Kind of unprofessional. They had a wrong phone number for me somehow so when I called when looking to add coverage to my already existing policy they couldnt find me. They also have a made up dl number for me and after several times of me telling them to fix it, its still incorrect

Super reasonable! Ive been with this company almost a year and I have no complaints. Every time I call Im greeted by friendly voices who are eager to assist . The staff here is super knowledgeable and Ive never had to wait on hold for long before being assisted. I arrived at this place for an estimate of a policy for my 3 vehicles.One Saturday and the person Elsa gave me a price and I come back in a week and the estimate increases ... that because they took credit from the house ... the most naive pretext according to them.I was attended by Elsa, I do not recommend her.
