They were the contracted provider used to deliver two large items- they admittingly lost one and couldnt locate it. When we reached out for additional information, the genius who answered could only tell us, we had it, but now we dont know where it is. They provided nothing further and didnt even apologize. This is after they were over 3 hours late to their Original delivery window. So if youre looking for an unprofessional company who will be late and lose your stuff, youve come to the right place! What a joke.

Shipped on April 15th by the company, finally are over May 5th, after 1 week where no one really knew where the product is( was supposed to arrive April 27th, I believe ). The delivery personnel stated that they do not have shoe covers when said I have a no shoe policy in the house, preceded with shoes on! One of the gentlemen was wearing his face covering over the lower lop only, definitely not over the month and nose as it should be! I would never use this company for any delivery services!

Id give zero stars if I could... My dad worked for this company for 2 years. Worst company to work for. Stay away... God forbid you make a mistake... youll be fired within days. Company is a joke for sure....

These people actually ordered from where I work.We messed their order up.I mapped it... they were 6.3 miles away. But the girl bragged about our product to her co-workers.I cant let that go.I delivered what they ordered.... free.And she was awesome about it.Thanks!

I worked for diligent, biggest mistake of my life. My last two checks were half of what I earned. They will take advantage of you when ever they can.

Worst service ever. delivery was scheduled 4 days prior to when they tried to deliver. Also attempted to deliver a heavy shipment on day of blizzard without first calling ahead even though they were the ones who did not deliver in a timely manner. Calling this company diligent is a joke!!!!

Reliable overnight deliveries

I worked for this company for 21 days. Was told that i would be paid a 5-10 dollar gas stipend. Was okay with that even though i was spending 75$ a week on gas and putting almost 200 miles a day on my car. Got my first pay check and they lied they paid me 1.14 per day for gas so i quit. In the contract it states if you quit in the first 90 days they will take 75$ out of last paycheck, well that was a lie too. My last paycheck was for 489. But after all their deductions my take home was 117$ and this was a 1099 job. Do not work for this company they are liars.
