I was very skeptical about seeking employment from temp agencys, all the horror stories that are involved with dealing with third party employment agencies the stigma of them being non transparent, un personable, and most of all lack of compassion. I must say Taylor Jackson my recruiter was everything but. He got me the pay I deserved, always stayed in touch even on the weekends when most places have no answers Taylor was always there mon-sun into the early morning hours to almost midnight, he puts the upmost, tireless effort into insuring people Like myself are able to feel a sense of purpose and drive getting up each morning and returning America back into what its always been a hard working class of people.

This company called me after i applied for a job. The rep was a total d bag and was talking over me and not letting me finish my sentence. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. They are not a job service they are recruiting for colleges. Scam i even contacted his supervisor Christina and no response at all. They both deserve to be fired.

Career Strategies is a wonderful company!!I found Career Strategies looking for temp work and then took a break. Once I was ready to begin temping again, I called and got back on their payroll with no problem! I got assigned to a property and got hired on the next week with that property!I truly love this company! The staff are such great people. They really make sure you’re taken care of! Career strategies is amazing, highly recommended. They are flexible as my schedule changes and always keep me busy, I was able to get to work just a couple of days after being hired on. They also place you at different communities that will hire you on if thats what you prefer. The first time I worked for them in 2012 I was hired on full time after only a few months and 3 assignments. At the moment I am not ready to get back to full time work, but I have made great networking connections and its a great way to keep my brain and skills sharp. I have been working with Career Strategies for a year and the staff is absolutely the best! I am a flight attendant and was looking for a part-time job on my days off, I contacted CSI was interviewed and within a few days was put on assignment. I am still flying and each month I provide them with my available days and they have always come through for me with an assignment. Alex and the staff are absolutely wonderful, very caring and accommodating, something that is hard to find in a company. I wont work for any other agency!

I was impressed with my phone interview with Miss Carol. Miss Carol actually got me excited about trying a new thing for me ‘temp work’. I am even more impressed with the customer service I have received thus far from all the ladies in the office. Phone calls, and texts from Miss Carol checking in on me like: How am I doing, how do I like the location, let me know if you need anything. I had a question about pay and Miss Dana called me at 8pm one night apologizing that she meant to return my call sooner, but got tied up however she wanted to make sure to follow up as soon as she could to make sure I would be good for payday. Now that’s what I’m talking about! I’ve never got after hours service like that from any employer. Highly recommend!

Went for an interview and liked what I heard. Well thats about as far as it went. I explained I have some limitations having some health/back issues during the interview apparently the girls that do the interviews dont take notes as none of the limitations were passed on to other staff or noted in my file. I have been called for jobs but unable to do some things so they take that as this person doesnt want to work. I havent been contacted for work I can do for at least 6 weeks. I quit a job to work with these people and it has been nothing but stress. Probably going to lose a lot of things because of it. So just beware if you do decide to work for them. And the receptionist needs to have a better attitude. Every time I call she seems to have a bad one.

Sent my resume and then contacted them about openings posted, and never heard from them. In contrast, Real Estate Personnel Inc (offices in Loveland and Denver) reached me immediately after submitting my resume to them, and got me a job with a Class A+ property where Im very happy.

I was contacted by Career Strategies to come in for an interview as my background matched what they were looking for. At first I was hesitant because I had tried other agencies in the past with no luck. I decided to give them a try and I’m thankful I did. Never had any issues they were diligent when I asked for another position closer to my home. I never missed a day of earnings. The office team is amazing, they check up on you not just for attendance but to really make sure your liking your position. After about 3 months I was made permanent at my present job. Working with career strategies was a great experience. The staff were super nice and helpful. They helped me find bus routes, since i dont have a car to get to sites and if i didnt like a property they would find me another one. Jody, Dana and Alex were all awesome people to work with. Showing them you are reliable, on time and hungry for work will get you far with them (and more hours when extra hours are available) Nakeema always called if i forgot to turn in a timesheet and she made sure i always got paid on time. Its a wonderful opportunity, because you get to test out potential jobs to decide if you want to be there. You get to know possible future coworkers and atmosphere, to see if it clicks with you, without having to be thrust into it. Ive had my fare share of jobs where me and my coworkers didnt click or the location sucked, but with career strategies, you get to find out before hire. One word of advice though, you have to be willing to do the work. In this business, being a diligent worker is what lands you job offers. If you are lazy, youre never gonna get a permanent spot, but if youre the kind of person who wants a REAL job and a REAL future, Career Strategies is THE place to start. The sky is the limit. Very horrible place to work. temp agency that will expect you to work the same day sometime call you an hour ahead of job. They expect a hiring apartment people to pay them a % - you will never find a job, because of a contractual agreement. They promise work and then never call and dodge calls like a collection agency. Very shady experience.

I loved it how they helped look for a job for me but hated that they didnt care about their employees or have empathy for them the lady who worked with me had me choose between my sick mother who was in the hospital or my job and i choose my mother i only have one and i will stand up for my mother i will not work for a company who makes you fight for your job because your mother was in the hospital why do i have to fight so hard for a job i felt wrong by this company and will never work for them again.
