I was seen by JD. I knew roughly what I wanted but didnt really know how to explain it in a way that was articulate. JD was awesome about checking in with me through the process and I was able to show him a photo of what I was looking for that made sense to him. So, so pleased with my cut. Alma is who cuts my familys hair and weve been going to hear for years! Not only does she know how to cut thick hair she is very personable. She never just cuts and says ok bye then. She always asks about the family and we talk about it all. She is wonderful!

I usually love my hair when I get it cut here, but not last time.My mother and I had a bad haircut from here. The bottom layers on both were left a lot longer than the other layers. Just watch out for it so you dont end up with a layered mullet.Also my sister got a pixie cut. She brought a picture in that had a basic pixie with longer bangs on top. Hers was very short all over. It was a nice haircut, but definitely not what she asked for.

The worst service Ive had at any hair place, we called for an appointment and they told us to just come in and when we got there they said they could do my hair that day. Same thing the next day. Just ridiculous.

Quick and easy, Ms. Carmen did a great job on my long layered cut. Cheapest in town, too! Usually I get charged 70 for a basic layer and this was only $20! Friendly and lovely :)

I needed to find a hair salon close I googled maps and found Pro-Cuts to be very close. I read the reviews and saw that someone said to ask for Peaches . When I got there she greeted me with her name and I told her that I read on the internet/google maps to ask for her. She was polite and experienced and my hair style was perfect. I havent had my hair cut and styled exactly the way I want in a long while. Thank You Peaches!

I’ve been going here for nearly 10 years . Great ladies, very clean... friendly. Peaches knows my hair and cuts it well; Frankie has also done it and she cuts my dad’s. He is 93 and awnery but she is really sweet with him.

Went in Wednesday morning, one of many times Ive gone there. Dont know the name of the lady that cut my hair but was not happy with it AT ALL! If that would have been my first time to go there, I would never go back. The next time I will call and find out when Peaches is working. She really did a good job when she cut my hair. To bad I cant get a refund!!

Peaches is the best hairstylist Ive had in a very long time. Ive been a return customer for years even though I no longer live in Denton. And...yes, her name is Peaches. She has a clientele that, like me, keeps coming back to her. Shes at the University Drive location. Ask for her, you wont be disappointed.

Ive been going to this location since I was a kid 30 years ago. The service is always great but the turnover rate is insane. I cant remember the last time I had the same stylist twice in a row. Im guessing they just dont make enough money to stay around long enough.

Well... you get what you pay for, maybe less. A ten-minute cut with no shampoo will set you back over $20. Next time, Ill pay another $10 for a salon and get someone who at least makes sure both sides are the same length.

When I saw my 5 year old boys hair cut, I was shocked. Crooked, uneven and butchered around his right ear. I wish I had have looked closer before we left. The older lady that cut his hair, seemed nice, but the process seemed too quick. I fault myself for not checking, but this sucks!!!!

They have a sign that says walk-ins welcome and they give you the time that youd have to wait which is nice because you dont have to go in if you dont have the time to spare they let you know how long youd have to wait which illuminates in red above the door so you can just pull up and look without even getting out of your vehicle its good especially if you have boys or husband that just needs a quick cut $15 we gave $20 we were in there about 7 minutes it was worth it
