My parents live at these apartments. The building has great amenities, is safe, and is in good part of town, with many options for shopping, food, healthcare and entertainment all within walking distance. The building manager, Barbara is exceptional. She cares about the residents and is very attentive. She takes care of the residents and the building with great care. She is very disciplined and sets high standards for everyone, especially herself. My parents enjoy living here, and I am glad that they live there.

Just moved in this past January with my friend. We live in a two bedroom one bath unit, and we love living here! It is a great community with the most kind and friendly people you will ever meet. Barbara works in the leasing office and she made our move in process simple and fluid. She continues to go above and beyond for her residents and she is always friendly and ready to help out.They have a little gym with a treadmill, elliptical, and a bike as well as some other training equipment which is very convenient for me and a nice added bonus.My neighbors are always quiet and polite and my apartment is pretty quiet even with being next to a busy street. The bedrooms are spacious and the living room is open concept which is very inviting. The location cant be beat! If you have the option to move in I highly recommend it!

I did not like it, to many inspections and the area is not fit for a family. the service in the office is terrible as hell 😡😠 smh

By far the worst place ive ever lived random inspections literally like every other week the people in the office are no help what so ever maintenance hardly comes through for you or even notify when they do wouldnt recommend to any one!!!!

The office is never any help. They dont let me add my childrens father to my least. There rude unprofessional. And not a place for families if I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Love the staff, the layout, I havent had a problem since j moved here 3 months ago. Just needs thicker windows for noice.
