Stay clear of this agency. They have agents that aren’t licensed. My mom called to get a homeowner quote and spoke to Genesis. I looked her up online and she’s not licensed. Please take your business elsewhere. You don’t want unprofessionals to handle your business.

AWFUL. Stay clear. Had auto insurance through this company for over a year almost 2. I was able to find better rates for my insurance so I called to cancel my policy. I spoke with my insurance company directly they said I have to go through the agency I purchased it with (billups insurance service agency) which I had no problem with. Spoke with a gentleman yesterday he said he would email my paperwork.... never did. So I called the following day, spoke with a lady she asked me my name over a dozen times (it’s not that hard MARIE) gave her examples (marie callender like the frozen food, Elizabeth Marie which was a Queen) she still didn’t get it. She transferred me to the guy who was helping me yesterday yesterday he was fine today he was just RUDE. I told him I didn’t receive the email, he came with a list of excuses of why he never sent me the forms to cancel my policy. I told him that’s a great list of excuses but you could of called or emailed me that there was hiccups, he continued to argue said “well we were really busy” okay I understand that but that’s still not a reason not to follow through with getting your tasks done or communicating with your client to why you can’t finish a task. So I’m still waiting for my forms. Save yourself a headache and just find somewhere else.

My renewal is coming up and I called and spoke to Sandra. Good customer service is not dead!!! She quoted my auto and gave me a great price and all within the same day. I am definitely referring people to her she was great very thorough and professional!!!
