This place is the best. They’ve helped mewith packing and shipping so many times, on weekends, and with odd packages (like rugs!). They are so kind and helpful s also a great place for return drop offs.

Incredible people - have shipped a few things from here in the past and always had great customer service. Needed to ship a bed in a box back without the box it was shipped in and the Rocket team made a box for me in record time so FedEx could pick it up the next morning. HIGHLY recommend you come here for your shipping needs.

Super nice people! Stopped by to drop off some packages and I wanted to purchase a big custom box for a large tv. Super friendly, down-to-earth staff. Always ready to help. Feels like a cozy time-warp to the 90’s inside which is 10/10 in my opinion.Needed a new box for something I was shipping that was similar in size and they prepped it and taped it all up for me without me having to ask!They also email you the receipt with tracking info on it which has definitely come in handy.

I ship everything out from here and also come here for my printing needs, as well as to purchase beautiful home made birthday cards they have readily available. Love the atmosphere here and enjoy the busyness of the community coming through, saying hi on a first name basis and getting in and out with their mail.I also really appreciate that I’m still allowed to use their shipping services even though I am medically not allowed to wear a mask unless I am under hospital supervision. I’m not made to feel like a murderer here. Kudos.

Man, I found these guys on google maps, had to ship some awkward snow gear back to the mtns. This guy made it SO easy, did all the work for me, super friendly and getting it there next day for short money. Glad I used them over the nearby ups store.

I had 2 small pkgs to different addresses. Owner had 3 customers waiting but still he took the time to be sure I knew my options: prices and terms & carriers for each pkg. That’s “customer service” at its very best. I will use his services next time also!

Ive used Rocket Pack and Ship twice, now. First experience was fine - someone friendly helped me overnight some documents. My latest experience is what prompted this review. I needed to ship a package for which I already had a pre-paid FedEx label. When I entered the store, the person working was sitting at a desk, behind the service counter, looking at his phone. I asked if I could leave a package with a FedEx label, and he said yes, it will go out later today. I asked for him to scan the label and provide a receipt. He told me the internet for the whole neighborhood was down, and to just leave the package. He never left his desk and barely took his eyes off his phone. I should have just taken my package and left, but I decided to leave it there and trust it would be taken care of. Later that day, I received an email notification that my package was on its way. I assumed all was well. Wrong. Three days later, the package showed up to my house. I took it to a proper FedEx location, and they scanned it. They told me the label had never been properly received, and thats why it got returned to me. Thanks for nothing, Rocket.

When I entered the store both gentlemen behind the counter were maskless - one had a flimsy bandanna hanging around his chin (i.e., covering neither mouth nor nose), and another didnt appear to have one at all. This is a violation of state law and a public health hazard, especially in a small dank space like this store.

I really appreciate having a copy place so close to my house. Its nice to be able to use a local business where the staff actually cares about their work. Jon and the rest of the staff are always so polite and helpful, and any flyers Ive ever needed have looked amazing. Keep up the good work!

I went to this place to have a simple printing job done. The owner told me it should be ready in 2 days and they will contact me. 3 days later I dont hear from them so I called them only to have an incompetent employee telling me he did not see any printing job and that he would take a note and ask the owner. A week later, nothing! I took the same printing job elsewhere and they got it done next day. DO NOT take your business here.

They have been very patient in helping me meet the requirements for any project Ive worked on, and theyve done hundreds of jobs for us!

These guys are top notch. It is nice to know that there is a high quality, affordable shipping and printing shop in the Highlands. I recently used Rocket for a print job and a large shipping job. I had them print a sign for my husbands birthday party and it turned out great. It was a fraction of the cost it wouldve been at Kinkos, AND they got it done in a few hours. Also, I have used them numerous times for shipping and theyve always been great. I will never go to Kinkos or the Post Office again.

Its a great neighborhood print, pack, and ship place all in one shop! Their staff is fun and offers the best services. Its also a great place if you trying to find a local place for print materials to promote your business!

Its hit and miss with these guys and printing. I had a great experience with printing flyers for my business before, but needed another print job completed and have yet to get a quote (its been over a week and many emails to Jon and a phone call). Really put me in a bind for a conference I needed materials for. Went to Staples instead and got the job done the next day. Hate to see when a local business doesnt put in the effort to complete simple business. Wont be going back.

I would like to start by say that I have NEVER written a review on ANY business. The staff is not friendly or helpful whatsoever. I went in for a very simple task, a task that was confirmed by one of their employees, and I was told to leave. The staff would not even attempt to put any effort into my request. It is mind boggling this establishment is still in business. The owner should be ashamed in how his business and employees treat their customers. I will not be taking my business back to Rocket Pack & Ship.

The want you to pay a year upfront for their mail boxes? Who does that? What kind of glue are they sniffing in the back?

I have tried to use these guys services twice now and they have been incredibly dismissive of me. I went to them for printing and binding and it seems as if they were annoyed at the request. Maybe packing and shipping is all they prefer to do, but they say printing and binding on their site.

The gentlemen with long hair seems to be the ONLY worker that is very nice, responsible, and gets the job done properly. RegrettabIy the same cannot be said with the rest of the workers.

Im not sure if these guys are even operating anymore. Ive stopped by twice during their posted hours and no one has been in with the door locked. Save yourself the trouble and go to a more reputable FedEx location if you need something shipped.

These guys have killer customer service and the ability to price multiple shipping companies.

Friendly staff, and they know what they are doing! Having them package and ship paintings because I trust someone who does this everyday more than a random Fedex/Kinkos employee. Also, they are friendly. Which is a big deal when doing something as boring as shipping stuff.
