I love Motorized Solutions and have been going to them for years now. Theyre honest, reliable and fast and would never dream of recommending unnecessary repairs. A trustworthy mechanic can be hard to find and Ive recommended these folks to everyone I know. Theyre good people!

I had knock sensors replaced. The work specification called for OEM parts to clear knock sensors code. The did not use OEM parts as specefied by the repair data they used some other manufacturer. In short cant remove code and they will not resolve by doing it right. I am sure that the people and staff are great, but my experience just cements the fact that there is no integrity in a company that possesses a culture of taking advantage of customers and being deceptive and shady. Very terrible company with terrible company culture. They should close and just be a chop shop. They are a horrible example of a legitimate mechanic shop.

Holly must have read Dale Carnegie’s book “How to Win Friends and Influence People” because after working with her, I knew i could trust my car to be fixed.She was very kind in helping me figure out what needed to be done and went into good detail when I asked for explanation.Overall, my car is working much better now and I thank Motorized Solutions for being the only place that could get me in within 24 hours in a 3 miles radius from my home. They were very professional and have won lifetime support as long as I live in Denver. Now i’m going to refer my roommates and friends to go there as well.

I deliver critical medical supplies to cancer patients through out Denver Metro area. I really love these guys over here. I went to two brake shops and was told I needed brakes by one brakes and rotors by the other. went over to motor I solutions they took it for a drive and said you don’t need brakes done yet. Needless to say I am theirs for life.

There is a reason they are such a highly rated auto shop! I recently moved to Denver from Cincinnati with an older vehicle (that Im quite partial to and keep up with all the maintenance on) so I was worried about trying to find a new reputable auto shop again, but I went in for an oil change and I know Ill continue to come back for maintenance and repairs! Easy to schedule an appointment with over the phone, great communication by the staff, very transparent and willing to take the time to talk through everything with me. I went across to a cafe to work during my oil change and the waitress said they also all use motorized solutions for their car services and confirmed they provide great service (on top of the lowest costs around!) If you are looking for a place to go, you can stop your search now!

They fixed my car! But they also drove it more than they should have after it was fixed. I had a half tank and Im now in the red, my seat was obviously moved and so where my mirrors. Can anyone also explain why its okay for my odometer to go from 126 to 80 miles?

Motorized Solutions was suprisingly open when I needed a shop the most! I was greeted by Holly who is very nice! She made me feel comfortable and is very talkative. The lead tech Tyree was very professional. My car was making a grinding noise and Tyree knew where to look and knew how to fix it. He was very quick and when I got back into my vehicle he kept it clean and the grinding noise was gone. Im very thankful and so happy Motorized Solutions helped me with my issue. I recommend them to anybody needing help in a crisis.

My friend took her car there for low oil pressure they told her she needed new coils and spark plugs and never fixed the problem that car was brought in for.

Fast friendly and knowledgeable. The people at motorized solutions changed the oil and filters on our car. They did the job in the time allotted and suggested other jobs the car would need soon.

Shop test drove my vehicle for hours without notifying me. During the hours of test driving that I was not made aware of, a bolt was lodged in my tire. Ty is telling me that they will not refund me for cost of tire. Once a tire is patched the integrity is lost forever. These tires were a month old that motorized solutions damaged.Shop refuses to take responsibility. Avoid this shop!

I have been bringing all my vehicles to Tyree for years. He is always very helpful in answering any of my questions and is always the best price around. Their work more than curteous staff also gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off, and picked me back up when my car was done. Very pleased with overall experience.

In order to really tell you how appreciative I am of the team at Motorized Solutions, I need to start from the beginning.I was told by a chain oil change service shop that I needed transmission fluid but they didnt have any. I then took my vehicle to another location (same chain) and they told me my transmission was cracked and they wouldnt touch my car for fear of liability. So I took my car to a specialized mechanic (who was far away from my home) to be told that there was nothing wrong with my transmission and it just needed fluid; they did not having the time to add in the fluid so I took my car and was on my way. I then took my car to a different chain auto repair store and after three mechanics looked at my car, they told me my engine didnt require transmission fluid, at all, and that my clutch was likely going. Needless to say, I was not having them touch my car.After all of that, my fiancé reminded me that he had just visited Motorized Solutions for a pretty major fix on his truck and suggested I call them. I called Motorized Solutions early (before they were open) and was pleasantly surprised that someone was there to answer the phone before scheduled office hours. I let them know that I needed some transmission fluid and was hoping they could see me that day (not even right away) and they told me to come right on over.Not only did they get me in before the day started, they were knowledgable, quick and had my on my way in no time. The staff was friendly and made me feel confident that I had (finally) made the right choice in who I selected to service my car. I shouldve gone there the first time! My fiancé and I will definitely be using them to service our vehicles again in the future.10/10. Highly recommend.

STAY CLEAR OF MOTORIZED SOLUTIONS!!! I asked them for a diagnosis of our vehicle that over heated. They came back with a $415.00 fix estimate and told me it would be done by the end of the day. 20 minutes after their $415 fix they tell me I have a new problem that would cost $3300+ to fix (Pretty sure you can get a new engine for less than that). I told them if I would have been told I had a $3300 issue, I would have just scrapped the vehicle and not had them attempt to fix anything on the vehicle. Our agreement was that $415 would fix the issue so I could drive it off the lot. I have written emails to the manager adressing everything and all he does is come back to me with inaccurate information and demanding $415 bucks for their initial fix. There are way better mechanics out there who deserve your business. Dont give your money these these guys!

Motorized Solutions has been our preferred mechanic for the last few years. We have always gotten an honest assessment and have had quality work performed on both of our vehicles from simple things like oil changes to much more complicated problems like transmission issues. I would recommend Motorized Solutions if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.

Very polite and informative. The mechanic answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They squeezed me in on a busy day too. If my ride has any problems agian I will be taking it here.

I took my car here because my check engine light came on (bad tdc sensor) and the car was stalling every few miles. Motorized solutions drove my car to try to replicate what was happening, then they removed my tdc sensor and cleaned it and put it back in. The car has been running like a dream since I got it back, and the total cost (including gas because I brought it in on empty) was less than $100. I dont like waste so I really appreciate that motorized solutions didnt try to replace the sensor and just cleaned it instead. I spoke with Holly for the duration of my experience and she was communicative and very nice. Thanks yall, definitely coming back here

Great and easy experience! Took my car in for a standard check-up/oil change before selling it. Didnt try to upsell me on anything and felt advice was genuine. Will go back with my new car for service.

Been here twice for transmission and belts they are amazing best prices in town fast and friendly my new favorite place.

My oil light started blinking a few blocks from my house. I pulled over to put oil in. Look at your bottles, kids! I had accidentally poured transmission fluid into my oil reserve. Motorized Solutions was the closest mechanic. I called and the owner, Tyree instructed me to come in for an oil change. He pulled my car in right away and had it done quickly before my kids lost their minds from hunger. He even stayed late as I arrived very close to closing.

Motorized Solutions informed us that the brake lights in ourvehicle were sporadically working. Motorized Solutions recommended that the brake switch should be replaced. Motorized Solutions then said it could repair and replace the brake switch. After Motorized Solutions stated it had replaced the brake switch and confirmed that the vehicle was in a condition suitable for driving, we attempted to drive the vehicle home. We instantly realized the vehicle was not performing normally. Less than a mile from Motorized Solutions, the vehicle stopped and would not move any further. We were stuck on the side of the road for more than three hours while a technician from Motorized Solutions attempted to diagnose and resolve the issue. When we informed the owner of Motorized Solutions, Tyree Dolif, that he allowed us to pay for a service that was not only incorrectly performed, but resulted in a vehicle unsafe for driving, he did not offer an apology, and did not acknowledge that Motorized Solutions was unfit to perform a brake switch replacement.Motorized Solutions holds itself out to be an automobile repair company. However, its knowledge of automobiles is limited, as it incorrectly repaired and replaced a brake switch and as it allowed a customer to drive a vehicle that it left in an unsafe driving condition.

They dont know to diagnose problem. They just mane an assumption on the problem and fix it or replace it. And the problem still persistent. It happened to me twice. They have made a temporary fix to the main problem within a week the same problem came back again.
