Customer services is lacklustered at best. Ive overpaid many times because theyre too lazy to update insurance platforms for lengthy customers. Then when a refund is due, theyll dodge your calls/emails and reference the 800 number. Maybe the actual agents are good but the support staff I was forced to interact with was atrocious.
