I read the reviews this company has and decided to give them a chance based on the reviews. I feel like I made the best choice. I spoke to Selene and Marisol both were AMAZING!! The promptness of the call backs, their willingness to help, the attention to detail, and their knowledge were all the things that won me over as a customer. I was told I would receive a call back at a certain time and sure enough all the promises made were kept, calls were returned at that certain time. Great JOB!

Absolutely the worst insurance company Ive ever done business with or heard of. Consumers please beware this company and stay with one of the larger well known companies. You get what you pay for and Baja insurance is the worst. I had problems with paperwork from the beginning. They would make mistakes admit to the mistake and make me feel like its my fault. And the kicker is when I knew that I had rental reimbursement on my policy and tried to claim it, they said I changed it?! Lies and deception!! Consumers beware this company. Its not worth it.

Was in a rush to get insurance and needed it in a hurry. Luckily I was directed to Mayra Mendez. She understood my sense of urgency but also made it a point to make sure I was well informed. She was super easy to talk to and really cared about what I had going on. She let me know the policies that were available to me and let me know exactly everything that was going to be covered. This place is what I called customer first . I have being using them since 2016. I missed my payments twice and got reinstated quickly via phone. An affordable insurance with roadside assistance is a good deal for someone who travel daily to work . Mayra helped waive many fees to lower my monthly payments. Selena wrote me a liability policy when I clearly stated I needed full coverage so she canceled it the same day and she had already took my card information and charged it 165.00 I have yet to get my money back and I do not have insurance with them. They wont answer the phone or respond to email. Will be reporting to BBB. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

This is a very unprofessional company. They are understaffed and clueless about how their own company operates. I requested insurance for a year and paid a little bit more money to get it and poof. My insurance was only set for 6 months and the extra money that I spent unaccountable. Then after forgiving the situation I added another vehicle to the account. I was told the added vehicle would be no more than 36 dollars. They added my same vehicle twice and had my premium over a 1000 dollars.!! When I asked they said the problem was corrected but instead of paying only 112 dollars a month for my insurance my new balance was over 200 for liability!!! This company is a waste of time,money,energy,and is nothing but stress. Please stay away from this company for your own sakes. Do you love stress? Irritation? Somebody telling you that you owe them money when you already paid them? I promise you it will be one of the biggest mistakes you can possibly make when choosing a policy and for what insurance? Do yourself a favor and choose a company that actually cares about customer service.

When I first got insurance Jennifer was very polite, but a month later I got a letter in the mail saying my policy was going to be cancel because I didn’t have a drivers license. I had let Jennifer know that BEFORE I got the insurance and she told me they would accept that.I tried to get in contact with her MULTIPLE TIMES. Emails and calls.When the company finally send me a check for a refund of the coverage I didn’t use it was little to nothing. When I called and asked the company why I got so little back they told me most of my down payment went to fees that I couldn’t get a refund for. Jennifer did a horrible job and charged me for it too.
