This service is amazing. My son just moved to Denver and had to have surgery and had no one to pick him up as I live out of State. I called Medi-Ops and Ryland was wonderful He answered all my questions, offered to schedule Lyft to pick him up on the way to surgery so I didnt have to. They also set it up to drop off and pick up my sons medication. I would highly recommend this company!

I found ALL Medi-Ops staff extremely professional, punctual and friendly.Definitely will call them and use their transport services exclusively whenever in Denver.

I have been working with Medi-Ops for a little over a year now. Honestly I had no idea what to expect. But, as the ball started to get rolling I was pleasantly surprised. Medi-Ops makes a point to reach out regularly just to see how things are going. They want to know what the couriers concerns are, what ideas we might have to help the system function more productively etc. Rylan has been my point of contact and it feels like I have known him for years. If they treat the employees this well I can only imagine that the customers really do feel like someone cares.

They have AMAZING customer service! As an RN for a local care center I find my time valuable and I do not have the time to call five different companies to find the closest ambulance. They quickly got the patient’s information down and did so in a very friendly manner saving me a lot of time! Keep up the great work!

I work for a business that specializes in the transport of prosthetics and surgical supplies. We do not have time to call many different couriers as we are on a schedule ourselves. It was astounding to me that three of the other courier companies in Colorado were not open before 9:00 a.m. when I called mediops they quickly answered the phone and had someone over to our facility within 30 minutes. I highly recommend using mediops for all courier needs!
