Brooke was the most helpful customer service individual Ive dealt with in a number of years. She was patient, respectful and kind. As a senior citizen I am often insulted by the lack of respect received. She was different and took the time to ensure I understood my new insurance policy. Thanks

I have been shopping here for years. They always find me an affordable liability only auto insurance option that allows me to afford the cost of covering the two vehicles I drive with 6 month of insurance paid in full at a time. The Krahl agency has always treated me well and kept me covered.

Been going here for around 18 years asked numerous times if they could find a cheaper provider and it was always me doing the follow up calls I guess the sticky notes didnt make it far but the first time I looked I found a provider with the same coverage that cut my rates in half ....should of done this 18 years ago
