DO NOT trust this agent or this company! They WILL NOT be there when you need them . . . even after DECADES of paying your premiums. All you will get from this agent (while he is smacking his gum) is “here’s an 800#, good luck”. And that is a quote! Also, when you tell him of a conversation you had with his office staff he will basically call YOU a liar. Never mind that it was his staff that lied!

Switched to this agent when I moved from CO to TX. Sold my vehicle and needed a non owners policy, which Allstate does not provide. After getting a few quotes and securing a new policy else where that fit my needs, I called to arrange cancelling my policy with Allstate at the end of my billing period. Laura was rude and unprofessional, hung up on me without even thanking me for the business I had provided them or asking if there was anything she could do for me. Called back in and asked to talk to Michael. Julia told me he was out of the office and would call me back. When he called me back and I voiced my concerns, he seemed unbothered and told me to call the 1800 number to address any other outstanding issues. I called the 1800 number and was redirected back to Michael’s office, where Julia then told me there is no way to contact Allstate corporate, except after business hours. Which Michael failed to mention. Julia was also rude, and hung up on me. I switched companies to better suit my current situation and had planned on switching back once I got a new vehicle. That is no longer the case. I would not recommend this particular agent to anyone looking to have a pleasant and professional experience.

Michael Doranski is the best agent. When my son had an accident and adjusters were dragging their feet Michael Doranski stepped it and took care of us and the issue was resolved prompty.

My family has been with this agency for 10+ years. Now, as a homeowner I’m also established with them and continue to get the same respect and great service!

Michaels Allstate Insurance team has been professional and response to our family needs. Especially during the pandemic, they have been checking in via phone and email to see how we are doing. They also provided a program to give monthly money back during this tough time to their clients. Overall, the communication, value, and quality have been great.

Always very helpful for any questions. Quick to reply. Most all of office staff can handle any issues. Been with them around 10 years. No plans to change

If you are looking for big corporate coverage and security with a small family costumer service feel. I would recommend this agency. I felt welcome and was help quickly.

My experience at the Doranski agency has always been a good experience even when we had a claim. I am always treated well, and genuinely feel that my business is extremely appreciated and not taken for granted. They arent perfect, but if they make a mistake they make it right. I would not consider changing my casualty insurance to any other agency.
