We purchased new cabinets from Lowes to upgrade our kitchen. The rep at Lowes indicated to us that the cabinets will be delivered and we just tell the carrier company where to put the cabinets. I had decided to place in our front living room, because of this time of the year in Colorado (hail) could be an issue and I wanted my garage available for my vehicles. The person from this company just basically told my wife the cabinets could be delivered either outside or in the garage...thats it. There excuse is COVID, look its May 2021, my wife and I have been vaccinated, weve had furniture delivered in our house and there was no issue about COVID. I think for convenience purpose this company just uses COVID as an excuse. Pathetic.

Had three deliveries come from this company (I didn’t choose them) two of the deliveries went to the wrong house, the second wrong delivery the driver expected me to go find my package on whatever house he left it at. Once I called the company they made the driver turn around and bring it to me. Upon delivery of the missing piece the driver cussed me out and charged me with a closed fist. Would not recommend

Driver knocked my fence down.when i called owner shelby at first he said they would take care of it that his drivers have good insurance and now i know why.after sending pictures and videos of truck arriving with fence intact and leaving with it broken. He became reall arrogant and nasty calling me a lowlife loserwhen i called him back.they only lowlifes is the whole company home depot needs to highly consider a better transport company cause they are super unprofessional.zero stars.

I was skeptical about using this company after seeing and reading the reviews here on Google. However, being a business owner myself and having learned the dishonesty of some customers in their reviews, I decided to give them a try. It was a great decision on my part. They picked up my package right on time and delivered immediately to the recipient. I was extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely use then again.

These guys are truly amazing. Any time I need equipment delivered they are on time and efficient, not to mention affordable! Dan and Mike always get the job done without any hassle.I couldnt ask for a more accommodating hot shot service A++++++!

This company made a delivery to my neighbor. The delivery drivers were confused and went up my driveway instead. In the process, they gouged a large chunk out of my asphalt driveway with their truck. Instead of owning up to it, they chose to drive away. I contacted the company and they wouldnt own up to it either. It appears that Interstate Express and its drivers share a common lack of integrity. THANKS FOR NOTHING! I gave one star because zero stars was not an option

They gave me a 4 hour time frame. I had to take off work and had friend take off work to help me. I called at time of delivery to see if they could narrow it down. They could not. I waited for 5 hours then called them 4 times. The dispatch couldnt contact the driver to give me an ETA. An hour late, someone showed up late. There was only one driver that didnt have his front teeth or speak English. I dont even know if I have all of my order. He had no way of confirming how many boxes I was supposed to have..

I keep getting phone calls asking for my fiancé with a vague message asking me to call back and leave a detailed message with my address and information to get a delivery between 2pm-6pm. We arent anticipating any deliveries at all and when my fiancé called back to ask about it, the receptionist wanted our address to look something up. When he said he wasnt going to provide that information, the women said okay thanks bye without any attempt to say that the delivery wont be able to be made or anything helpful. Seems like a phishing scam and I wouldnt trust them.
