My recruiter Christian is amazing! I have heard my colleagues complain day in and day out about issues with their recruiter and all I do is smile because mine is the best. Any issue that I may have, she always respond in a timely manner. When it is something that is out of her control, she will troubleshoot it straight to the top, all the while keeping me in the loop.Customer service is so important and it’s great to see those who practice it everyday. I don’t have anything negative to say about Randstad because of Christian. She is my first point of contact and she makes the company look amazing. If all recruiters were like her, Randstad would definitely be a top-notch company.

Oh boy, where to even start?-In the nearly three years in the organization I received one raise, despite being told of annual increases during my initial interview-My SVP at Randstad was close buddies with a CFO of a company, and had me make the perfect placement for them. When their CFO buddy decided not to pay, and dispute their invoice…I never earned the $4,000 earned commission I slaved over.-Following that they dropped my commission percentage on placements by 22.5% - amounting to thousands in commission losses-During the pandemic I was given the option of termination or FMLA. I chose FMLA…it took four months to see a cent of disability payments, which were a reduced percentage of my already reduced salary (which they cut during COVID)-It took the hardest working, and most amazing leader of a boss, 9 years to finally be promoted into a Director role.-I never received, and never will, the unpaid $1,200 in commissions I earned.-My final paycheck was on a date that bonuses were scheduled to be paid. Bonuses that the earning period ended for two months prior. Corporate informed me I would not be receiving it, and I didn’t.Closed the biggest account that branch will see this decade, right before departing. Left for a company that gave me a 20% increase in my base salary, and my boss’s job title.Get in for the experience. Then get out of that dumpster fire for a company that values you.

Loss my job 4-20-21. Applied for SUI on 4-21-21.Applied to Randstad on 5-6--21. Started work on 5-12-21. Still waiting on SUI due to fraud in Feb. What a blessing this agency is! They are awesome!. Great jobs and great staff!

I love this company and I am so happy that they have Laura on the team! Last year (2020), I went from homeless to working full time within a few days thanks to Laura. The job fit my skill set and I enjoyed it but I wanted to be challenged more. My experience with this company was bitter sweet. I worked with this company for almost a year only to be let down and truly discriminated against. Let me be very clear, by law, when a company terminates its employees, it has to make sense. I was given a raise just before I was let go. Id never had any issues with this company up until they gave me a reason to have issues with them. Ill explain. I was assigned to Arrow. I worked with a team, not once did I hear any negative rumors about myself, not from my teammates, not from Randstad and not from any supervisor. Almost weekly, I sent written correspondence to Jason Erman, Christine, ARROW and my supervisor, inquiring about being hired on. I consistently asked what I needed to do in order to be hired on. I thought I was being proactive. The written responses that I received from all mentioned parties was that I was doing well and to keep doing what I was doing. Jason would say hed reach out to ARROW to inquire about my potential hiring, but honestly, never did. So to bring it back, a week prior to my departure with ARROW, I received a $1 raise. Now Arrow, led me on, kept telling me they were going to hire me up until the very last Monday I worked. Imagine, really enjoying working for a company, being told you would be hired on, getting a raise, only to learn 3days before assignment that you would not be hired on. Then instead of RANDSTAD taking full accountability for their transgressions, what did they do? They blamed me. There was no verifiable proof that Id done anything, but according to RANDSTAD I have had to do something for ARROW not to hire me on. RANDSTAD proceeded to penalize me further, not allowing me to work with them at all. Still to this day, it is very unclear what I did wrong. The way everything was handled, I think Randstad tried to shift the blame on me, to keep their behinds from being sued. In the state of Colorado, a company does not have to tell you why the fired you, however, Colorado Law requires that the firing make sense. And being that I was given a raise 1week before my departure... Im sorry, but its not okay. I would say this experience was the first time Id ever experienced discrimination in a work place. Guess who cant ever work for this company again? Myself for politely expressing my disgust with how this company handled my situation. I have email copies of every single correspondence between myself, Randstad and ARROW, just incase theyd try to combat this. This company knew that I had a daughter. They knew, they were my primary source of income. They knew that at that time Id have no means to fight back, so they treated me however they wanted because I was a black woman. Now that Im in a much better place than the mud RANDSTAD left me in, I plan on raising awareness to this company. And letting everyone know what they did to me. Black people especially need protection from companies such as this. There was no excuse! Not one!

Absolutely horrible they had a job for unemployment that did not have thorough enough training to make sure people are comfortable on the job, aaron is absolutely horrendous by himself I had some issues with my own personal equipment I was told I had to provide I let him know what my issues were and he accused me of lying Because of an issue he had with someone I knew and when I asked for his supervisor he stopped responding. They need to get there training together and make sure there employees have all the tools and in depth training they need to do there job efficiently. And they need to make sure there recruiters answer there phone because aaron does not answer his phone he wont call people back if you send an email youll get lucky if you get a response. They definitely need to go over attitude adjustments with there recruiters because falsely accusing people of stuff there not doing is not okay your grown get your BS together. Will never recommend or work with this company again.

Signing on with Randstad was not only the right decision, it wasnt easy decision. As a former contractor, Ive had my ups and downs working with agencies and was so happy to move through the hiring process with ease. The ability to work from home during the pandemic has also made life so much more easy for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

These are strange times. Randstad had placed me in a new position right at the beginning of March, only for coronavirus to hit. So I got sick. Nic and his team were incredible with constant communication and understanding of an odd situation not just with me, but with the management at the company they placed me at. So, as soon as it was available, they got my old position back.

I was offered a couple of interviews fairly quickly which is the positive that I can say about this company. However the negative outweighs that greatly. I was offered an amount on the phone that was never followed through with and when I confronted them about it, they said “oh no that must have been another offer from another employee.” Sounds possible sure but every other employee put the wages in emails except this one that I was placed in. Very convenient for this employee to cover their tracks and make just that little bit extra at my expense. Recruiting companies are for profit and do gain by placing individuals in positions I understand that however I don’t think it’s ok for them to lie for their own profits.

The staff at Randstad worked diligently to get me placed as quickly as possible. They provided me with multiple opportunities, all of which I was very thankful for. I could not have asked for a better experience in a new city looking for a job. Thanks for all the assistance!

Ive been placed through Randstad for about 4 months now, and so far my experience has been very smooth and easy. I get my paychecks on time weekly, and the staff at Randstad is always available to hear any concerns or questions I may have. If my current placement ends, I would have no problem continuing to work through Randstad at another placement.

I absolutely loved the experience with ranstad. They were able to find me a job within a week of contacting them. And before the long term temp job started, they found me a short term job to keep me busy while I waited for the interview date. They always contact me if I have not submitted my time sheet on time to ensure that I get paid on time. This company does believe in paying on time the only down side about my experience would be, how long it took the company to find me a position to get into. It felt as if I was forgotten even though I was very proactive in finding work, while contacting the company via email or by phone. But overall the office staff is great they are very helpful when there are questions that need to be answered.

Its nice knowing if time sheets havent been approved Christyn will send out an email letting us know to contact our time approving about said issue. As far as company goes it would be nice if the position or contract is with a company in downtown Denver maybe discounted transit or parking would be made available.

One of the Worst companies in Denver. The people this company hires are beyond lazy. They have no ethic and no motivation to be at work at all. They use swab tests to drug test their employees that dont work. Swab tests are the easiest to pass. Just a little water in the mouth and you pass. I have witnessed employees from this company using drugs and nothing be done about. They also hire violent people that think threatening and fighting in the workplace is ok. Do yourself a favor if you are an employer, use a trustworthy agency. These guys just dont have what it takes. They dont really screen their employees, if thats what you wanna call them.

I quit my permanent position to join temporary jobs and Jason helped to find me initial positions and Christyn and Laura continually keep finding positions for me when contract expires. The managers at Randstad appreciate you doing good work. When you do good jobs, they will keep you working and place in better positions. That is what I expect from a good employer and I have found it. The fact that I quit my permanent job to join Randstad should tell readers the difference in quality between a good employer and bad ones. If you need a better job than the one you currently have, give Randstad a chance they will give you a better job than you expected. That is what happened to me. Give them a try.

This is a terrible company. They lied to me about how much I would be paid. Then gave me a start date and when I started I was let go because they didnt need any more people. The agency blamed me for this and has refused to set me up with any more work.
