We arrived at the showroom shortly after 9am ready to test drive and purchase a car. Doors locked despite hours posted as 9am opening. Went in to the service area and was told oh they generally show up about 930 or so. Really?? He let us into the showroom and we wandered around for 15 minutes while two employees sat in the glass walled offices and ignored us. I finally approached and asked if anyone was available (cant believe I had to ask) and was told oh yeah they are all in a training. Im guessing it wasnt a customer service training at this point. Waited another 10 minutes and then a salesperson joined us. He was fine but wasnt very enthusiastic about the whole experience. He joined us for the test drive and also took a call from his wife during the drive. Let me make this clear, we were ready to purchase a car for cash that day. He told us it would be several weeks at least before we could get the model we wanted which in the end was fine since we both decided this was not the place for us and certainly not a luxury car experience. We purchased elsewhere.

The process was seamless— and Justin Green helped the whole process along. As a first time BMW owner, i didn’t know about all of the super cool stuff and Justin was patient throughout the process.

My family and I just moved into to Colorado Springs and needed to get a vehicle for my wife. She found the one she wanted at BMW of Denver. We called and were put in contact with Justin Green who is a top notch sales associate. He was extremely professional and very courteous. After we talked to him he was able to take care of most of the process electronically for us. We messaged him and told him we were driving up to get the car. It turns out he was off but came in to make sure were taken care of and got the vehicle without any problems. We have two toddlers and he did everything he could to make the process quick and painless and had us in and out with a new car in about an hour. I couldnt be happier with the entire process overall.The finance department was great as well. A lot of times they will try to push warranties and other packages on you. That wasnt the case here. He simply showed us what was available if we wanted it. Again they made everything quick and painless.If you want a great experience when buying a vehicle i highly recommend Mr. Green and the rest of the team at BMW Denver.

Ryan Breda at BMW of Denver Downtown was able to procure an excellent overall experience of my recent 2021 BMW X3M purchase. I am sure that like for many, buying a BMW is not your first time at a car dealership. I have had my share of luck with 4runners from Groove Toyota down but it was time to upgrade to something with a lot more under the hood.Test drove the car after 5pm on a Saturday, dealership closed on Monday (why, Colorado?), Ryan was in contact via text, preparing me to simultaneously get out of my lease and we inked the deal on Tuesday. I searched online for the prefect car for me, I found the one at BMW of Denver Downtown. My husband and I made the trip from Fort Collins for a test drive, and I loved it. I worked with both Rod and Amin and they were WONDERFUL. They went over and above to meet my needs, they were friendly and funny and made me feel totally comfortable with my purchase. Though my husband was with me, he was quickly side tracked by the football game on TV and went to watch the game leaving me alone to work numbers and fill out paperwork. I felt totally comfortable doing this alone with these men. Sometimes women feel as though they will be taken advantage of, or not be heard, or respected, etc when making a large purchase. This was not at all the case with BMW of DD. I had a great experience. Thank you Rod and Amin! I will always remember you!

My check engine light came on while I was in Vail. I was able to get hold of Dave during off-hours and he helped us diagnose what may be the issue. Unable to get the engine light to turn off, Dave recommended we come to the Denver dealer and have the car checked. We arrived at around 8.30 am and were greeted by Brandon who promptly took care of us. Brandon and Dave coordinated their efforts and we got our car back within an hour. Great customer service and felt very good about the dealer and the staff.

Go here and ask for Jack!! I went to this BMW dealership to purchase a really inexpensive used Mazda. Considering how I was treated, you would have thought I was buying a fully loaded 5 series. I was greeted and offered water and shown around like a VIP. When they took me to see my car - reminder a really cheap used car - IT HAD A BOW ON IT! Seriously I’m so floored at how well I was treated. The customer service is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I was in and out but felt welcome to stay as long as I’d like. I expect this when I’m spending big bucks….but not buying a used Mazda. Absolutely blown away.

Even though I had some unexpected issues arise Evan was really helpful and tried to hook us up anyway possible, and their finance guy, Amin, gave us a better rate than my own bank.We couldn’t take the car home immediately due to an issue with the downpayment (used the wrong freaking card!!!) and Evan offered to dropped the car to our house next day and pick up the downpayment!They let me test drive the car for a couple of hours, I even took it back home. Evan was very patient with us and always quick to reply. And hooked us up with a protection package! Overall it was a great experience, and we’re happy with our X3M

Took my 335 GT into the service department for a possible transmission leak. The service technician was great - he took a video walk-through with voice description of the issue and everything related. I had a full video description of the issues and service. This is a fantastic service and provides a level of comfort that you cant get from other dealers. A+ for providing your customers with a video walk through of everything going on. By the way, they let me know that nothing was leaking from my transmission, I ran over some red oily liquid that splashed up on my undercarriage. Great guys and very happy with my service experience at BMW of denver.

Full disclosure, we did not buy a car from this dealership. However, I did want to add a review because of the great service we got while taking a test drive at this facility. The sales rep we worked with was named Abel, and he showed us a few cars and worked closely with us to try and find the perfect car within our price range, and the best part was without the typical car salesman pressure. Abel really helped us out, and his up front and honest reviews of the cars made us want to come back if we decide to go with a BMW on the future. Five stars!

Not good follow-up on information on cars. Interested in 2015 x5 for my parents but can not get any photos sent to me for purchase from another state and if going to fly in want to see what I am getting before I book flight. Sales rep has not called back and Internet Concierge was going to advise the manager and as of now no callback. Still interested in the car but concerned about customer service. When my wife and I arrived at BMW of Denver the experience when we walked thru the door was going to be amazing. The facility was very impressive. My wife and I had the opportunity to work with our BMW client Matt Ardehali and upon the first introduction we knew we had an excellent representative. Matt is very knowledgeable about BMW products and during are test drive of the vehicle he was able to answer any questions about the BMW we were interested in purchasing. When the time came to decide to make the purchase is the words I feel best described MAT was Above and Beyond The initial offer was not at the terms we where looking for. He asked great check in questions and upon our feed back he was able to negotiate an offer in which both parties agreed. A great quality client advisor such is Matt is not to sell us on the BMW. It happens when you partner with the client to determine what theirneeds are. Matt is excellent at what he does and it made are car purchase a great experience.

This dealership is amazing. I didn’t even buy my BMW from them but they are always helpful when I come in for service. I came in for new brake pads because my car said I was due. The service techs sent a very informative video of my vehicle showing that I actually had plenty of brake pad left and did not need replacing them yet. The service writer also saved me money on my oil change. Incredible experience, highly recommended!

My experience was ambivalent. First off I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from them approximately 2 months ago. They were going to send me and my family back to Albuquerque, NM with nails and screws in my tires until I spotted several screws/nails in the rear left and right front tires. They pulled both and told me the nails/screws were new of course, implying that I must have acquired them during my test drive which I find comical because I drove on the highway 90% of the time. The jeep did not come with a spare which I thought was strange. Instead they threw in a bare bones BMW tire service kit meant for standard tire sizes, mine are 35. Furthermore, I was just informed that they still havent sent my title to my bank. On the day of the vehicle sale they stated they would promptly send the title to my bank as previously stated. Now, 2 months later I learned they never sent the title.. the excuse from the clerk was covid.. My temporary tag expires this week, and I conveniently am unable to reach their title archive professional.. Ive never had such an unprofessional experience buying a vehicle.

Very helpful staff, Abel did a great job of helping me pick a vehicle. Although, I must say when it came time to purchase my car, I found out that there was a bit of hail damage from a hail storm the previous day. I was assured by Abel that the vehicle will be taken care of and the damage will be repaired (and this is just one of those unfortunate situations where ‘things just happen’ and this in no way is the fault of BMW of Denver- in two weeks the dealership will start the repair work). Otherwise everything else went very smoothly right down to working with Jay and getting the final papers signed. The dealership is a first rate operation- thank you again Abel and Jay, and I am looking forward to working with this group in the coming years for service, maintenance and purchase of accessories for my new car- thank you very much BMW of Denver!

Brandon was my service representative and he was as warm, welcoming and friendly as the last time I was in. In fact, I remembered him because he was so wonderful last time. He is so professional and makes everything super easy. I arrived early but was checked in immediately; I waited in the waiting area while my car’s recall was addressed. I I recently purchased a used 2021 Ram from BMW of Denver Downtown. The experience was great, very nice facilities. Fantastic little coffee bar inside. (it’s the little things that make me happy!) I worked with Nick Nichols there, he did a great job. He had just the right amount of follow-up pre-sale (no pressure at all). Once I took possession of the truck there was a service item that popped up that needed to be done. (replace shocks) They took care of it immediately by working with a shop closer to my house so I didn’t have to drive 30 mins to bring the truck back to them. Finance was good, they were very busy the day I came in so I had to wait about 45 mins, but once I was in finance it was quick in and out and again no pressure to buy something I didn’t want. They overall did a great job and I have already referred someone to Nick.

I submitted a Request to Test Drive online and was contacted the next day by the eSales Agent, Davor Vucic, who did a great job of providing me with all the necessary info for the car I was interested in, and helping me get my test drive scheduled. Huge thanks to Arsen Azatyan who showed me the car, gave honest feedback, and thoroughly showed me all the cars features during the test drive. He was super patient throughout the process and made sure that all my questions were answered and made sure the whole process would go as smoothly as possible. Lastly, I met with finance, and big thanks to J. He gave clear descriptions on the warranty and financing options, and which combinations best fit my car and financial needs. Our sale rep Dimitri was awesome. He was very personable and was more like a friend helping us test drive cars. That is a breath of fresh air in an industry that can feel intimidating and cold. We can’t thank him enough for being so patient when we had to bring our 1 year old with us on each test drive. We truly got lucky getting him as our sales rep!As for BMW of Denver, great location. My one recommendation is to have a front desk person greet you. We went to multiple BMW dealerships that day and having 1st class experience ( serve you drinks, get you checked in, make you feel welcome) really makes a difference in the buying experience and is something that was completely missing from the dealership.

Will never get parts from this dealership. I had the part number ready, asked the dealer to do an inventory check on other dealers and the guy at the parts counter refused. He stated We only do an inventory check for individuals in our area I work for a dealer myself and would go above and beyond for anyone in or out of the united states looking for any information on parts. I called BMW of San Antonio and asked if they had the part in question and they didnt have the part in inventory. The gentleman at this dealership then went ahead and did a inventory check of the United States before I even asked! Save your money if you are out of state trying to find a part and give San Antonio a call. This is not what a parts department should be like.

Update: the service mgr called to discuss. Great discussion, truly helpful. Revising rating to 4 stars.Original post: At first I thought it was a pretty decent experience, but now I have to adjust my rating lower (2 stars). On 2 occasions I brought my full-warranty car in with low coolant. Each time, nothing was found. On 2 other occasions I tried the other dealer close by. They couldnt find anything either.Fast forward to 2021. Now, out of warranty, my trusted mechanic says it was an obvious leak in the radiator where plastic meets metal. He takes pictures says he can tell theres no abuse and its in a spot where a driver couldnt do anything to damage it.I call to talk to service mgr, get bounced to vmail 4 times. No reply.This market for cars wont always be this good. How they treated me will now live on this review page. Someday, when they look at why their ad budget is so high, they can look back to this review.All they had to do was to take my call and try to get the mfr to cover it. If thatd failed, Id likely feel differently.They chose what story they want me to share when someone asks for a reference. Instead of a warm referral, I am left with only this story to share.

My wife and I walked into the BMW dealership of Denver downtown and were greeted nicely.We were taken to a table to discuss the details of purchasing a car on a payment plan. Dave took us out to see the car, and when I asked if I could test drive it, Dave talked me into putting off the test drive until the calculations and signing for the credit check process were done first, a process that he told us would not be completed today as it was near closing time and we told him ok we understand. Once I had let him know an approximate amount of down payment we would be able to make (yes a reasonable amount for a car of this price range), we were told they would be in touch the next day and since we had already signed the paperwork to do the credit check it would be done by then. The next day came and we called around 5:15 pm. Dave said he nor his partner had time to do the credit check, nor did he think anything would be done if we came in that day as they’ve been “too busy”. He said he would see if he could complete the credit before close. We got a message at the end of the day saying it hasn’t been done and we haven’t heard back since. It has been 3 days now. We felt we were brushed off, slighted and shoved to the side in priority of other higher paying customers even though our credit was decent and we had a decent down payment to offer. Those things shouldn’t play a part in how we were treated nonetheless, we’d like to think that if we didn’t qualify or we werent going to bring the high amount of revenue they prefer from customers, certainly they would tell us right away, but they didn’t even bother to work with us. We were literally ignored and shoved sideways.

I was able to set an appointment to do recalls the next day. My service advisor was very helpful with answering my questions. The service was done fast, despite of them being backed up. I am disappointed about the damage caused from the wash. A small part of the front bumper was nicked from the license plate bracket. I spoke to the manager but they will not do anything about it because it is an aftermarket accessory and theyre not liable for any damages caused by their car wash. Along with that, I noticed additional scratches on the body under sunlight. If anyone cares about the cosmetics of their vehicle, I recommend to ask them to not wash the car during service. Thats what I will be doing from now on.

I had some issues pop up on my screen that said I needed to bring it in. I brought it on Thur and expected it back on Friday. Found out the part wasnt going to be in until Sat. so I wouldnt get it back until Monday. Monday I received a call saying it would be ready at the end of the day unless I needed it back earlier. I called and said I needed it b/w 11:30-12:30 and Jorge said it would be done by then and hed call me to let me know when it was done. I never received a call. I 1called him at 12:20 for an update and had to leave a message, I called back at 1:02, left another message and finally heard from him at 1:41. I told him he should not have promised me a time to have it back if it wasnt going to be done and then if things changed the least he could have done was call me back during the time promised with an update. Better communication would be appreciated!!

I had a great experience buying my first BMW here. I went here for a used 2017 BMW xi and he had it ready for me to test drive after a 40 min drive down there. He pointed out all the specs, and even talked about maintenance with me (he was a former mechanic for BMWs).The process was easy and he gave me NO pressure to buying the vehicle.As soon as we started paperwork, he got the vehicle detailed and filled with gas, so I didnt have to wait.He went to the gas station while I was waiting for my cosigner to arrive, and purchased me snacks of my choice (he honestly didnt have to ask, but he did anyways).Even though it wasnt new, he still put a giant red bow on it for me because its my first BMW. Because Jack is also a BMW owner, he was able to show me even more about my car because its so digital.I honestly thought it was just get the keys and go, but he told me he wanted to go over a few things (settings in the car).Great experience!

Customer service was much better this time around. My tech guy has to be one of the best in the country and if I had cash I would have tipped him a fifty. He was that good! The entire experience was pleasant, and I felt appreciated and welcomed. Moreover, my car was cleaned and actually dried off this time, which is the opposite of the last time my car was serviced there.

This is the second time I’ve had to come in for a tire exchange. I’ve worked with the same service representative who has yet to introduce himself. This is also the second time where I’ve been left stranded because it’s going to take them all day to get to my car...for a tire change. I understand they’re a busy facility, but a heads up ahead of time would be nice especially when I made the appointment days ago. Loaner cars are never available when I ask. COVID took away the shuttle service. Make sure you don’t have anywhere to be when you make an appointment.

Was hoping this experience wouldnt feel like a scam, but it did... and has turned out to be one.I bought a pre-owned 2017 X1 that was supposed to come with Permaplate, Clearmask protection and window tints for an extra $5,000. There was a small dent on the side and a stain in the back seat that they agreed to fix and I would pick up the car with all of the above mentioned applied and fixed. A few days later I went to pick up the car expecting all to be taken care of as agreed, but there was no window tinting and the stain was still there - I asked about the permaplate and clear mask and the salesman said its invisible but assured me it was on there. I came back again in almost a week to pick up the car and the stain was still on the back seat! They told me to come and make another appointment to have it fixed (this would be the 3rd appointment when all was supposed to be taken care of at once.)A few months later my friend bought a car from here and when he showed me his car, I could see the clearmask protection they applied! I brought mine back to the dealership and they told me that it was never applied to my vehicle. So I paid and financed a service that was never applied to my car! I doubt they even put the permaplate protection on, but how would I ever know since its invisible. I asked for a refund for the services that were never taken care of and they said they would get back to me after the weekend. Of course, now theyve gone silent on me and I havent heard back from them.So now I have a car that still has a stain in the backseat and no clearmask and maybe not even permaplate which I paid for.Dont be fooled by the fact that its a BMW dealership, this is a typical run-of-the-mill scammer car dealership. Dont buy your car from here unless you like being taken advantage of.

Biggest waste of time. I drove 30 minutes to come here to speak with someone about helping with a trade in and purchasing a new vehicle. Got pre-approved with a third party lender that specializes in working with open bankruptcies and the sale man didn’t put much effort into helping. Didn’t even want to put in an application or anything. Just flat out said “we can’t help you”. Don’t say you work with these financial institutions and then turn people down when they ask for help. Don’t waste your time here if you don’t make $100,000 a year.

My sales person Dimitri was a nightmare to deal with before, during and even now after the purchase of my car. He never returns my calls or emails, he will give me incorrect information, and at times lie to me about where we were in the process of the purchase. I am waiting for information on my registration and plates but no one will help me, just send me to voicemails that never get listened too apparently, or worst, they do listen to them and dont care. I hope management can speak to him about this issue and provide better training. I am very disappointed as a BMW repeat customer. Once you purchase your car, good luck ever getting in touch with anyone at the dealer. If management ever reads this, dont reply, you have my contact information in your system. Use it.

My wife and I had an incredible, stress-free experience working with Dimitri Skordos @ BMW of Denver Downtown. When our new car purchase at another dealership went sideways at the eleventh hour, we were in a bind to find a new car in a timely manner to replace our family car that we sold days before. On July 2nd, I traded in my vehicle and leased a BMW X3 and with that trade, the positive equity was to be applied to my lease agreement and BMW Downtown Denver was to send Chrysler Capital the pay off amount. Fast forward to August 12th, I get a call from Chrysler Capital and they stated they never received a pay off check and that my account was two months behind. I dont know how my trade in is for sale, despite them not paying for the vehicle. I tried called this location seven times, with the first three times getting the run around. Then the last 4 the receptionist just started transferring me to anyone that answered. I left a voicemail with the Finance Manager and still havent heard from anyone here and its been three days. I even texted Dimitrios Skorods, my salesperson, and no response. I called BMW Consumer Relations on Aug. 12th and even the representative stated that this sounds shady and she would put in a dealer reach out for someone to contact me. Its been two days since the dealership reach out was put in and no one has even attempted to contact me. Because the trade in affects my mom, her credit from the Chrysler account was affected too. She tried calling the BMW general number, got the run around too and then decides to call my Finance person, Evan Andrianakos. He stated that apparently they sent the check but theyll have corporate send another. No company would willingly just send another 30K check if they believe they did it the first time. Now I have to hope that this place sent the check this time since clearly no one can do something they do on a daily basis. Im still waiting for a call from someone with an explanation. No customer when dealing with these major transactions should have to go through these many hoops and still not hear from anyone when this location is who messed up, not me. I would avoid coming here and avoid dealing with Dimitri and Evan if you expect your transactions to be handled legally and respectfully and expect to be treated fairly.

DO NOT do business with this dealership!Background on my situation: I took my leased car in to have a jammed seat belt latch fixed and was given my car back without the latch fixed and with a low tire pressure indication light on, which turned out to be a flat tire. I did not have any indication lights on when I dropped my car off nor did the dealership communicate this or any indication lights were on during the two days they had my car in their possession.When I reached out to the general manager about it (Edward F.) he was rude, condescending, did not listen to me when I attempted to explain to him an issue I was having with the dealership. He continually interrupted me while I was talking, he denied the dealership was at fault for the issue then proceeded to yell at me to go “educate myself” and “go Google” because I was wrong about my personal experience with BMW tire pressure sensors. He also attempted to hang up on me because “the conversation was going nowhere” yet he couldn’t provide me with information on the status of my car.This was literally the worst customer experience I have ever had and will no longer be a customer once my current lease is up. The general manager single-handedly destroyed a relationship with a once loyal customer in less than 10 minutes, but I am sure he could care less since he didn’t seem to care that I filed a complaint on the dealership with BMW of NA.Additionally, he lied to me when I asked for information on who he reports to, he stated that he was the owner of the dealership and reported to himself. Clearly, that is incorrect since Sonic Automotive owns the dealership.Update: I was able to speak to Edward’s boss from Sonic (Chip) who could care less about how horribly the general manager treated me and didn’t think it was out of line for the general manager to yell, be rude and condescending to me. Good luck to anyone doing business with these guys since they don’t care about customers!

Purchased my 3 series from these guys and have definitely had buyers remorse after seeing how much I was overcharged on it. (Even with a good condition trade in.) The sales team has no actual intention of working with you on a fair price. If overpaying for the vehicle isnt bad enough freight no longer as the service team will happily drain youre pockets for you. Just to get your vehicle looked at (which most dealerships do for free) cost you just about 200$, an before you ask...NO it does not go into youre repair cost. Dont get me wrong I understood before purchasing my BMW I was getting myself into an expensive car and the maintenance would go right along with it, but Im also no fool when it comes to cars and have very extensive knowledge. I can definitely say this has been my worst dealership experience ever and would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to pack youre checkbook and head far away from this place. They are not here to help.

Dont bother trying to buy a used car from BMW of Denver Downtown unless youre willing to pay cash for a car you cant test drive. I guess I should have dressed up more to interview for my car test drive. I pre-qualified for financing and have a car I own outright with no mechanical defects cleaned and ready to trade, but get stone-walled first because the car hasnt been inspected, so you cant drive it, but I drove it and its great, just take my word for it. Then asked if Im going to pay cash and when I say no, Im pre-qualified for financing, he tells me oh, that car isnt available for financing. Financing through who? After which he proceeds to ask if I Have A JOB. At which point, I so insulted that I walked out.
