Terrible quality of business. Missed a scheduled freight delivery 3 days in a row. Talk to the company and they have really no idea when they will put my item on their truck. Upon arrival it was easy to see why they could not make delivery.I am calling all my vendors and making sure nothing gets sent via UPS for my accounts in the future.
Ordered a large package online waited 20 days for the item to even ship (not tforce fault) so once tforce had picked it up I was super excited. As I watched the tracking everything seemed to be just fine. Left FL and made a stop in SC then sent off to IL. Everything so far so good. Package left IL to then stop in Denver! Then it all went down hill. My package is a 450lb motor that has now gone missing. Im told they are searching every trailer and every terminal its been. Its now been a week since I was informed it was lost (I was only informed this because I called them) and I still dont have any answer where my shipment even is. So far Im very disappointed with this company.
Our interaction with TForce Logistics in Denver was the worst delivery experience we have ever had. Read the other reviews, our experience was not an outlier.We were having a large item delivered, and were called by TForce to arrange a delivery window, which set for a 6 hour window the following week. We wait for the entire 6 hours for the delivery, and they never show up. We call TForce to find out what happened - the scheduler states they had misplaced the shipment. When asked why they hadnt called to let us know so we didnt waste half a day - the scheduler states we didnt have your phone number, never mind that they had called us a few days earlier. The supervisor Sean states that they have located the shipment and will deliver during a 6 hour window the following day.Next day, same thing happens, we wait for 6 hours, they dont show, they dont call. We call, ask what happened, they state they didnt have a lift gate truck available, but will try again the day after next. Never mind that the shipment is a 20 long tube and lift gate wouldnt help. We talk to the manager John in the shack and he promises that he will personally insure the package is loaded and will be there the next day at 9am. You guessed it, the next day no one shows up and no call. On the fourth attempt they finally deliver the package, no lift gate is used, and the driver states it was never lost.To summarize, the office staff lied to us multiple times, were rude, made promises they didnt keep, wasted 18 hours of our time over 4 days, and close to 2 hours on the phone. TForce Denver is an embarrassment to UPS Freight and an embarrassment to Sunsetter awnings who used them for the delivery.
If you have a choice I would highly avoid using this company. I purchased product online and the company used this service. They called me yesterday to schedule delivery from 12-6 today. Come 5:30 I call them to checkin. They said they had lost my merchandise and actually shouldn’t have called to schedule delivery. Every person I talked to it felt like I was inconveniencing them by calling in.Tracking id is 482757995. The one guy I spoke with acted like it was my fault for calling a couple minutes before he was about to leave. I would have called in earlier had I known there would be an issue.
Very bad service, don’t deliver on scheduled date, they are used to no show no call. They don’t care if they waste your time waiting for them, I have to take time off work to receive my medical supplies and just waste my day and pay for half a day. I have talked to various people at T Force about this and nothing is resolved or change, simply they just don’t care, awful delivery company!!

My order has been sitting in a trailer since Sunday and was supposed to be delivered Monday. Its now Wednesday and Ive heard excuse of weather delay on Monday (it rained) and delayed Tuesday because of Covid. Cant get a straight answer today when it will be delivered. Id give ZERO stars if I could. Going to put TForce on the dont ever use again list.Response to TForce:The load ID was 196295514. The fact that your terminal gave a weather delay when it was raining in Denver and it was sitting in the terminal since the day before, gives you and your terminal ZERO credibility when you straight up lie as to why there were delays. It should never take product that is sitting in the terminal since Sunday afternoon till Thursday to be delivered across town. Also having customer service hang up on my freight forwarder multiple times when he ask for a straight answer is pathetic. Needless to say I will no longer ship with TForrce/UPS. Beware of using them, especially if going through the Denver terminal.
