The residence club condo we rented was beautiful, the view of the ski mountain was awesome and the staff that put it all together was nothing short of amazing! Sarah and Valerie helped to make the vacation an unforgettable experience. Will definitely be taking more vacations here. Attached (2) photos.

We had a very nice stay at this resort. The layout of the three comfy bedrooms and luxury bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped. The staff was always going above and beyond to make our stay more wonderful. The reservations process was so easy and concierge began working with us immediately to arrange our arrival. Thanks!

Excellent location at Aspen Highlands ski resort with ski-in and ski-out access. Love the warm towells by the pool and hot tub. We stayed in the Elkhorn wing which was just as great as the White River Wing from last year. For future guests, its better to checkin at the assigned 4pm time because The Ritz very seldom has units available earlier. 3 Bedroom was very spacious and cozy with nice view of the mountain.

The Aspen Ritz Carlton is always a great place to stay during the holidays! I booked through Aspen Reservations at Gondola Resorts and had no issues. They provided me with great service and I loved how easy they made it for my family to plan our trip! Thanks for the discounted lift tickets!
