The day I went to Mountain States Toyota to have my car windows treated with a tint to block sun rays, they had an unusual amount of customer traffic. It took a little longer than usual to process me, but they acknowledged my arrival almost immediately and I was never left waiting long without someone addressing me and keeping me updated. They made sure I knew the time my car was scheduled to be ready, and Im happy to say the work was done about 90 minutes earlier. I was immediately notified, processed, and on my way home. The people were professional and polite. I continue to enjoy the service at Mountain States Toyota. I discovered a Toyota dealer about 20 minutes closer to where I live. I went there once and did not enjoy the service there at all. Thats why I travel the extra 20 minutes to go to Mountain States.
I would like to update the previous review: Mountain States Toyota totally owned up to their mistake and made things right. It was explained to me by one of the mechanics that after-market rims can be tricky. This lead to the tire coming off my Toyota Tacoma on August 26th when I left their garage. It took 2 more tries to get it right and about a week without the car but they admitted to the mistake and owned it. They were embarrassed and I was a bit angry but thanks Ty, Jeff, Addison, Daniel and Alex for helping out in the process. This was my original review:Unfortunately I had a very bad experience on August 26th at Mountain States Toyota when I picked up my 2015 Tacoma after being serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. After leaving the garage I made my way to the interstate. I was just about to get on I-76 and the back right tire came off as I was approaching the interstate. I ended up blocking the left-hand lane and my tire was gone down into the fence. Someone forgot to tighten the lug nuts. I was in disbelief. I called Toyota and they gave me their tow companies number to call. I was there for over an hour waiting, blocking the left hand lane wishing I had checked my wheels before leaving the garage at Mountain States Toyota.I was never approached by a manager when I got back to Mountain States Toyota. I missed an 8:00am appointment, missed a days worth of pay at work…forced to take a personal day. They hooked me up with a rental which took another hour. I spent close to 4 1/2 hours dealing with this mess.Someone could have been seriously injured from the tire that came off. I could have been in an accident.I am so disappointed with this entire experience. I’m nervous about them working on my car now. Thinking about seeking legal? They say they’re paying for it and it will be ready by Saturday afternoon?I read they’re looking for mechanics.
Shawn (Service Manager) and Darrel (Master Mechanic) set the bar for customer service. These guys are the best of the best and I cannot express how blessed and grateful I am to have crossed their paths. Their dedication and commitment to customer service bailed me out of a potentially lengthy and expensive repair. The repair was completed in hours when other shops stated they were backed up and not able to look at my vehicle for weeks. No other shop could compete with the level of support these guys provided. 10/10 Thanks again!
I had an appointment for 2:20, showed up at 2:15, and didn’t get seen by a service manager until 2:40. The only person that acknowledged me in the time between arriving and finally being checked in was the guy that marked my car’s windshield with my position in line. He was great.I don’t understand the point in making an appointment if my car doesn’t get checked in anywhere close to that time. On top of that, my car was held onto for an hour and 45 minutes after the late check in. There’s got to be a better scheduling system in place that gets people seen closer to their scheduled time and in and out of the door quicker.
Yesterday I purchase my dream car a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer and I was given the wonderful opportunity to work with Patrick Giusti! He was amazing, my friend and I felt so welcomed when we first met him! He explained everything very very well. With being a first time buyer he let me know all the things I should look for and know before I make commitment. If I ever need to get another car or someone I know needs a car I will recommend Patrick at the Mountain States Toyota.
I recently bought a Mazda CX 5. It was a hard hunting since we had an specific budget and type of car we wanted. I can just say Randy is my top 3 car sales man in this area. He had been prepared the car for me even before coming and washed it!! He was very nice and explained with details what the car had ( advantages and features) He is the man you want for your next car! Mountain states Toyota does not only have a wide variety of cars, but also professionalism and care.
Everyone I dealt with at Mountain States Toyota was fabulous. They greeted me, showed me where I could sit, answered all of my questions and got the truck serviced ahead of the time they said it would be finished. The prices are reasonable and the people are great.
We had such a great experience at Mountain State Toyota while purchasing our new 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium! Our salesperson, Joey Ramirez, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and easy to work with. He made the whole experience fun and stress-free. Joey walked us through the entire car (front to back) and hooked our phones up to the car. I was able to set up an appt with the service team quickly to get our roof rack and Predator steps installed. Our finance contact, Ryan, was knowledgeable, entertaining and professional. Thanks a million for the making car buying very easy!
I just bought my first car by myself through mountain states, and between Joe and Nick it was way less stressful than I thought it was going to be. I asked a million questions and they showed me tons of options. They both were super patient and helped me find a car I love as well as explained things to me that probably don’t normally need to be explained. I really appreciated their help, and would totally buy another car here again.Lana in finance was super patient too, and definitely worked hard to help me be able to comfortably afford a car that I never thought I’d be able to get! They even gave me snacks!
I needed to urgently buy a car for my son. We could only afford a used car. Carl (our sales person) did not make me feel poorly for what I could afford. He was supportive and helpful when I said I wanted to take it to my mechanic for a look over. He was open about the state of the vehicle and even pointed out issues. There were some parts of the process I did not know how they worked and he supported me through those steps completely. He made the process as fast an painless as possible. When I was transferred to finance to pay for the car, that gentleman (forgot his name) was just as nice and helpful as Carl. I had a lot of questions along the way but when I drove off with the car, I had none left. Not only did they both answer all my questions, they answered nearly all of them quickly and confidently. If they did not know, they said they would find out and did so quickly as well. They care recommended by my mechanic and I am very happy I used them. The car did have some issues but the car was priced to accommodate that. I have every intention of using Mountain States in the future and have already started recommending them to others.
This was THE BEST experience I could have ever asked for with purchasing my first car! I felt so comfortable & 0 pressure, we all shared a bunch of laughs & pieces of our lives. THANK YOU RANDY!!! YOU ARE THE MAN!!
I brought in my 2017 Highlander today for required service, and was pleasantly surprised to have it completed before closing. My service manager, Robert Flageolle, addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. Mountain States Toyota had the replacement set of tires I wanted in stock and installed them during the service. I am very pleased with the new tires and the excellent service. Thank you to Robert and to Mountain States Toyota.
A great place to get your Toyota serviced. They are honest and upfront. All decisions are explained to you and whatever you decide is respected.
Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The tire guy knew what he was doing. The guy who checked me out was even nice. I was kind of stranded for hours as I came in without an appointment and my tires were in bad shape. I live 2.5 hours away so this was a big deal for me. The folks there took me to a store I wanted to shop at to pass the time. And they were able to wash my filthy car! (Something the other place cannot seem to do because the wash is broken each time.) I have been going to a different Toyota location that I am not completely happy with. I think I will begin getting my service done here from now on!
We had such a great experience at Mountain States Toyota. Doan helped us from beginning to end with our new jeep Cherokee limited. He was joyful, professional and ready to help in every way. He even brought us chick fil a since we were there through lunch. Lol. Jesse was our financing guru and he worked so hard to get us the best deal he possibly could. Everything was thorough and positive. We will definitely be going back for our next trade!
This is the second time I have made an appointment and sat outside for half an hour before I got someone to check me in. I was told it would take an hour and a half; I was there closer to two and half hours. I realize everyone is short staffed- so make fewer appointments. Id rather have timely service than spend time just sitting around. The people are nice and professional. I just think they need to adjust number of appointments to current staffing.
Everything was excellent. The car we were interested in was waiting for us when we arrived. No waiting so we were able to take it for a test drive. We decided to purchase the car and Dean McDonald was super thorough and the buying process was fast. We could not have asked for a more Customer oriented sales person. He was amazing. Thanks, Dean!
I have been to several dealerships in the past and Mountain States Toyota provides the most superior service by far.I kept having issues with my 2007 Toyota Camry and they resolved my issue every time. The price point wasnt astronomical. I was so impressed. They even fixed it for free once because they misdiagnosed it.Thats the service vehicle segment.I came to Michael Ramstetter almost 2 years ago telling him I wanted to buy a new Toyota 4Runner. It has been my dream car since I graduated college and now since I am finishing my Doctorate I wanted a red one with tan interior. It took us some time to find one. We would find it then someone would buy it as I was getting prepared to purchase it. I would then just stalk the website. It happened on several occasions.I emailed Michael over the holidays for I had found one. I then was out and about and stopped by. Michael took care of me right away and I walked away with my new 2021 Red Toyota 4Runner. I couldnt thank Michael enough. I appreciated him so much for just building a relationship with me. I will be eternally grateful for Michael for making my dreams come true. And Andy their warranty gentleman was amazing as well. Nothing like getting a vehicle but ensuring its taken care of is just as important.I know this review is long but I wanted to demonstrate that they build relationships with you!! Mountain States is now like family to me and if I could, I would give them 10 stars!! Theyve exceeded all of my expectations.
This oil service was ok. missing antenna replaced. Alex did great. talked to service director Jeff Jenkin about some issues with the previous visit and he was non receptive. He acted like I was lying... we have two tundras I serviced there. wont be back after how Jeff responded to my issues.
Beware, extremely LONG WAIT TIMES, even with an appointment. As a first time customer I made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. My appointment was at 2pm (they provide a 30 minute grace period if youre running late). When I arrived there were two lines of cars waiting in front of me, extending outside of the service garage area (probably about 12 cars total). I observed customers sitting in their cars, waiting for employees to come to their vehicles to check them in.Unfamiliar with how things worked, I waited at least 15-20 minutes for someone to check me in and when no one did, I went into the service office and told them I was a new customer with an appointment, approaching the 30-minute grace period, and that I hadnt been checked in yet. The person I spoke with (there is no service desk from entry inside of the garage, so I have no idea what type of employee I interacted with) informed me they were short staffed and that someone would be right with me. I asked if I could reschedule my appointment and was told I would need to wait to do so.Needless to say, I got back into my vehicle and left. I then called Mountain States and expressed my disappointment. I was told the volume was not typical and that they had a lot of last minute walk-ins. I wasted an hour of my day, as well as gas for my Sequoia, for nothing but a very poor customer experience and I will not be back.To the Mountain States Service Director...please create a better customer experience and set SLAs around initial customer acknowledgement and check in, prioritizing new customers whove waited weeks for their appointments, over last minute walk-ins.
Easy drop off & pick up - greeted quickly both times. Very profesional, yet still feels personal
Ryan Benipayo was excellent. I was there early in the week shopping for a new 4Runner. He checked inventory asking my specific wants and desires for my purchase. He also took the time to explain how to order and told me he would keep an eye out.A couple days later he called me letting me know a couple trucks were available. He took the time to follow up like he said he would and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.Ive had excellent experiences with all my purchases at Mountain States but he was by far the best. Friendly, Honest and dedicated to making a sale. He even came in on his day off to finish the deal! I have his card Ill be passing it on to anyone looking to make a purchase in these crazy times.
I went to purchase a 4runner, when I got there Dylan had pulled the 4runner ready for me to test drive. Loved the truck, was ready to talk numbers, it was very simple very fast! It was the best car buy experience I have ever had! Then Andy the Finance Manager was great! I will go back here to buy again and I would refer anyone looking for a toyota to go here!
Worked with Alex to get my new Rav. He was excellent to work with, super helpful and very kind. Great experience.
I had an appointment for routine service (5k service but performed at 6mo and 2.5k. Some one came out to initiate the service right away and only had a short wait for the service writer to appear. From there the service went well. There was not up-selling, which I hate, and the service was completed in less time that projected. The car wash was much appreciated as the car had debris from a truck having a blow-out next to our vehicle the day before.
Great experience with their sales team. Jimmy was good and got in and out. Finance was fast and not painful like other dealerships Ive bought from. Its a no pressure dealership. Tim the owner does a good job at running Mountain States Toyota.
I was a walk-in at this place during a long 5000+ mile road trip to Yellowstone from NY and was well over mileage on the scheduled service maintenance needed. Addison was able to pencil me in and have me out pretty promptly given the situation and was very warm and welcoming. Thanks for getting me back on the road home! Will definitely come back next time I’m in the area
Seth Burns was great! He had all the answers we needed and made our experience there smooth and easy. We bought a used car and got a great value!
Such good people. Never have a problem with them. :)
Omg they have the worst service ever. Got there at 910 for my 920 appointment and there must have been 30 cars ahead of me. There in line for over 40 minutes and they haven’t even checked me in. The line of cars has not moved. I go in to ask why do I have a 920 appointment if all these cars are ahead of me. They Basically didn’t care. That’s just how it is They said. We have lots of drop ins. Then why did i have an appointment. An hr later still not checked in. Left and made appointment with Stevenson west. I will never go back to mountain states.
I bought my truck new from Mountain States in 2017, however I live on the other side of Denver and near another Toyota Dealership where I would always have it serviced. Then in July, my engine literally blew up as I was driving down the highway. Fortunately, I had a Platinum Warranty. The dealership near where I live (and had been having it serviced) was not only not helpful, I feel they were misleading me so as not to get stuck dealing with a car they didnt sell. They told me they would not honor the warranty. So I had it towed to Mountain States Toyota, where Romny and the service department were honest and up front. They told me they would honor the warranty and they literally put in a whole new engine in my truck. And they did it by the deadline they gave.
I was in for my 75,000 mile service. They were very thorough and I feel the work done was superior.
Was looking to buy my first car out of college and after visiting a few places, decided to go with Mountain States because we had by far the best experience there. Was nervous about the whole process having never done it before but Dean M was so helpful and I never once felt taken advantage of like I did at other places. Ended up leasing a new RAV4 and love it so far! Thank you Dean for a great experience. My family will definitely be returning here for cars in the future.
I think the staff here are very friendly. I am leasing a vehicle through Toyota and its crazy to me how long it takes to do the mandatory checkups- like 5 k 10 k miles. I made an appt (had to wait at least a month to get in), and was there for nearly 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. To be fair, they did give me that exact estimate, but I honestly thought it was one of those under promise over deliver things. It seems they schedule about 20-25 people per 20 min slot. I would prefer not to have to wait this long given I made an appointment. If I didnt have Toyota Care, I would definitely go elsewhere.
Horrible customer service, neither Andre ( service advisor) nor the Advisor Manager knows how to return a phone call. Got my horn replaced here and 3 weeks later stopped working. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Dylan Batch helped me through the entire process. I got a loan through AAA and they were awful with this. Dylan and Svetlana worked some magic to help ease my stress. We are still currently ironing things out with the loan process from AAA. But both associates are staying in contact and getting the job done so that I am able to pick up the car from the dealership. I will recommend this dealership to many people.
Was promised that the car would be ready by 10am and I was out the door by 9:45. My service advisor Gabriel kept me well informed of the status of my repairs.
Hugh thank you to Chris Ellerbrock!I walked in and out in a couple of hours on a brand new 2022 4Runner! He answered every question I had, went over every detail and took great care of me. Highly recommend going in and asking to work with him!
I had such a pleasant experience at Mountain States. Ryan B. was very polite and adequately answered all my questions. Will be recommending him and referring everyone to go there and request to be helped by him.
Buying a car can be time consuming and stressful. My husband and I were grateful to have met and worked with Trey. Trey made our experience easy and we loved how kind and professional he is.
I needed a key copied recently for my somewhat oddball car and it was a pretty low priority task for me since I didnt need it right away, I have to say I was treated with such great care for my minor issue I was really impressed. I worked with Bridget at the parts department and she worked with me in the service center, they ordered some blanks and she kept me posted several time on the status of the order and them arriving. Apparently my car is a very oddball car because they had to take this to more extreme measures and hang onto one of my spare keys to track this key down (nothing was coming up when we researched it online either), this ended working out, the new key works just fine and Im really happy. I look forward to doing business with Mountain States Toyota in the future, if they treated my minor request with such care and attention I imagine anything higher priority will get the same/even better service!
Theyre just too busy. I waited over 20 minutes before a Service Advisor could even get to me. And then over an hour and a half for what basically amounted to a tire rotation plus fluid level checks. It feels like they schedule too many appointments at the same time. Maybe this is just how all the Toyota dealers are now. I will be trying a different dealer to see.
Addison and Claudia took great care of me! They were very friendly and helpful, I walked away feeling good about the service provided here. Highly recommended.
I spent a fair bit of money ($2k) for tires and alignment and the vehicle was NOT drivable when I picked it up. This is a newer model vehicle with ONLY 30k miles on it. Dont even mention the fact 30k miles should not require new tires. When I picked it up, It shook so bad on the highway it was a miracle I didnt lose control. It was released to me in a completely unsafe condition. I purchase this vehicle brand new for a lot of money, it barely has any miles on it, I have always had it serviced at MS Toyota. There is no reason why this should have happened. It also caused a huge issue with me not being offered a replacement vehicle while this one was being worked on for the second time, when it should have been usable after putting $2k into it. It was fine when i dropped it off and a pile of vibrating garbage when I picked it up.
I went in recently to look at used 4Runners.As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Dylan. Very friendly and energetic from start to finish. I told him I had done my homework, had a trade and wanted to see if they could offer a competitive price. While they were appraising my car Dylan brought me to a computer and we started browsing inventory. He was very knowledgeable on the 4Runner and was very thorough during the entire process. This is the 4th or 5th car I’ve bought, and easily the best experience so far. Thanks Dylan and Paul for making it a fun process! Highly recommend this dealership!
Bobbi - the customer service rep - did an excellent job of keeping me filled in on the work being performed, cost and progress. The car was clean when I picked it up.
Scheduled Inspection at 25,000 miles. There was no charge. My appointment was for 9:40 AM. I arrived at 9:20 AM and had to wait approximately 40 minutes, in line, to see a service representative (too long). On this day, there was not much of a line at 11 AM. I waited another one and a half hours to have the inspection performed. The paper report is reasonable, but the email report contains useless photos and letter codes which are not explained. Dont waste my time please. Many people were seated in the waiting area, but Twin Lakes Park (Adams County) is right across the street, with walkable trails, and a playground.
Randy Hendricks is great, I highly recommend him is you are looking for a new or used vehicle. I have told all of my friends how awesome this dealership is. Thank you!
Excellent level of customer service, timely processing, knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. My go-to place from now on!
Mountain States Toyota is the best place to buy your vehicle & get it serviced. Professional & on time.
Took my car there for maintenance, my car spent the night there without my knowledge, called no answer went there next day an my car wasn’t fixed. Since yesterday morning my car wasn’t worked on.
Scott was FANTASTIC help! I was there for my regular 35K maintenance and casually mention a minor issue with my gas door spring. And he got it fixed for me UNDER WARRANTY!!!
I brought my RAV 4 in for 10K service. As I have become accustom to, Toyota once again exceeded my expectations with customer service, timeliness, and pleasant surroundings while I waited.Very great service center.
Todd Wilkins and the rest of the team were very pleasant and helpful.
Johnny is by far the most pleasant salesman we have dealt with in our many decades of life! Honest, serving heart, genuine and aims to get you the car you want, not just make a sale. We recommend him and this dealership highly.
Service was fine. However, they did not apply the buy one wiper and get the other wiper for $1 coupon like they were supposed to. When I was checking out, I provided the coupon; they took my bill to revise it, said they did, and when I checked after I got home I realized they didnt apply the discount and charged be for both wipers. I have called back and chatted on the website and have been getting the run around. . . .
All my service on my vehicles are performed by Mountain States Toyota. I always know my vehicles are taken care of properly if there is an issue service calls to provide price and obtain approval. Staff cares can handle all our needs the first time.
Alex Gomez was great salesperson to work with. Professional, thorough, and low key. I have purchased many cars and this was probably the best experience. Very chill but also knowledgeable and detail oriented. Great service.
I worked with Romney to get an oil change and mileage service done on my car. They also recommended services to help improve my car and a few damaged parts of my paint and rim. Overall good experience with inviting and professional staff. Very professional and was updated about everything done to my car. The coffee machine also makes a great triple shot cappuccino.
We worked with Joe Solis at Mountain States Toyota. Joes work ethic is impeccable. The challenge we had obtaining our new Tacoma was overcome by his attention to detail and exemplary communication skills. We highly recommend Mr. Joe Solis to help you purchase your next vehicle. There is no one better in our opinion.
Got checked OK. Got some upgrades. They told me it would be 3 hours. That was a surprise because all other appointments were just an hour. I had no ride so I had to sit and wait. Wish I would have known. In the end, I got a text message that that said to pay online by credit card. I did that and waited around but nobody came forward to say thank-you. Everybody else was contacted by name. Not me. I went out to the garage. Nobody offered assistance or approached me. I saw my car sitting in the outgoing line. I walked over to it and did a walk around. For a courtesy wash, they did a poor job. Bugs still all over the front of the car. In the end I drove away not knowing if I was free to leave. Again, not even a thank-you, no contact. If this is the process, they need to work on customer service. Very poor.
Mountain Sates has always made servicing of my Tacoma easy. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee is on.Drake Eastburn
The most professional and easy purchase experience of a new car in Colorado from out of state. Airport pickup, drive to dealership, quick transaction and off to UC Boulder to start University life. Luv my new RAV4 hybrid and Seth in the sales/delivery department. Thank you all at Mountain State Toyota it was an Awesome experience!
I’ve been going to Toyota for a few years now. I’ve never had a bad experience. All the service members are super helpful & nice. I would like to point out a specific member, Romny. He was beyond helpful & went above & beyond with my last visit. Thank you Romny!
I purchased a 2019 Nissan SV 4X4 from this dealership. The vehicle had only 46K and is in excellent condition. It was a cash deal and the experience at Mountain States Toyota was easy and comfortable.
We called and asked if the the first service was covered under warranty, and the answer was yes. After driving for 30 mins, we were told the grace period was passed and wanted to charge us $130... no freaking way!
Every dealer Ive ever been to gives coffee, snacks, juice, and water while a car is getting their service. Mountain States gives stale coffee and warm water. They charge .25 for the few pieces of candy they have in a small machine.Mind you, I dont go to a dealer for the food, but the total lack of attention to detail compared to my other experiences (example Burt) makes me almost embarrassed forMountain States pathetic service. We spent 50k for our vehicle. I think a cold bottle of water and a small snack isnt too much to ask, especially since the competition does it.
Flawless appointment for my routine maintenance on my new 4Runner.
I asked them to check out the headlight that wasn’t working with a new bulb during a routine oil change. Charged me $140 to tell me the bulb was burnt out and a new bulb would be $100. I said I had just replaced the bulb and was careful not to touch the bulb with my fingers but they insisted that was the cause. The service tech was particularly condescending when I asked him if they checked everything else and it was for sure the bulb. Well, another new bulb and it still doesn’t work. Pretty awful service and waste of money to not fix the problem.
The regular 6 mo appointment, I stayed and waited. They tried to have done by 10:30 - 11:00am but car was finished at 10am! With a car wash to boot! Very friendly, professional service
Great, they improved the service a lot.Thank you.
Took my vehicle in for a warranty bumper repair and the service location broke my sensor. I called right away and let them know, the next time I went in they said it had been too long and wouldnt cover anything.I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership for anything. Untrustworthy and will not own up to any issues they cause. I suggest finding a different dealership to get your service and car purchases done. I have had much better experiences with Stevinson Toyota East.
Romny was professional and brought my attention to an additional problem and all work was completed in a timely manor.
Amazing dealership, no bs straight to the point, I had a great stress free experience working with Mountain States Toyota. I really like the laid back atmosphere and beautiful showroom they have. Ask for Patrick Ericsson he took care of everything I needed and gave me all the answers and information I needed to pick the right car for me!
Wonderful service and friendly, on time. Everything is clean I am treated with respect.
My experience with Mountain States for a repair was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff, good communication, and quality of work. Andre worked on my vehicle and fixed the problem and texted me updates on the vehicles status. Will definitely be using Mountain States for service whenever needed.
The process of purchasing my 2019 Tacoma was fine and uneventful. However, I purchased it back in August of 2020 and still have not been able to register it. Why? Because Mountain States sold the truck without having a title, and they still dont have it. It has been 10 months since I bought the truck and the third (and final) round of temporary tags expired in January. Therefore I am stuck making payments for insurance and truck that I cant drive.I am filing a complaint with Auto Industry Division of the CO Department of Revenue.
Mountain States Toyota service dept. is always top notch. Everybody is super friendly & they get the service done quickly. Their entire process is just really efficient.
Awesome dealership, and my service advisor Robert Flageolle is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to his job..
Its the cleanest thing you ever did see. The service bays were spotless and stuff. But let me tell you about Johnny... That guy is the bomb salesman! Hes funny, knowledgeable about stuff like bullets and cars and trucks. He sold us a car with new tires and was funny too. That guy rocks!
Just bought and financed a car here and had a great experience. Doan, our salesman was great! We got a fantastic deal on an excellent car and they helped us finance it without any issues.
I recently purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Mountain State Toyota and I absolutely love it! My car dealer Dylan Batch was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made this process very fast for me. It was easily the best experience buying a new vehicle, I will absolutely be sending anyone looking his way. Also I have to mention Javier who flawlessly tinted my windows in record breaking time.
Employees were friendly, professional, and very service oriented. I was quite impressed.
Great service staff!Timely and thorough.Highly recommend.
I went for service and had a noise and a/c concern and $140 later they tell me no problem found . the noise I’m hearing is normal brake pad noise and the a/c is working proper when the clutch makes a loud noise when engaging. So for $140.00 they tell me it’s normal how can they charge me $140.00 to do nothing dont make sense to me
Romny was great - very thorough and patient to explain the work and even future measures to reduce additional wear on our car. He conveyed trust and guidance - will definitely want to work with him again in all future work.
The person who I worked with at Mountain States Toyota failed to inform me that ToyotaCare does not cover tire balance, it only covers rotation and I was duped into spending an extra 22 dollars on my brand new RAV4. It’s not the amount that bothers me, it’s simply the principle of the matter. Tire rotation and balance is pretty standard. Mountain States Toyota needs to work on transparency, amongst other things, such as wait times.
John S was a great help in finding us a brand new Rav4 so quickly, even with the lack of inventory. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He made the whole process enjoyable instead of dreadful. Thank you John!
Efficiently received and completed on time. Good service. I hope the the new fuel pump lasts a long time.
8/4/21 I drove home my first new car in 17 years! I worked with sales consultant, Michael Ramsteter, to buy my new RAV4 Hybrid. This was a great experience from start to finish. Michael walked me through the differences in the RAV4 models, helped me pick the features that mattered to me. I received good value for my 17 year old Toyota Highlander. With my car coming from Japan, Michael kept me appraised of the cars arrival to the US and when to expect the arrival in Colorado. Once the car arrived, Michael set a pick up time for it. My new car was sparkling when we sat down in it. Michael walked me through the many features and helped me do little things like sync my phone to the car. Stellar experience from start to finish. I will be returning to Mountain States Toyota for service in the future. Thank you! Looking forward to my first road trip soon!
Had to drop off my vehicle the night before my appointment and the whole process was easy, and the guys there did a really great job on top of it.

I traded in a car and left with a beautiful used Subaru Forrester! Thank you to Cole Harris for making the process easy for me.
For a very, very busy place they were very efficient, well staffed, courteous and have a comfortable, nicely furnished waiting area.
Mountain States was able to get my Vehicle in and out in 2 days without an appointment. I appreciated the effort they made
I went out there to buy a car today. Dan Healy was amazing helped me through the whole process and so did the finance department.I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go there!
I could not speak highly enough of Mountain States Toyota and the entire staff. The service department is thorough and efficient, and if youre looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle, Paul is the guy to talk to.
