I found Jeff at Rental Friends through a Craiglist post. I cannot believe how easy it was to find a new apartment! I told him my specifications and he sent me 2 places; one with a giant promotion going on. He answered every question within minutes via email and phone. I would reccomend his service to any and everyone-- it was free and I am now living in the first apartment he recommended. I have never met a more helpful person for a moving process. Had an awesome experience with Jeff! He was attentive and helpful throughout my entire search process. It took me quite a few weeks to get things moving, and Jeff continued to check in and send me updated options through out that period of time. Not only was he up to date on new units available, but always had extra info on any specials that were being offered and small little loopholes to help me save money. He even offered to meet me at the units just to ensure that everything went well. I was in the rental industry for a couple of years and I can say without a doubt that Jeff is top notch and I’m super glad to have had his help to make this is an easy and enjoyable experience!

Was wonderful working with Jeff! We were moving from Chicago so was not able to actually go to tours. But Jeff would go to all the buildings we asked and would FaceTime us so we could see everything. He really went above and beyond to help us find a place we love!
