband and I moved here about a year and a half ago and LOVE it! The apartments are spacious, well laid out, and maintained! The amenities are great--- especially the view from the rooftop deck (with a fire pit in the winter and fresh herb garden in the summer)! But what truly has always stood out to me is the people!When Covid hit, they sprung into action immediately adapting to the challenges. They updated maintenance requests to keep us safe and comfortable---Lane & Dennis are quick to help any way they can and two of the most genuinely kind people while doing so! Sophia is ALWAYS bouncing around cleaning everything with a smile! She immediately took pride in sanitizing and cleaning to keep us safe! The ladies at the office (Anna, Monique, & Jess) are always there when you need them! They are SO much fun to chat with and always have goodies on the 7th of the month!I am sure you can see how great the neighborhood is in this little pocket of Uptown! For us, what truly means most is that we landed here at AMLI Park Ave with all these great people! So happy that we get to call this beautiful brick building on the corner HOME!

AMLI Park Ave is the first place I landed after relocating to Denver from the east coast and I would not have done it any differently. They are backed by a reputable national brand, but have a strong local community (hence you can transfer to other AMLI properties easily). The Leasing Office, Maintenance, and House Keeping staff are amazing and truly genuine people who know your (and your dogs) names.... because everyone is this neighborhood has a dog. Although a large building, it has a cozy feel with respectful and friendly tenants. The amenities are appropriate for the size building and make city living convenient and affordable (free coffee, free gym, free parking, free dog treats, package room, on call maintenance, composting, etc). It sits in the heart of Uptown, walking distance to coffee, restaurants, dog parks, city owned parks, grocery stores. The light rail and downtown shopping/businesses are a 20 minute walk.My only advice is, be aware that it is situated in an urban environment and that some units face busier streets than others. If street noise is a concern for you, consider the unit you choose, but dont let that stop you from enjoying this community. And the Centennial floor plan has amazing all day natural sun light!

We just moved to Denver from the east coast, and Amli has made the transition so easy for us! Ashley is truly a gem. Shes super knowledgeable, very friendly, and always happy to help (no matter how many questions you bug her with!). The building itself is immaculately clean and the amenities are wonderful. The location is out of this world - walking distance to dozens of bars and restaurants, with a little bit of a residential feel to it still. Its the best of both worlds. Our apartment has lots of natural light, and the building is super dog friendly which is great. If youre moving to Denver, I highly recommend checking out Amli Park Avenue!

We lived here for 6 years and only left because work moved us. This is the best location in Denver. Close to downtown (walkable) but not downtown. We absolutely fell in love with the neighborhood. This is a very clean and quiet apartment complex. Everything is updated and the maintenance team is exceptional. This is a great place to live.

I moved here in May of 2018 and have loved every day of it. The leasing office is very responsive, and even if they miss a message from you, they are quick to acknowledge a delay and even offer an apology. It is the small things, really! I am moving out of this complex only due to a roommate situation, but highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a home in the uptown area!

I wanted to wait some time before I left a review since I’m coming from a big house in the burbs to an small(ish) apartment in an urban environment. This complex is perfect. I feel safe walking my dogs all hours of the day or night, and have never had any issues with anyone that I encountered while out and about. This complex is located on a busy street on one side and I have a courtyard unit and it’s beyond quiet. I like near silence to sleep and to work from home, and so far I’ve received just that. The free coffee bar is awesome, the hot tub is beautiful, the fitness center is perfect and the grounds are constantly maintained from what I can see. Uptown is not unsafe but with any urban area keep your eyes open and don’t be stupid. Restaurants and bars all around and there are large trees and grass for the pups. Lastly, the office staff and maintenance crew are absolutely incredible and kind.I have no complaints thus far and it has been the perfect place for starting a new life and living in an urban environment for the first time. Also, Uptown is such an awesome area!Oh and the super high ceilings and walls of windows in my unit are the best!

I’m really enjoying living here at AMLI Park Avenue. I was a little hesitant moving into a big complex managed by a national brand, but so far my experience has been completely positive.The staff, especially Candace, has gone above and beyond to work with me during my move in and help answer all of the many questions I’ve had.The location is great, it’s very close to downtown but still feels kind of like a neighborhood with tree lined streets.Overall I’m happy with my decision to move here.

My partner and I have lived at AMLI Park Ave for almost 2 years now and we love it. The leasing office staff (specifically Anna and Cassie) are awesome, super attentive, and really care about us and the other residents. The maintenance staff (Daniel, Andrew, and Lane) are equally great and are always there to help out. Weve maybe had a handful of minor complaints/issues regarding various things, but the AMLI staff always remedies these things quickly, efficiently, and effectively. We really feel like were a part of a community and not just random residents living in an apartment complex. I highly recommend living here - the location is convenient, the people are rad, and the apartments are really nice.

I visited this complex in August 2018 in search of a place to live. The leasing agent was super nice and the place was a nice complex. It has standard amenities and competitive pricing. The apartment had great walkability but the room layout was awkward so I passed on it. I viewed about 20 places in total and it did make my top 5 from which I ultimately picked a place where I live now. I recommend considering this place.

I moved into AMLI Park Avenue about 3 weeks ago, and the team here has been absolutely amazing! In the office, Lisa has answered a thousand questions for me about the move-in process, and always answers emails within minutes. The maintenance team has been wonderfully helpful. The apartment was in lovely condition when I moved in, and the team has been incredibly helpful and accommodating, coming by to help with even small requests as I get settled. They are always very prompt to come, and incredibly friendly! Andrew installed an overhead light for me, and also helped install clothes rods on the same day that I put in the request. He also troubleshot an issue I was having with my Fob key, and resolved it on the very next day. Bob made a special trip to help me touch up a chip in the paint that I had accidentally caused during the move-in process, so that my apartment would be in perfect condition. Overall, Ive been very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness of the entire team here at AMLI Park Avenue.

We have lived at Amli for a year and it is a great place to live. The office with Casey and Anna are amazing and Andrew the his maintaince team are top notch. The building is so well maintained and service requests are fulfilled within 48 hours. Pet friendly and great location.Lois V

Lived her 5 months so feel weve been here long enough to review. This is the first time weve ever lived in a big luxury complex and very happy with our apartment, the management and how well the community is maintained. Lots of dogs live here but the walls are nice and thick (complex was original build at condos) so we rarely hear any noise from neighboring apartments. Halls & common areas always kept very clean and whatever cleaning products are used smell very nice and not at all overly chemical, which I appreciate. Management is quick to respond to any issues (like a recent power outage). Everyone who works here is extremely nice and personable. Great location for working downtown. Love being across the street from a grocery store and 2 blocks from a park. My only (small) complaint is that our 1 bedroom floor plan doesnt have a door between the bedroom and living room (somehow we didnt catch this on the walk through). Weve solved that issue with a baby gate to keep the dog out of the bedroom and a roku that uses headphones so one of us can watch tv if the other person is asleep.

I lived here for a year upon moving to Denver and was highly excited but ended up slightly disappointed i did not do more research, personally i felt it was overpriced with outdated appliances in a unsafe neighborhood after moving into my new place. I would recommend doing researching and checking if this location is a good fit or not. Otherwise Anna and her staff are very welcoming and friendly and the amenenties were great

I lived here for several years before buying a home. Everyones very friendly, especially the staff. Theyll always say hi when you pass them in hallway, and they know your name and youll learn theirs. Very nice apartments and amenities. Not many noise issues, but all units have smaller refrigerators. Additionally, its very rare to come across your neighbors in the hallways or elevators. I also dont think Ive ever seen children here. There are a lot of dog owners here, though. Ive been very happy living here. Also, its in a convenient location; easy to pick up Ubers and Lyfts within only a couple minutes, and very close to Safeway and several nice restaurants in Uptown. If youre picking up an Uber or Lyft, the earliest I would want to order a ride is as youre walking out the door, since theyre often really fast to get here. Also, the parking garage is very spacious, they clean it every year, and the door closes very quickly, so it feels more secure. Ive never lost a package while living here, the package room is quite convenient. The maintenance is very responsive, theyve always responded to anything we needed the next day, light bulbs, etc. Great place.

I have been living here for about two years. The maintenance staff is very attentive and is swift to take care of housekeeping matters in your personal unit and globally for the building. Assigned parking is really nice. The property is clean and tidy and ideally located. The administration can sometimes be slow with the uptake but youll get what you need eventually. My girlfriend and I wish they had been a little more reasonable with negotiation their prices, but Im sure big daddy corporate determines all of that. One more thing, the fire alarm has gone off, once, the repeat offender is the adjacent apartment complex.

My partner and I have lived here for 6 months and love it. This is a great apartment community and you cant beat the location. You can walk/bike to everything in Downtown, Capital Hill, and LoDo but still have the feel of being in a neighborhood tucked away from it all. The staff is attentive and respond to maintenance issues quickly and professionally, the apartments and common areas are well maintained. My only comment would be some of the finishes particularly in the bathrooms are less than high end (white painted vanity cabinets, builder grade laminate counters, and stock laminate floors) seem out of place compared to the rest of the unit and other new buildings in the LoDO/Uptown area .

I have lived at Amli for three years and am extremely happy with my entire experience. Im moving out next month and Ive never been so bummed to leave an apartment.The best part of Amli Park Avenue is the employees. They are amazing people. From maintenance to the front desk they are top-notch. Cassie, Anna, Andrew, and the rest of the team truly care about the residents at Amli. They also care about your dogs! My dog loves going through the front office to get attention from the employees and to get a snack from their complimentary dog treats.The gym is solid, but Andrew told me they just spent a pretty big chunk of $$$$$ on upgrading the gym. The new equipment arrives in a few weeks. The pool is great in the Summertime and I love the hot tub.As for the neighborhood, its a fun area. There are great restaurants, bars, gyms, and yoga studios on almost every corner. The residents are also fantastic here. I have met a lot of wonderful neighbors at Amli and throughout Uptown during my stay. Its easy to convince friends to come to your neighborhood when you live in Uptown. Everything is walkable.If you move to Uptown, live at Amli. Its the best.

The location is the best part about these apartments. They are also relatively quiet and the neighbors are respectful. I was very appreciative of the fact that I have 3 pets and they made an exception to the two pet rule and let me bring all three.If you are looking for a one-bedroom, beware that there is NO DOOR BETWEEN THE BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM - I had to put up my own folding accordian door. The blinds on the windows break often and require replacing (especially when its cold outside); however, the maintenance team is quick and responsive on replacing items. The kitchen is not as up-to-date as I expected for the price, but it works. The last issue is that the office is only open 10-6 most days which makes it almost impossible to make office hours (if you work a traditional job) to pick up packages and talk with the staff.

I absolutely love living at the Amli! It has every amenity I could ask for, from their awesome conference area to their newly renovated club house, with ping pong!!! At times, working from home can be tough, but Amli offers a beautiful conference area which allows for a nice change of scenery and free coffee!!The overall best part of living at the Amli has to be the amazing staff! I was out of the country in September and received several packages for work while I was away, Cassie and Anna knew this and instead of having them sent back they personally took them to my storage unit, sooo nice! Cassie does a great job organizing monthly events for residents to mingle and meet on another, they are always super fun!Also, anytime we have a service request it is always handled surprising fast, always within two-three hours fast!

I have now lived at Park Ave Lofts for one year. The staff, including maintenance, are always helpful and friendly. The building is always pretty clean and I must say that compared to the many apartments I have lived in the elevator works better than any I have experienced! The main downside are those loitering around the building at night. Due to the close proximity to mental health and drug treatment centers, there is a HIGH number of folks hanging on the street corners and in the park at Clarkson and Park Ave. As of late, there have been a large number of homeless folks sleeping in the park, after staying up for hours yelling and screaming at one another. Last week I was harassed by one of them as I walked my dog, resulting in the need to call the police. If you are a single woman who needs to walk a dog late at night you should keep this in mind. Overall, this is a wonderful building, with great amenities, and close proximity to great restaurants on 17th Ave.
