Randy was very professional helping with my business insurance and personal auto insurance. I was very happy with his service.

I did not like the service that was provided. I am now the one that handles the insurance payment and was recommended to talk to Kenna. I let her know that I will be the one to take over from now on to make sure our payment is on time and such. I was never asked what kind of policy I wanted nor was the policy explained to me. I was told to take the policy to my husband so that he could sign. When I questioned Kenna why She didnt write the policy in my name and add my husband as an additional driver so that I could sign and not have to go to his job have him sign and bring the papers back to her, she got defensive and said to me it was because he was a previous customer. Did not care how inconvenient that was. She didnt ask me for my phone number even when I asked if there was any information she needed from me. I read the policy and realized I didnt have uninsured/underinsured so I asked her why. She replied she could just add it on monday. She said she would call me and let me know how much is was going to be. She calls my husband tuesday to tell him the price. I had to talk to him to talk to her which was very unnecessary. When I told her I wanted my payments on the 15th she did not bother to see if there was anything she could do since I came in on the 3rd. When I called her to tell her I wanted to cancel she said okay and hung up. Very bad customer service, was not prompt calling back, and rude. Do not recommend her. I was however very pleased with the solution Randy offered however I decided not to stay with Farmers because of this.
