If I could rate this company a 15 I would!! The first words out of my mouth were “I have an unusual request”. Kris, who was taking my information, didn’t skip a beat and just started asking me my information. He said he didn’t even flinch because of all the things he has been asked to do as a courier service. In this case, they saved Christmas for me with one of my family branches. I live near Austin Texas, and I had unwittingly sent my package to the wrong address in Denver! It had lots of goodies in it! It had been delivered on Friday and this was Monday morning when I was finding out it was delivered to the wrong address. I called and they were on it in a heartbeat. Within four hours my package was picked up from the wrong address, and on its way to the correct address. Truly a miracle for Christmas, and makes a great story! Everyone I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful and sure that they would do their best. Can’t thank them enough! And my family was very happy to receive their package.

I left a little pack with my RX glasses in it on the bus to the airport. When I got to Maryland, I called RTD lost and found and they had it. They would not send it to me, someone had to pick it up. I called a few couriers to ask them to pick up my pack and take it to Fedx or UPS, pack it and ship it to me, who said they dont do that, but one suggested Denver Boulder Couriers. DBC saved the day for me!! I emailed them a prepaid shipping label and they had someone on a bicycle ride to RTD Lost and Found, pick it up, take it to FedX, box it up and send it. It was a lifesaver for me, as I walked around half blind! I cant thank them enough. They were so easy to work with and got me my pack with my glasses.

Sadly, I had a very bad experience using this company. After sending me an invoice representing that they had served all of my defendants in a case, when they had in fact not done so, it took over five months to have the invoice issue resolved. I have never taken the time to write a bad review, but after being threatened by their owner about not paying my bill (when the invoice still had not been corrected, but I received final verbal confirmation of the total amount owed by one of the employees - Chris) I feel potential customers should know what they are in for.

DBC saved my butt at a recent trade show. Show materials were delivered to the wrong address across town. After several unsuccessful attempts to have the parts picked up and delivered, I found DBC. When i called for service I gave my number so when the driver comes to pick up he can call me,but apparently the lady i spoke to did not write down my number correctly and she did not bother to repeat the number after i read it out to her. I called to find out why the driver did not come, then i found out he tried my number to not avail. I happily rescheduled. Later in the day i found out i was billed $10, i called to find out why, apparently i was charged because i missed the driver. I had no prior knowledge of this. She said she would make a refund but she hasnt for about 2 weeks.Good service, bad policy and customer care.

UPDATE** 4-6-2015 DB went the extra mile and followed up with me about my experience which we appreciate. I think its fair to say we have rarely had a problem with their service and this is why Im changing my review from 2 starts to 4! Thanks again DB for following up!I have used their service for years and I have also sent them tons of referrals. However just recently they threw me under the bus on a project I needed delivered. Problem was they took the order then called me four hours later to let me know they couldnt do it. Ok, I understand this happens and no big deal. So called them up the next week to do another delivery and they did the same damn thing. Cmon DB get your sheet together!!

Wow! I decided at 11:00 in the evening that I needed help in transporting a 600 pound crate on a pallet. By 8:00am the next morning I had a quote and commitment to pick up at 10:00am and deliver by 1:00pm that day. Everything happened on time, everyone very helpful. Thank you!
