I’m only giving this a 5 star based off the services I had done over this last week. Steve (service director) and Don (service advisor) really came through and got everything fixed on my vehicle. I had some issues that were not taken care of before with another service advisor. This time, everything was fixed. They communicated very well, letting me know what was going on and how long it will take etc..I highly recommend anyone buying a vehicle with Phil long, GET A SERVICE CONTRACT, warranty, everything you can add to your vehicle. Stuff goes out and having that service contract saved me a couple thousand!!I recommend going through the service advisor Don.
Unfortunately my 2011 F150 Lariat barely limped into the service department only to be pronounced cylinder #5 was dead upon arrival since Larry Miller Ford couldnt fit me in for 2-3 weeks. Not wanting to put that kind of money into a truck for a new motor that has been well loved, it was time to go looking for her replacement. Enter Brandon with Phil Long Ford.I originally wanted a F350 dually, but that was not to be with the current back order time frame and a rental to bridge that gap. Next up was to look on the computer to see what is available in the F150 Lariat. Im in construction, so all I usually see is white trucks and thats all we were seeing on the computer. White truck after white truck after white truck. Uggh. Oh well. Brandon suggested we just go outside and see what is on the lot. To my shock and glee, we turned the corner to see a 2021 Fiery Red F150 Lariat with all the bells and whistles! I asked where did this come from which caught both of us by surprise. The classic answer Looks like its yours was his only response. We made the deal easy enough and financing was able to secure a very desirable rate which was better than my own bank.After a recall issue was addressed, I have been a very happy owner of this highly spunky 2021 F150 Eco Boost Lariat with the sport package on top of the off road since delivery!Thank you Brandon for turning a horrible experience into a ride that checks all the boxes!
I’ve had the chance to buy a vehicle with Phil Long Ford in Denver. Everything was smoothly done over the phone because I am from Utah. I was surprised how easy was to buy this vehicle with them. They offered me the best warranties which I included in my purchase. I arrived in Denver and everything was ready. Only signed some documents and started driving to Utah. My Sale and Finance guys are awesome. They even called me later asking if I had a safe trip. I never received such a great customer service when buying a vehicle. Definitely I will purchase with them again. They care about you.
Phil Long Ford Quick Lane did a great job servicing my 2020 F350 Super Duty Platinum Tremor! The by appointment was great - although they started me a bit later than my appointment time, due to allowing in a non-appointment before me - but when they got me in, the service was quick and well done!
Purchased the 2-year discounted service book with my certified truck. Was unable to use it, went through 2 Managers, 3 Reps and was over 2 months and 3 miles overdue for included services because... theyve had hiring problems, theyve had Techs leave, they didnt have appointments for 8 weeks, they didnt have a loaner to provide BUT, I could leave my truck for the entire day and they should be able to get to it and I could even wait in the lobby or come back. Completely unacceptable to sells services you cannot provide or realistically deliver. I did get to two Managers I though could help given the situation only to have an appointment made not show and the new Manager explain thats why hes gone. After pressing him, thought I was getting a resolution in the form of a refund of the book, was told I had to deliver it to them to do so. Even though the book is registered to me and my vehicle and they could insure it wouldnt be used, still made me yet again lose time, waste gas and time. When I arrived was told the new Manager would be with me shortly only to wait about 25 minutes to find out he wasnt in or available for the day and I had to leave it at the desk where they refused to provide a receipt. Meanwhile, I emailed clearly outlining that I didnt expect pro-rated charges and offered them every opportunity to outline the process. Ultimately, I received a partial refund. I called to discuss and as with the prior occasions received nothing but excuses. Unacceptable by all counts! Fortunately, other dealers and service centers seemed to have enough Staff, could keep them and schedule. I DO NOT recommend Phil Long Ford and intend to take reciprocal action for all my lost time, efforts and travel throughout this ordeal. Buyer BEWARE!

I actually left a big o tires service shop and decided i should stick with Quick lane at phil ling ford.. i have purchased 6 different vehicles from this dealer… have always been satisfied… But yesterday 8-2-21 had my f250 diesel serviced… I feel prices have soared through the roof… I also felt they were too pushy trying to recommend and sell unnecessary service…
After Purchasing a F250 in 2015 from that Ford Dealership up off of 104th. I Had needed it Serviced and they Literally told me I had to wait Two Months.I Decided my Next Purchase was going to be With Phil Long. (2018 Limited F350) I Couldn’t be Happier with there Team. I have Since purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat there Service Department and Sales Team (Diana Schmidt) are at the ready when a Problem occurs and get you taken Care of. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was thinking it would take an hour or an hour and a half. I was told it would be done in five to six hours. There was no rental car available so I had to call for a ride home and a ride back five and a half hours later. I was told that my front brakes needed replacing. I told them that I would take it to my subaru mechanic. My mechanic measured my front brakes at 5/32nds. Since they should be replaced at 2/32nds, I was lied to by your people. Due to the long wait time for getting simple things done and dishonest report of my cars condition, I will no longer be using your services. Joan Lund

These people made my life hell for 2 weeks on a deal I already had financing ready to go. They costed me about $3,500.00 over the cost of the vehicle. They also advertised the truck had no accidents. I found where the back bumper had to be repaired from very bad accidents
I just purchased a 2021 Ford Expedition Max from Phil Long Ford of Denver. This is an amazing vehicle with the off road and towing packages. Was surprised to see all the tech bells and whistles this SUV has. My sales agent is Kieu Kha. I call him Mr Q. He wrote my contract and was a huge help with his product knowledge and friendly personality. He delivered the vehicle right on time and went the extra mile with me helping to learn how to use the tech bells and whistles. I really appreciate that he said I can call him anytime if I need any more help or have any questions. I also enjoyed working with Sherry in the loaner department who also helped me choose the right vehicle for me. I also met James Lee, who helped me schedule protective coating and gave me some good extended warranty options. Everyone I came in contact was friendly and professional! This was a good experience all around for me!

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the wait would be an hour and forty minutes. After 1.5 hours I received a text that my car was being serviced. Shortly after that, I was texted there were areas of concern. When I spoke to the person handling my car, she told me that I needed a new cabin air filter (which Id recently had replaced) and that the they couldnt rotate the tires due to worn out lug nuts. I told her to skip the tire rotation and simply complete the oil change and included checks. My car was done in 2.5 hours. One of the items listed as being checked out during servicing was my tire pressure, but my tire pressure was low and they clearly hadnt bothered to check it. I had purchased a service booklet and the oil change and tire rotation were included in the package. It seems that the sole purpose of the discount coupon booklet is to upsell you once youre there. Between suggesting unneeded repairs and 2.5 hours for an oil change, I wont be back. Even though I have remaining coupons, Ill take my car elsewhere.

I just purchased a new Ranger truck at Phil Long Ford. Our sales representative (Albert Rico) was a pleasure to work with. Albert showed us several trucks and help us focus in on the truck that met our needs. Also, Albert was very knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions. The actual purchase process was excellent. We were able to address the final price discounts and trade in value with Albert directly without having a team of management attacking us and pressuring us. I was very happy with the final price. First time I enjoyed buying a new truck.
I live in Missouri and had just bought a brand new truck with a warranty repair that required a part that was on backorder until Sept 24th. There were only 2 in the country available, one of which was at Phil Long Ford in Denver. Laurie in the parts dept was so helpful and forwarded the part to our dealer...My job is to make sure that ALL Ford customers are satisfied WOW!! So impressed!!

What an absolute mess. Drove an hour to get here after confirming they had the vehicle in stock we wanted to test drive. Nobody knows if the vehicle is there, where it is, if it’s sold. Never seen anything like it. Like, this isn’t King Soopers and they don’t know how many boxes of Cheerios are left - it’s a >$50k vehicle. How is the inventory a mystery? Ended up waiting almost 30 mins for our scheduled appointment and not being able to drive anything. Waste of 3 hours.
We used Phil Long Fords service department years ago and it was top notch then. Seems however things have changed since then and in all fairness maybe it is because Covid messed them up and they arent back to normal but my experience was not a happy one. I needed only a couple of services done. I was unable to get an appointment scheduled online even though they advertised that I could. I finally went in to see them in person and was told that it really worked better to call them for an appointment. A gentleman scheduled me for an appointment about two weeks out. Normal I thought. I dropped the car off after hours on a Monday. No call on the status by Tuesday at 4:30 so I called them. I couldnt even get a live person just a recording but on my third attempt I reached my rep who promptly told me the tech hadnt told him anything so hed call me when he knew something. (not, let me check with the tech and get back to you?) This is the way the rest of the week went. One day my service rep left for the day and didnt call me about status after my calls. When I did reach someone, they were very nice and tried to be helpful but I felt that my service was at the bottom of their list every day. I knew they got the part they needed on friday, but after my car had sat all week, they didnt prioritize it for the Saturday list I guess. I called before they closed (because they didnt call me) and was told they didnt get to it so Id probably be able to pick it up on Monday. On the plus side, their service department area is awesome. Nice clean seating area, snacks to eat etc and I think I even saw a small grilling area. Bathrooms close by and clean.
Left one star as I have to to leave a review. Won’t go back. Would rather be greeted to let me know how backed up they are than sit in a line in my car without knowing? I had a coupon for a free oil change from the last time I was here but I would rather pay for good service than get bad service for free. Went to Larry H Miller.
Don, my service advisor, at Phil Long Ford has been nothing short of professional and timely in all our transactions. My Ford is reaching 100K miles and has needed service work prior to my warranty expiring. Don is extremely thorough in figuring out what needs fixed, he sticks by what he says, and is honest to the core. I have never had to worry about him giving me the run-around, or charging me for a service I do not need. He always checks warranty coverage and finds ways to keep my costs at a minimum. I am incredibly thankful he is my service advisor and for his quick responses to all my questions. Highly recommend Don!

Very happy with this dealership now that the situation has been fixed. Wasnt the dealerships fault, but was an outside source used. They have lots of vehicles to choose from. Everyone was really nice and appreciative. 7/24/2021Came to buy a new car. Had an adequate trade. Test drive went great. Then they gave us the price they wanted.... they wanted $10,000 OVER MSRP. Nothing was done to this vehicle. It was gone stock. While they can sell a car for any price, its very stingy and almost insulting to me. Wont be going back.

Received an offer in the mail for top $$$ on a trade in at Phil Long Ford. We really needed a bigger truck with higher weight capacity so I started looking online. I was contacted then via phone by salesman Freddie Perez, and sometimes when your just started looking and salesmen start bothering you cause your not sure yet so it can sometimes be a deterrent... well with Freddie it wasnt at all from the start.I explained to Freddie the letter offer for trade in and what I was looking for in terms of a new vehicle and immediately he had several options he was giving me that was available at that time. We set up an appointment for Wednesday morning for me to come to the dealership and see the trucks in person and test drive a few, but till I got there was able to talk to him thru text if I came across any that I wanted to also look at that day.Thursday came and when I arrived at the dealership he had several trucks lined up and ready to go for me so there was minimal waiting. I wanted to be certain on my choice as the new truck would be a long term investment for personal and business use but had worked extremely hard to make it possible over the last year to be able to make this purchase.Freddie was awesome though with all the questions I had, getting the extra trucks for me to see, and then getting together the financial numbers asap when I picked one to discuss with my husband. The trade in we did he also got us top top $$$ for it, even more than we thought would possibly be offered.We settled on a New 2021 F250 Super Duty Diesel in the end that same day and honestly the biggest reason it happened as quickly as it did was because of the amazing customer service and care we got with Freddie and at Phil Long Ford.Ive had my far share of car salesmen experience and this one by far has been the best and I highly recommend going to Phil Long Ford and seeing Freddie Perez for your next vehicle purchase.

Aaron Lewis with Phil Long Ford was great. As distance buyers, it is difficult to know what you are getting into before being on the lot, this was anything but the case with Aaron. He went above and beyond to give us a great picture of what we were buying via video/pictures/ phone before we ever left. We negotiated and he was able to hold the vehicle while I finished the next day’s work and headed down. The vehicle was even better than the pictures showed. Would gladly work with him again.
This was BY FAR the worst dealership service experience of my entire life. I’ve been bringing my truck here for over a year, this time towed in. It sat at the dealer for almost 3 weeks before I got any info from the service advisor (Griff) who told me it was a bad battery issue. Turned out it was no battery issue, and they recanted saying they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Griff advised me the truck was ready and I owed them $667.00 for the repair (that they didn’t do because they couldn’t find anything wrong with it). They even said other work was done but it was in fact not done, Griff told me “They never do inspections, they just leave that on the repair order for show.) So that tells me if they don’t do what is stated on the repair order how can any work be trusted and prove complete???? I spoke with the service manager Steve and by the end of the conversation he was cursing at me. So I then brought this to the attention of the assistant general manager Robert (for some reason the GM wasn’t available, convenient right?) and his return attitude toward me was “Well what do you want me to do about it?” and blamed poor customer service on Covid. Give me a break. That did it for me, never have I been treaded so badly, I use to write service for a dealership and any of these things would not have been tolerated. These guys will not take care of you or treat you with decency, and if you call them out on it they care even less for you. The complete disregard for customer care goes all the way to the top at this store. Do not go here if you expect actual results.

Im sad I have to make this review. My familys 2020 Ford Escape is the 4th vehicle Ive bought from Phil Long Ford of Denver. A few days after buying it, I had to move the rear seats to transport some furniture. Behind the back seat where my 4 year old sits, there were some sort of needles (yes, hospital needles) and scissors. And trash, how could detail miss that? They did re-detail it, and replace my windshield, (although that took 9 days) my finance guy said I would get free front window tint and over 2 months go by and I have not gotten a call back from the dealer, even if I call multiple times in a week. When I went back after finding the needles they said they would install roof rails too. Then later said they cant get them. Pretty sad that its come to this. Speaking of detail there is some spots on my gauge cluster I cant get off, surely their professional grade cleaners could do something? The lack of customer service is repulsive and when we need a new vehicle, I will be looking elsewhere.. I was planning on being a customer for life... come on guys... get it together.
Brought a 2017 Fusion in for a simple VIN inspection. Paperwork was filled out partially with important information missing. The DMV turned us away because of this. Wasted appointment, wasted day. Not cool guys.

I have had a reservation to buy a new 2021 Bronco since the first day reservations opened. The first car I drove as a teenager was a 1966 Ford Bronco, so this is a nostalgic buy for me and I’m very excited. I made the mistake of choosing Phil Long Ford as my dealership of choice. I’ve emailed them several times with questions, and at first my emails were responded to. This was the beginning of the pandemic so I was cutting them some slack, but then the responses completely stopped until the week I was supposed to place my order. Then, surprise! Someone reached out to see if I was ready to order my vehicle. I responded that I was, but I was disappointed that I had several outstanding questions and no one had responded, which left me feeling less than confident in working with them. Silence, AGAIN. So now the deadline for ensuring I receive my vehicle in 2021 has come and gone and Phil Long apparently has so much business mine is of no consequence to them. I will be contacting Ford to see if I can transfer my reservation to another dealership and letting people know Phil Long have zero customer service. Seriously disappointing.
I recently had my 2015 F150 Platinum SuperCrew in for service. I had to have my dual climate control actuator blend motors replaced (one had gone bad, so had all four done since it requires full dash console removal). I also need a reprogramming of the cruise control due to a recall.Excellent service from my advisor Don. A complimentary loaner since they would have my truck for several days. Vehicle was finished on time and under budget from original estimates.Thank you Phil Long Ford!

Brandon in sales was the only pleasant person throughout this whole ordeal. Bought a 2018 F150 almost 3 months ago from Phil Long and shocking, it needs another service. Service department never answers or calls back. Quick lane doesn’t allow appointments, they tell you to show up early, which I did right when they opened. Took 3.5 hours for an oil change and to tell me my front wheel bearings were bad, which I knew, and they didn’t have time to change them because it was Saturday(at 11am and they close at 4). Said they have to order parts, but the parts department said they had what I needed in stock and they’d write my name on and save knowing I was coming a day later. Save yourself the headache. After this experience I’ll never buy a Ford or from Phil Long again

Brian Dollar did a great job of taking care of us. The van was intended for a van conversion and Brian not only knew Ford products but also has a background in van conversions. He was very helpful with features that fit our plans. He even delivered the van to the company doing the conversion. Chip McCullough in finance helped us close the deal remotely, saving us a trip. It was an altogether great experience.
The dealership helped me find the perfect car. The process of test driving was easy, and they answered all my questions, including showing me the cars history. They delivered it personally, and took care of all the paperwork. As a bonus, I got to see the shop and the car camera.
On 02/22/2021, Alex performed the maintenance on my vehicle and was very professional and thorough with the work he performed and answered all my questions in a courteous manner. I received my truck with everything I requested completed and am very happy with the service he provided. Chelsea was my service advisor and she was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and very communicative through the whole process and offered some package deals that saved me money on the maintenance costs which was great! Phil Long Ford is the best! I have now bought 3 vehicles from there and each time I was treated fairly, and with respect. Those are the biggest traits I look for when dealing with any company and they nailed both of them! Keep up the good customer service!

I really appreciate the timeliness and efficiency that Gabriel demonstrated from the minute I arrived. He listened carefully to what I needed to have looked at in addition to the oil change I primarily came to accomplish. He diagnosed my turn signal issue quickly and confidently told me what would be needed to remedy the problem. He stayed in touch via cell phone as the service progressed and allowed me to respond to a air filter replacement the technician discovered during inspection. Overall my visit at QuickLane was very satisfying due to professionalism and engagement by Gabriel.
Treated us right even though car had to be transferred in from another dealer. Sale was fairly quick and we picked up car 2 days later after accessories were installed. We love the Escape as gas mileage in mid 40’s. Highly recommend Phil Long Ford.

I bought a certified used 2014 Jeep Wrangler from Phil Long Ford just about a year ago. Shortly after while on a vacation road trip we had a cooling issue come up. Took it to a local mechanic and he thought he fixed it.(thermostat) Drove home everything was fine until a few months later-another cooling issue. We had the radiator replaced. Few months after that-another cooling issue. This time it went back to Phil Long Ford under warranty work. (3rd party warranty) we had a little difficulty getting the warranty company to want to pay to fix anything and in the end had Phil Long do the work for out of pocket expenses.(thermostat again) A few weeks/months after that we had yet another cooling issue with the vehicle. At this point I was frustrated as hell and decided to email the sales agent who sold us the vehicle with a brief synopsis. He was able to get us a rental car courtesy of Phil Long and was also able to get our 3rd party warranty to cover the $800 charge to replace the water pump(the final culprit)Troy Hines is his name and he is a GRADE A SALESMAN/Representative of Phil Long Ford. He genuinely cares about his clients and was willing to do whatever he could to make it right and make us a happy customer.He was essentially able to get Phil Long to buy back the vehicle they sold us for what we owed on it and get us into a brand new 2021 Ford Escape. Manufacturers warranty and all!! It was a little more expensive but between him and the finance guy Chip they were able to make it work and keep us within our budget.I will be going back to Troy (god willing he’s still working here) when we are ready for an upgrade!I was skeptical of buying a used vehicle from stories I’ve heard from friends but Phil Long and specifically Troy stands behind their customers and will do what it takes to make them happy.We are now in a NEW reliable vehicle at a fair price and I could not be happier with the customer service I have received from Troy(this man deserves a raise!!)5 stars! Dont trust your life or family with this dealership! We purchased an F250 in January 2021. Yesterday I backed it up in the driveway about 20 feet, put it in park, took the keys out, opened the door, but the truck was still running. First off it was made clear there was no availability that day so dont bother bringing it in to service. (And you will never get a loaner when you purchase there either). Second it was stated this happened before after a vehicle went thru the car wash. So you cant buy a truck and drive in the rain? The manager said to just pull the battery and it would shut off. It was explained why this was not true, but he still insisted. After opening the hood in our driveway and pulling the battery anyway just for kicks, the fuse box lid was observed to be off and set there on top at an angle. It was wet inside. The next call with a different person told us to use a hairdryer with extension cords outside in a gravel driveway in the rain to stop our truck ! Two and a half hours it ran to dry out and shut off. Phil Long had the vehicle at their service center a week ago, so this is on them. They did not offer to replace the box, or even apologize. We had a check engine light on they said wasnt a problem along with our AC that never worked. We paid for half a repair job on a 6 month old truck and were given additional problems! Oh and still no forceful cold air blowing. We have been disappointed with this hunk of junk since our purchase with rattles inside and out, a door that feels like it is going to fall off when you hit a bump, seams that dont meet including in the bed, many design issues, but the incompetence here is sprinkled evenly from sales to management to the technicians who have no attention to detail or customer service mentality.

The buying experience was easy and went fast.This was my first car buying experience done over the internet and phone.The salesman (Jim) was easy to deal with over the phone and wasn’t pushy.I wasn’t inundated with a ton of texts, emails or phone calls.The whole process was very easy and mostly smooth.I never even had to set foot into the dealership.I’m flying in to Denver to pick up my new ride and they will even have it waiting for me when I step off the plane! That’s customer service for sure!Very satisfied.
Jim Albrecht did an excellent job sourcing a fleet spec F150 and getting the deal done in one day. Efficient, pleasant experience getting my beloved Ford Escape re-keyed.
The repair was done and everyone was professional but the repair was not done right. I notices a leak in one of the seals that was involved in the repair. I currently have an appointment scheduled to get this fixed but this is going to be more time without the truck and a major inconvenience.
We purchased at Ford Explorer in 2018. We purchased the Platinum Edition. The final price the vehicle was over 50K. The car has worked well with one glaring exception. The screen that controls all the electronics in the car, called the Sync System has never worked properly. It freezes up on almost any trip of over 20 minutes. I have gone back to Phil Long Ford and they have serviced and/or replaced that system on 4-5 different occasions. Each time the sync system has acted exactly the same. The last time in the service manager told me that Ford has had lots of problems with this system and while they would again work on it, there was a good chance it would not be fixed. Unbelievable!!Due to the issues I have had with the Sync System in the vehicle, I have had numerous dealings with the service department at Phil Long Ford. Honestly there is some really nice people there. The problems with this service department seem more systemic. Early on when I would call to schedule service, they would route me to a service advisors voice mail. Each time I would leave a voice mail explaining the issue and requesting a call back. This happened with at least two or three different service advisors on 5-6 occasions over the past couple years. Amazingly, I never got a call back from an advisor. After a few days, I would just call back. Eventually, I learned that leaving a message was pointless and I insisted on speaking with a live person, even if I had to wait. This coupled with the on going problem with the sync system in the vehicle has been really frustrating. We have spent 10- 12 hours in dropping the vehicle off and picking it up on numerous occasions for absolutely no improvement.This all brings me to yesterday. I called the service department and explained that I was having an electrical problem that I needed to have fixed. The person I spoke with said to bring the car down in the morning as long as I could drop it off and leave it with them. I questioned him about needing an appointment. He assured me that I didn’t need one and to just drop it off in the morning. As soon as I walked in to the service department, I spoke with the first available service advisor. He immediately had an attitude. He asked if I had an appointment. I explained the call from the previous day. He said that “his bucket was very full and there is no way they would get to the vehicle for several days”. It was also the way he dealt with me. He questioned wether I had really spoke with someone. He said I should have gotten that person’s name because he didn’t understand why someone would have told me that I didn’t need an appointment. He acted completely overwhelmed and stressed and treated me like I was possibly lying about the previous days call. I walked out at that point and will never use Phil Long again.I paid over 50K for this vehicle and it has never worked right. When I have tried to address the issue, I have had nothing but problems. I will never use Phil Long again and I seriously doubt I will ever buy a Ford again.
This dealership is top notch. I would highly recommend them. All around experience is excellent every time. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. You will definitely get the best possible team to work with here at Phil Long of Denver. They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Robert the GM is the best of the best. I will continue to keep my business here for many years to come.
When I first arrived I worked with a someone I’m not going to put names out. But I didn’t enjoy the experience it wasn’t the best because there was no negotiation it just it had to be that price no room to work with and saw how quick everything to changed to her being rude. But I ended up working with Aaron I believe that’s his name, after working with him he changed the whole experience, real cool guy and helped me purchase a Ford Focus ST. Great experience will say he’s a good sales rep.As a first time buyer this became a good experience! Finance manager was respectful and was willing to help get things done. I do recommend this dealership for first time buyers.
Would give 0 Stars if possible. It was a distance deal, I live 6 hours away from the dealer in Wyoming. I called at 8:30 in the morning and told them I would take the vehicle. Emailed my already approved bank loan letter to them. Spent the next five hours jumping through hoops sending documents back and forth by email. By 2:30 in the afternoon was told everything was done the car was mine.They called me back 20 minutes later to tell me that the car had been sold to someone else.WASTE OF TIME!! I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!!

I would never buy a Ranger again, the F150 is so vastly superior in every way. The Ranger gas mileage is identical to my 2018 F150 3.5 10 speed, this is a 2021 Ranger XLT 4x4 the F150 was also a 4x4. The non locking differential is garbage, any ice or slick surface the truck spins, the stock tires are not a true all terrain tire, traction is a challenge in the wet in 2 wheel drive. Advice buy an F150.
It started off pretty okay until a few months later I needed a new starter. My brakes sqeaked the entire time I had it until I replaced them the first 6-8 months. I would go for my regular oil changes and tire rotations but after my most recent visit I dont think I will be returning, I was not acknowledged at all when I drove into the port I waited in my car for about 15 minutes before I had to get out and stand there for another 5 before a nice lady named Chelsie seen that I was there and helped me out. Mind you there were a man and a female at their desk when I pulled up into the port that seen me, made eye contact and completely ignored me until Chelsie said something. There wasnt anyone I was the only car in the port I just didnt understand why noone helped me. I havent gone back since. I recommend not buying a used car from them they just want to get it off their lot no matter what is wrong with it. Then they cant even help you when something is wrong. Terrible experience.
Complete garbage of a dealership. The promised delivery of a car from the salesperson to the manager and then sold it to another customer and would not honor their quoted (written) price. Be very careful dealing with this scam of a dealership.

Best truck buying experience ever! Negotiated a great deal over the phone with Joe Reiner for a 2021 F150 Lariat. Joe ordered the truck from the factory and was delivered to me 39 days later. The visit to pick up the vehicle at the dealership was quick, straight forward, and I was out on the road in 2 hours. Incredibly happy customer!
Not an impressive first experience with Phil Long Ford in Denver on 4/10. Salesman was very nice but they had a $5k gap in trade-in value (along with being $5k below three other dealer offers later that day) and another $3k gap between msrp and market value on their car, with poor negotiating tactics. Re-negotiation on their end included decreasing the trade-in value gap from $5000 to $4500 🤔. Upon leaving, the Manager once again asked what could be done even though I had already provided exact numbers to meet in-line with fair market value for both trade-in and purchase, as if his $500 difference already didnt speak volumes. I told him no thanks, gap was too large, already tried. The manager then loudly popped off were just trying to help you. Extremely rude and demeaning, especially considering his help up to that point.
Purchased 2020 Mustang Ecoboost Covertible. LOVE, LOVE my new car. The salesman was extremely helpful during the purchase. However, after I got the car home and had questions, he had no answers and didnt get back to me on further inquiries. He originally said some accessories were in the trunk, they were not. I had to purchase them on my own due to distance from dealer and no response. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoy my car and the driving experience.
Dont buy a car from here EVER!! Worst experience I have ever had I cant get ahold of anybody about the service that needs to be done to my vehicle the sales person I purchased from has gone as far as blocking my email so I cant get through to him. I have left numerous messages for the service department to call me back no reply I have contacted the sales and service department managers no reply my car is not working and I barely have had it 2 months and this is something that should have been noticed before it was sold to me as its a safety hazard!! I am about to get my lawyer involved.If I could give no stars I would give -100!! I got taken for my money on a vehicle that was not safe for my children!!!
