When You walk into an employment firm you really just hope that you can find a job that works around your life style, in my case around my children’s school and having a toddler at home. Most of the time you find the warehouse, forklift opportunities which are amazing jobs and pay well, but when you know your strengths and what your good at you really want a job that you already feel comfortable in. Absolutely amazing working with Amy Thomas. She not only sent me on interviews but she was a willing ear when I got discouraged. This was extremely important to me. Total waste of time dealing with these people. Harass the hell out of you on job boards saying they have these great positions for you and theyd love to talk to you after you go there and register. You must register before they can tell you about all these great opportunities they dont have. They take every single job listing from legitimate companies and copy and paste it again so people apply to them instead because they want them to register. Ive spoken with several people there and the first time over the phone is the first time theyve every laid eyes on your resume. I thought I was a great fit? How can you know that without seeing my resume? Then they have the nerve to tell you youre unqualified for a position when they have no comprehension of what actual work is. Using an auto script to get people to register isnt something Id consider skilled labor.Highly advise nobody register with these people until they have a job offer in hand. You dont know what they are doing with your personal information but its an easy guess what. They dont make money from placing people, damn sure not enough to pay for their fancy offices in expensive buildings. So whos paying them? They are being paid for your personal info. Do the math, think they are earning enough revenue to pay salaries and leases off a few dollars an hour here and there?Scam!

This company is a good place. They got me working with a great company quick. No bs and straight to the point. They told me what they could do and what theyll try to do and did it. They keep me up to date and check on me weekly to see how things are going. I will be referring a couple of people to here. Keep up the great work.

Recently I was hired on by the Employment Firm, but I regret going to work for them. I did the orientation for the position Eaton back in September and I passed a drug test and my background. I told Molly that I could start the following weekend and she said ok. The day before I started working, she filled my spot and told me she had to have someone start for the weekend shift when I was supposed to start. So, I didnt start working there and waited patiently until something else came up for the job. I just recently started working for the company and the lady told me there are hours, its overtime, we dont get sent home and within the first week we got sent home twice without getting paid. There was no work for temps and since they didnt call the employment firm, we didnt know that we didnt have work until showing up, so I quit. The week later we were supposed to get paid on Thursday and my hours werent approved. I called Thursday, I called Friday and no one could help, they kept saying we cannot pay you until your hours are approved. They said the system was down for the weekend so I had to wait til Monday, I waited. Monday, I called and they said the same thing. I wanted to cuss both Molly and Leticia out, because they hung up on me, put me on hold while I was talking and was very disrespectful. I called the Labor Board of Denver and the gentleman I spoke to said to fill out the Demand my wages form and send it in email not deliver it because they will lie and say they didnt get it. I did the paper this morning at about 10:00, and at 10:30 my hours were approved. It took so much work to get the time I worked approved and they didnt want to deal with the Labor board. Molly thought I was playing when I said Im taking action, no Im not playing give me my money. Dont work for them, and they are always saying they are in a conference call or they are in a meeting. I called when they opened at 8 am, Molly was already in a meeting, like damn how many meetings do you have. Poor communication, unprofessional, just want to get people working. Im so glad I quit this company.

There complete Bs there very un-organised, un-professional and not worth working with they act like there gonna work with you and tell you theyll call you back within the same day if not the next day but never call you back. If you call them back they will tell you the person you are lookin for is in a meeting, at lunch when its not even their lunch hour, or even their talking with a new worker (La Tesia) in specific every single time and believe me I know Ive been going back and forth with them for a year and a half now and when somebody does call you back they will tell you, you need to bring in some more information. I worked for them in 2013 they were wonderful back then..... now? No! Amy, seeing how she was the one a was talking with was very rude and disrespectful. She lied and said that I was on the no rehire list for the job I applied for. When I called the job they said I wasnt and that they were looking at my application. When i told her what i was being paid at my current job all she said was no sorry we dont have anything for you then hung up on me.If anyone actually takes time to read the reviews pass along the word that they should not use employment firm! There are better temp agency out there that wont lie and treat you the way they do here.

My fiancee said he was very unsatisfied with The Employment Firm. He has been trying to contact Leticia for 2 days to figure out why his check hasnt been deposited to his account and he has not been able to get anyone to contact him back. He has actually talked of quitting and finding work elsewhere because he is supposed to get paid on Thursday and it is now Friday evening with no check still!!

Horrible communication skills and they dont contact you regarding jobs nor do they update you about jobs. You have to call and call an call all day just to get told theyllt call you back and they dont. The lil girl that suppose to be the receptionist, hangs up on you and then acts as if the phone did it when she was putting you on hold. I went all the way to a job during a snow storm just to get told I wasnt suppose to work there. And when I contacted employment firm, I got told theyd update me and after two days I called them just to get told the the positions are filled and theyll let me know when some open up. Like what about the other jobs, then they catch a attitudes. Lazy ppl with easy jobs and they cant even do that... Straight joke
