Talk about professionalism theres nobody professional all unprofessional people, and disrespectful I dont know who is a manager who is the HR director who is in charge of Checks whos in charge of pay stubs who is in charge of employment verification I called in to get a verification from somebody due to a fight that my husband had with one of the employee they cussed me out for half an hour over the phone did not give me even one chance to talk. I was trying so many times to explain all Im calling for is a P stop your check or verification he did not give me a chance he was cussing me out this perspective of a woman over the phone for more than 15 min. I think this place needs to be managed better somebody needs to be in charge for a complain when somebody has a complain they can talk to a direct person rather than whoevers on the phone. I felt very hurt I felt very disrespected I felt really sad that day throughout because of the way they talked to me for something that I havent done. People get fired all the time why do we have to be scared to ask for an employment verification.
