Sam fixed my Mercedes Benz C300 after a fender bender and it looks even better than it did brand new. I would recommend this company to any of my family and friends.

Beware! Took my car in for service recently to this place and the two credit cards that I used for payment both had fraudulent activity within a week! I am very suspicious that someone who works at this place is stealing credit card information and selling it. Fortunately whoever did this doesn’t realize that fraud detection is pretty sophisticated these days and that they’ll be tracked down pretty quickly. Both banks’ fraud departments are working on this and I will be filing a police report.

Ive been with S.A. Automotive for years. They always did a good job at fixing my car doing a good job and giving a reliable and timely fashion! Sam is knowledgeable and his workers are clean and good at what they do.

Did great body work on a 2010 Dodge Charger drivers side were it was broadsided in a parking lot. The were quick about getting the job done and the quality of work did not suffer in any way because of being quick. Cant even tell the car was ever hit. GREAT WORK GUYS!

Samir has been our family mechanic for over 10 years back in the day in his small shop. He has always been good to us, honest and good service provider. Ive also purchased a few cars from him. Ive never had an issue with him personally or his staff.

The staff at SA Automotive did a fantastic job repairing my car. When my car was brought in, I thought it would be totaled. They fully repaired it and it looks better than it did before. The staff there, Justin and Renee are great. But I was sold a broken car and they won’t help me out with it. It needed several things fixed, the head of the service department told me I had a broken head gasket and they couldn’t help out because it was too expensive. He told me he replaced my spark plugs when In fact I went to get a second opinion and they were definitely never changed, so he lied. I still am having major car issues and they are not willing to trade it in. Thanks SA automotive

My wife left here car all day 8am to 5pm with these guys and they had absolutely no idea of the problem.

To me price & job done right is the most important, but they are also friendly and service done in reasonable time. I have been taking our late model Lexus SUV & Honda to them for diagnostics and repair. I never go to the dealer anymore after discovering SA Automotive.

This past February, I unfortunately wrecked my girlfriends Honda CRV and SA Automotive came recommended by our tow truck driver that day. Other body shops I approached for quotes were either so busy they couldnt even give me a quote for WEEKS and another went to work on writing up a quote and never got back to me. Renee from SA Automotive was very nice and down-to-earth and though she was strapped for time the day I brought the CRV to their shop, she still took the time to assess the damage and start working up a quote for me. Since I had decided to sidestep making an insurance claim, Renee and Co. worked hard to get me the lowest quote price possible. I was very surprised at the price they quoted me at. They did great work and got it done quickly. Then, lo and behold, 2 weeks later, my girlfriend wrecked MY car! So, I had no hesitation to have the tow truck driver take my car right over to SA Automotive. They were very appreciative of the return business, gave me a discount, and kept me updated on progress every step of the way. I will never use another body shop in the Denver area. SA Automotive are the absolute champions of quality and service!

Hands down the best experience Ive had with a mechanic ever in my (albeit, short) life! Sam was so kind and quick - he dropped everything to check the codes for my check engine light, and even drove around the block after I made it clear I would probably just leave the transmission until it dies and not bother getting any work done.He was also very patient in explaining to me what was wrong and what my options are. I am definitely coming back here and recommending this place to everyone!

Despite of the nice staff that I have dealt with (especially Renee) and their reasonable prices, I was very disappointed with their services as the car got broken down once I got out of the shop after the car had spent over 4 weeks to be repaired! Now they will tell me to wait another week to repair the damn temperature elevation..also, their finishing (quality) of the work is too bad, they left the front seats too nasty and ugly.. Will never use them again.

Bought a Mercedes Benz in October had electrical issues at the end of November they towed my car to their shop and within 2 days the work was completed just recently had a front boot go out on the Mercedes and once again within two days the work was completed excellent service outstanding customer service would refer to a friend any day thanks Jordan

These guys are HACKS, HACKEY, and HACKERS. They will lie to your face and lie to cover up another lie for lying to u. I brought my car here and when i came back 5 days later, the car had not moved it was in the same spot where i parked it. They told me they had worked on it, when in fact I know they didnt. Id rather hear they didnt work on my car than lied to. LIARS!!CHEATS!!!!THEIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wifes car had to be brought back twice after simple repair due to a wire slipping loose. Once Ill give but twice...

This place is by far the worst place to buy a car. I bought an 06 Subaru wrx Sti from the salesman Lon telling me the car is in prestine condition due to his son being the previous owner. Within 24 hours the engine threw a crankshaft bearing. They got it towed back to the shop telling me that the knock was due to bad gas and later telling me the real news. I paid upfront for an extended warranty. They told me that the malfunction happened so soon that they would not cover it what so ever and the warranty company would not have any sort of warranty on my vehicle. They then took the money that was suppose to be for warranty to put a new crankshaft and bearings in the vehicle about 10,000 miles later I started to smell oil burning from my vehicle. I took it to a shop and they deemed the concern to be the technician Sam over tightening my right side head and cracking the shortblock. They also notified me that the only reason for it lasting as long as it did was due to the application of jb weld to my shortblock. As I then started working at a Subaru dealership I then started noticing that their reassembly of the longblock was by far the worst I have ever seen. my longblock is leaking from the heads, cam carriers, valve covers, and the turbo. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of business and I would not recommend anyone to ever come to this shop. If I could rate -stars I would in a heartbeat.
