Becky is the best handling everything I throw her way. Fast prompt service with a smile and a problem solver. Shes been a call away anytime I need to add or subtract services. I hope she is very happy at the newer place .Its so nice to actually do business and be able to depend on accuracy.

Friendly staff and very helpful on my life insurance policy

I signed up for a new auto insurance policy after not having coverage for three months. The insurance agents at Matt Portzs office accepted my application, telling me that it would be no problem that I didnt have coverage for the three months prior. As of last week, it was NOT okay that I didnt have prior coverage. They called to inform me that my policy would cancel unless I could provide documentation that I was covered while I was not.. which was a conversation I had (documented via email) more than a month prior to this phone conversation. The customer service rep (or agent, not sure) named Sandy has poor customer service skills, especially her tone when talking to a customer the company she works for has wronged. Either they have no idea what they are doing or they are just really bad at business - either way, strongly recommend not working with this agency.
